Absolutely delighted with the workmanship and attention to detail that Kim and his team brought to our challenging installation. Totally recommend Air Cooltech for designing and installing air conditioning units. Although we had to wait more than expected due to external unit shortages, Kim and his team completed the work as per agreed schedule to install 3 units- including a tricky loft room - and left all the rooms and external space very clean and tidy. We are extremely pleased with the work and for once looking forward to the next heat wave!!
We had an air conditioning system installed in our new house and Kim and Jin have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Their communication was excellent from the very first visit, they assessed the property thoroughly, discussed all our options, provided clear quotes, listened carefully to our requirements, and gave brilliant advice on creating a highly efficient and silent system without any additional pumps. The workmanship was exemplary: precise, clean, tidy and extremely neat. Everything looks fantastic and the whole system has been put together beautifully. We had a fairly large installation with two large outdoor units and eight indoor units that not only provide cooling but also completely replace our radiators as our main (and only) heating system. The indoor units look great, the outdoor condensers are perfectly positioned, and the external piping was laid very neatly with smart-looking trunking, much better than we expected. Honestly, there is nothing I could fault them on. Kim and Jin are also genuinely lovely people who went above and beyond, even helping us out with other issues during the renovation when others let us down (thanks again for carrying the 160 kg American fridge freezer!). I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Great service from Jin, Kim and their team for a residential AC installation. From the point of contact all the way to installation - they were patient and informative. The installation itself went way better than my expectations and I will say I have high expectations in general. For all your AC needs look no further! I will also add that I am very thorough and got several quotes for this job. Ultimately I went with Aircooltech because not only was their work good, but they seemed very passionate and knowledge about their work and pleased to say I was right - They are the best AC installers in the London area. Their prices are very reasonable too and Id go further and say you get a lot more than you pay for so its worth it. Grateful to Aircooltech and will definitely be referring them to my friends.

We had two wall units installed in our loft and we are very happy. They were accomodating, responsive and professional. The work was neat and tidy and they worked around problem areas we had, finding solutions together.
We recently had Air Cool Tech install three air conditioning units in our home. We were delighted with the process from initial contact to final installation and would happily recommend Kim and his team to others. We had quotes from different companies and found they were similar prices, but Air Cool Tech really stood out as being knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the work. Our impression is that Kim enjoys doing good aircon installs rather than just being a salesman. When it came to the installation, they turned up when they said they would, were tidy and friendly, and kept us fully informed. The work was meticulous, with neat finishing of cables, trunking and pipes, care taken to keep our house clean, and overall clearly drawing on deep experience of how to do the job well. If all contractors were this good, life would be much easier!

I run a central London based property development company and have worked with a couple of air conditioning companies. I used Aircooltech for the first time recently following a recommendation and they were brilliant. Their quotation was competitive and they took the time to talk through a number of alternate options. The installation was quick and professional and tidy. They also came up with a different route to run the pipework which was more complicated but didn't require ugly ducting which they were happy to do without increasing their price. They were also very helpful with the after sales care. Definitely recommend and will use them again.
