After 4 months of contacting and chasing to have our machines serviced and being given dates only for the dates to fall through and to be extended by another few weeks, we were eventually told that they are only servicing contract customers and reactive call outs. We are very disappointed by the complete lack of service and nonchalance when turning business for 6 diners away. Would not recommend.
