Even though another provider had been supplied first through the company website, Osama talked me through the process, and followed up with tips of what he thought my issue might be and how I could try fixing it myself. He had no financial compuction to do so and his advice was so spot on I ended up cancelling the appointment I had already scheduled. A lovely man who knows his stuff - highly recommend

After a servicing of our boiler, it was clear we needed a new one installed. Sami and their team did an excellent job in making it very clear of the process and what was involved. New boiler installed and a 10 year warranty, with annual servicing. Great company and really pleased that we can rely on them in future for services.

Great job, I understand a bit about boilers and knew that converting from a conventional Boiler to a combi would require new pipes, holes in the wall and pulling some of the kitchen cabinets out; I was surprised and elated when I returned to see everything had been put back in place, the boiler works perfectly and I didn't need to put the kitchen back together either. I can highly recommend Sami and have done so!

I got let down by my housing association engineer provider swale and was told I would have to wait four weeks with no heating or hot water due to a broken pressure pipe .After giving up dealing with this issue I tried to find a private company to a job .Clifton contacted me with a appointment the same day as resolved the issue within twenty minutes .They fixed the issue quickly and efficiently something that swale said would take two hours .The mean time was spent waiting for the boiler after two weeks to heat itself up again .I ended up paying 144 for the job which I think was reasonable when done privately and got me out of a dire situation of have no hot water etc .For sure I would recommend and use again if I was put in a situation again were I had to hire someone to do it privately in a emergency.

Clifton Property Services did an excellent job when they came to service my boiler, do a power flush of the system and perform a gas safety check. They worked to schedule and left the house tidy and everything in good order. I have used Sami - the lead engineer - since 2017 because he always works meticulously, explains issues clearly and has never left me with any problems. He has serviced my boiler on a regular basis throughout the years and it works as efficiently now as when it was first put in. Considering the way that fuel prices have soared recently, I am particularly glad to have my 8 year old system working so efficiently!
They got to me on the day of calling and were super kind, helpful and sorted it all at one of the busiest times of year. I can't recommend them enough!
