We had Visit of 3 specialist so far, nothing has been done yet. They didn't even started. The first said its not his job (riverside), the second said its not his job ( riverside ), the 3rd from EFAM said he doesn't know where is the unit., so how to start ? He said t hey will call me to tell me what's next.

EFAM air installed 4 new air conditioning units in our social club - I can’t recommend them enough. The quotation & booking process was easy, with all options explained. The work was completed quickly & efficiently, with EFAM working around our tricky opening hours. All staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable, the work completed on time & the club left clean and tidy. EFAM were an absolute pleasure to deal with & we will not hesitate to use them again.

Rob the engineer responded to BHCC job request promptly and arrived on time. He explained his role well. He not only completed a thorough assessment of the ventilation situation in my flat He also educated me about other ways to ventilate safely through the night. Great service overall! Thank you Rob
Very happy with their service to replace an MVHR unit in a small flat. Both engineers for the initial inspection and then to perform the work were friendly, thorough and answered all my questions patiently, as well as people at the head office via email. The quote I was given looked reasonable and the work was done efficiently and to a high standard.
Lovely guys that visited our home. Curtious and done the job well and even some added extras as the vent was covered over. Tidy and clean too.
