Have used Twickenham Services on several occasions from the lovely people in the office to the tradesmen who come out to solve the problems. They have all been helpful, using their considerable expertise to resolve the problem. I had had a new gas meter installed and the engineer had inadvertently knocked out the fuse and as a result we had power in a limited no of rooms but because he wasn't an electrician he couldn't work out why the fuse wasn't working. Ben came round worked it out, found a new discontinued fuse for me came back and replaced the faulty fuse with a smile and wave, problem solved with minimal amount of fuss

Brilliant quoting, communication, managing expectations and timelines, punctual, polite, efficient and respectful of the property and delivering an excellent product- in my case air conditioning in the upstairs of my house. Had a problem with my boiler intermittently cutting out. Twickenham Services were very prompt to arrange an appointment to have it looked at and were transparent in their pricing. Fraser attended on time, diagnosed the problem after some testing, and provided an interim solution. He was helpful and clear in recommending a permanent solution, which I accepted. I’ve used Charlie’s services multiple times and quite honestly I haven’t ever come across a contractor who has met my standards and expectations as well as he has. Twickenham services are incredibly reliable and professional . Christine is lovely and very responsive and Charlie is incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to solve a mystery problem with our plumbing that had been bugging the new owners and the previous owners for years! And Charlie sorted it in a couple hours. 5 star service all the way.
In a nutshell.....I won't now use anyone else for my Gas & Plumbing. Prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and reasonable are not things you find from a supplier very often. But that describes Twickenham Services. I don't leave reviews very often but I will always make an exception when the service (from both Charlie & Fraser) is so good. Highly recommended.

We are absolutely blown away by the amazing job Kris did on our bathroom! As you can see, is unrecognisable and we couldn't be happier! Kris was very hardworking, neat, efficient and never cut any corners. He did the entire job himself and as you can see, he did such a wonderful job. I had an electrical fault that was stopping my central heating. I spoke with Christine and she arranged for Richard and Oliwier to come over the next day to diagnose the electrical issue, the fault was caused by the boiler. Esi & Ollie then also came over the same day to conduct further diagnosis on the boiler and Christine then arranged the repair estimate. Esi and Ollie came back the next day and fixed my boiler. Overall it was a very organised team, great communication and I was pleasently surprised by how quickly they were able to respond and fix my problem. I will definitely use TS again.

Didn’t have a great experience - wouldn’t personally recommend. The boiler wasn’t fixed during the emergency call-out. A second plumber from another company came the next day, fixed it within minutes, and it’s still working fine months later.

We were recommended TW Services by a friend after our boiler stopped working. We emailed after office hours and got a reply and phone call before 9am the next day. Ive had TW Services carry out yearly boiler servicing for years and they have always been competitively priced, prompt and tidy. They recently prepared Gas Safety Certs and carried out a EICR for a rental property and they were great, as I gave them a very tight timescale which they met. Extremely fast at getting to us when we needed a sink part fitted due to corrosion. Great communication with the office assistant to make sure the job could be finished on first visit and in under half an hour. Fantastic value and a very trustworthy service. After using them on three occasions now I am a very happy customer. I could not reccomend them highly enough.
I called Twickenham services for a strange bang in my house just after the heating came on, they sent a couple of plumbers who didn’t understand the issue (I was told the next visit would be free as they hadn’t tracked the problem down) . After this visit I also had a boiler issue and spent time explaining the problem over email. On the second visit an experienced plumber came out and immediately understood the banging issue, they also “inspected” the boiler and promptly left with a temporary fix to the banging noise and no service to the boiler. When I asked why they couldn’t fix anything they said they didn’t have their tools/parts! Strange that a workman would leave all his tools elsewhere. I was surprised as whenever a workman comes round they usually fix the main issues. However due to the inspection of the boiler my free callout disappeared and I had to pay again. On the third visit they did service the boiler, finding another issue (so that original inspection wasn’t very thorough) and fixed the bang which hasn’t happened again. I didn’t want to pay for a fourth visit as by this time it was getting way too much. I will use a plumber who can come out and fix the issue first time and save me additional costs. After a few back and fourths I did get a 50% discount on the first visit.
Everyone at Twickenham Setvices was so professional and friendly, and worked hard all day to complete the three jobs we booked in. We will definitely be using TS again for any plumbing/electrics as the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. Thanks also to Polly and Christina for understanding what we needed and liasing between us and their colleagues to book the correct jobs in. As a female I can get a bit intimidated ringing up plumbers/electricians however they both made it really easy to book the job in and sort out any issues as they came up!

