Our first two units were installed by another company, and when you compare the external pipework, it’s clear how much cleaner, neater, and more professional Be Cool’s installation is. The attention to detail is outstanding, and the workmanship speaks for itself. Ali and his team were fantastic from start to finish. I was very pleased with the service. Before finding this company, I called many similar businesses that wasted my time. Some sent engineers who couldn’t complete the job, while others promised very low prices but seemed untrustworthy—especially when I couldn’t find a verifiable full address or any reviews. In contrast, this company (Becool) was calm and professional, handled our questions properly, and provided a clear quotation. The engineer, Albar San, who came to complete the work was very skilled and smart. He finished the job much better than expected, carrying it out neatly. Specifically, he repositioned and secured the electrical wiring projecting from the shopfront adjacent to the access door to the flats and extending onto the roof of the front projection, ensuring it was located as discreetly as possible without detracting from the appearance of the property. Highly recommended.

From my first initial call we went through absolutely everything, all the different possibilities, what the best route would be and so on. Do not use this company. I feel like I have been scammed and cheated- my fault for not doing more due diligence. They quoted me £700+ including VAT to have 3 AC units 'serviced', which was asked to be paid in full in advance to secure the appointment. The tech arrived and spent less than 90 minutes and only rinsed the filters under running water and advised that a 'deep clean' would be required, which would have cost a further £350. I'm sure the tech's hourly rate, but I'm sure it isn't £500/hour and the work done was completely basic. There's zero justification for the price for the work involved and when I emailed the company to raise this feedback, I have had zero response or acknowledgement. I cannot give zero stars but would if I could and STRONGLY advise not to use this company for your AC unit servicing. As a side, the tech who came to do the work, was perfectly polite, professional and efficient. If I could hire him directly again, I'd consider it but not via this company.

Do not use this company. They serviced my 3 Daikin AC units in July. In August, one of them started leaking. Beginning of September, one completely stopped cooling and working. These units are 3 yrs old and all of them have been perfectly fine until these guys serviced it. When I ask them to come and have a look at these issues, they keep asking for additional call out charges. Avoid at all costs!!

I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. We contacted them to report a fault with our fridge and paid a £180 call-out fee. The engineer identified an issue with the fan and charged us an additional £390 for a follow-up visit and repair. However, during the second visit, he then reported a new issue with the condenser. As a result, a new fan was installed in a fridge that still doesn’t work, leaving us £570 out of pocket and with no resolution. I would like to believe the initial diagnosis was simply incorrect, but this experience has led me to question the company’s transparency and approach to customer service. Despite several email exchanges, it became clear they were unwilling to take responsibility or make any genuine effort to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

we had to replace a cooling system, we had one attempt fail after replacing a few parts that turned out to not solve anything. no refund on those parts. we decided to replace the whole system on their advice. It came with no cover without being warned it was completely different and leaving exposed pipework and wiring. our landlords understandably insisted on something in line with normal regulations. I asked for a cover and got some random plastic tub shoved over the top. when I complained I was told its signed off snd basically its your problem very arrogant approach to customer services after 5k spent and all in all the worst experience with a cooling company I'm 20 years running hospitality venues.

Instead of leaving us in the lurch, Sina spent time trouble shooting and discovered the issue was with our compressor - he fitted a couple of parts and got us back up and running! In good faith, I have slightly amended my star rating in regards to my below review. Be Cool called me recently after seeing my feedback in the below review and accepted that they didn’t handle my service situation well and offered to credit me the 2nd service charge. Good on them for taking responsibility for the situation however I still feel Be Cool do need to reevaluate their inflated fee scheme. If I could rate this company lower I would, but I'm not able to leave a review with zero stars. This company charges INSANE PRICES and also demands payment for initial visit BEFORE even booking an appointment. Then after initial visit (for which we chose to not do further work which they didn't fix 2 months ago when they serviced our ice machine as charges were INSANELY HIGH), Be Cool send out another invoice (for the same amount in which you've already paid in order to book your appointment) with "click here to pay now"! They seem to be hedging their bets that numerous people will not realise and end up paying them twice!!!! They should be sending out a post-service invoice with a zero balance!!!! I would never recommend this company.

Used this company a couple of times, paid to have a leak test on a fairly new fridge unit , which they fixed , then 3 months later the same issue arrised , called another company out who changed a sensor , and said a system that she would never have a leak , so should never have been charged once let alone twice for one . They seem efficient but expensive, and would now doubt work they are recommending actually needed doing .

Ali is a god send. During some maintenance of our business premises we managed to damage the gas pipe of our huge cooling unit and gas was spraying everywhere. We ended up having to call the fire brigade in as a result of our panicking. Ali (during an important meeting of his) took the time to talk the firefighters (no fire thankfully just large amounts amounts of non friendly aerosol) and coach them through where to find the valve and how to turn of the system. Had we not had his help the situation would have continued way longer than it did. He wasn’t familiar with our system as he hadn’t been the one to fit it. However, showing his mastery in the industry was able to deduct, which system it was we were using and how to solve our problem. Can’t thank him enough. Honestly thank you again.🙏

Having had a complex air conditioning relocation up onto a building roof, including the associate cabling, and replacement of the cassettes inside our store, I was quite anxious about the complexity and possible cost. Working with Ali made it all seem doable, and the end result was a hassle free planning and completion of the job over a few days. Our store was only closed for a half day and everything works well. Be Cool installed air conditioners in my house - I am ready for a hot summer again! Communication with Ali was the best experience and for that I have given it a 5 stars. Ali came for a site visit a day after the call, the visit was thorough, more than the others as he explained various factors/considerations which some was missing from other companies. Quote was also reasonable. Any questions were answered promptly and the work was scheduled to start very quickly. Delivery of the air conditioning, electricians and engineers were coordinated well. Engineers communicated with us the various options for the positioning of the trunking and the work was completed ahead of schedule in 4 days (5 units of which 4 required trunking). Due to the building restrictions, there were quite a few trunking requirements which I understand is not the most straight forward. Overall the work is good, a few places with the trunking could have been touched-up better, but no big fault. I would recommend Be Cool. Thanks for the work.

I needed a urgent intervention after a really bad repair which was a total waste of money. I have been assisted by Ali quickly, they came and identified more that one problem and proceeded with the repair, since I was very skeptical for the previous bad experience, Ali kept me informed in every step and called me back to check if everything was ok. So I would highly recommend this company they are all very serious, punctual professional and competent. I gave them 4 stars just because I would have appreciated if they could help me more and clearly state that some of the damages were caused or worsened by the fake intervention made by the previous company. I will only call them going forward.