We recently had a new central heating system installed. I was really impressed by Charlie, Fraser, Kris and Eze for all their hardworking. The large majority of the work was completed within a week. Including a new gas pipe, water mains pipe and various pipework to our new radiators. It was where this pipework was most visible in a cupboard under the stairs and by the boiler itself that I marvelled at what a tidy job. I think you get what you pay for and I have no doubt our new system will give us many years of reliable service. It is the first big job in our new house renovation and we will now use another team from the same company to tackle our electrical wiring. Many thanks once again for a great job!

Twickenham Services were actually the 3rd company we got round to check our boiler and by far the best. The first couldn't diagnose the issue and wanted over 5k to replace everything. The next company cam and said it would cost 1.5k to repair or they could just come and replace it. They ended up turning off our water supply 'for safety' but we started seeing red flags from them and decided to get one final opinion. Twickenham Services got someone to come round who actually told us the issues were minimal and easily fixed and that the previous person up there had tampered with the boiler (to try to make it seem worse than it was). We got TS to replace a few parts and our boiler has been working perfectly for the last few days since they were here and all for a much lower cost. Thank you!!

Wow, amazing! My boiler's pressure was too high and I found someone on Nextdoor. He came and told me that I have to turn off the heating and made the pressure below that we can't use both heating and hot water. He wanted to change many parts of the boiler! I knew it was not right and had to pay a callout fee. So I Googled and found Twickenham Services Ltd and Charlie came within a hour. He fix it very quickly and explained the problem and made suggestions. The heating and hot water are back on! I am now waiting for Charlie's email for the suggestion and quote. Very satisfied! 5 stars.

Charlie and his team are an absolute God-send. We have a very large, old house, with numerous challenging plumbing issues. These have been meticulously upgraded by Twickenham Services with minimal disruption and mess. This has included the removal of a very old boiler system, and installation of a brand new one - with all the associated revised pipework. They have also installed an entirely new under floor heating system in our extension, which is highly effective and efficient, and means we are radiator-free. Charlie and his team have also dealt on several occasions with emergency leaks etc - in an equally impressive manner. The quality of their work, and their general professionalism is consistently high. Their charges are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Twickenham Services were brilliant after our heating and hot water failed over the holiday period. Another firm had suggested some very costly remedial work so we asked Twickenham Services for a second opinion. They were able to come out the same day, identify the real problem, and have it fixed at a very reasonable price within 24 hours - all in the week between Christmas and New Years. Fraser was knowledgable and efficient, and the overall price was extremely good value. I highly recommend them and we will use them again.
I've used Twickenham Services again this year. Fraser has taken a boiler apart to do a major service, a new bath shower mixer has been installed and Chris has fixed the shower pivot door which has fallen out of the position. All work done to a highest standard. Dec '24. Charlie and Fraser have changed the pipes that caused the leak in the concrete floor under the kitchen engineered flooring. They've dug out the trench and laid new central heating pipes. The surveyor confirmed the job was completed to a high standard. Nov '23.

The team are fantastic. I was stuck with a broken boiler on New Years Eve and they went out of their way to make sure they could come and fix it. As well as being lovely to to speak to, they're also very thorough and conscientious so couldn't recommend them enough.

From first engagement I found Twickenham Services Ltd very professional to deal with. They sought to qualify the issue with our Vaillant boiler in advance of the appointment to ensure they had accurate information requesting the Gas Council number of the appliance. Fraser turned up on time and was very methodical in his approach to diagnose the root cause and then provide an interim fix until the follow up appointment. Once again, Twickenham Services do what they say on the tin. Boiler service and fitting of a Nest thermostat was arranged with them for 8am yesterday. Had Twickenham services carry out installation for our AC and service our gas boilers. Office was a great help for any questions we had from the quote. The engineers on site actually arrived at the time they said they would. They installed the AC over three days and always cleaned down the site at the end of each day, Fraser made sure of it!
