We recently had air conditioning installed in our three-bedroom semi by this local, family-run company, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. We really appreciated the entire installation being completed in just one day. Sam and Ben, both family members, worked incredibly hard to make that happen, and everything was carried out with real professionalism and care. The air conditioning hasn’t just cooled our home — it has genuinely changed our lives. We now have cleaner, more comfortable air and an efficient, year-round system that works in every season. Although, after five heatwaves this year, nobody really needs much persuading about the benefits of air conditioning! A huge thank you to the whole team for the organisation, attention to detail and care throughout, and for guiding us through the entire project so smoothly. We absolutely love the Mitsubishi system and would thoroughly recommend this very professional family company.

Brilliant experience. I booked in a service for my air conditioning unit and they were very responsive and helpful getting that arranged. Then when my unit started having issues, I emailed on a Sunday evening and they were able to send out an engineer the very next morning to carry out the full service required. The engineer (Dan) was very helpful and shared lots of helpful advice. I'd very happily recommend them and will definitely be using them for any air con services going forwards.

The team from Air Cool Environmental have been nothing short of exemplary. We were very worried about putting an indoor Aircon unit in our house but the Director Neil laid all our anxieties to rest. The team were very responsive (particularly Alex) and patiently answering all your queries through emails. The installation took around 5 hours which was actually quite quick as we thought it would take the whole day. Mark and Sonny were great! Very hard workers, efficient, respectful of the property, tidy and also made sure everything was working fine before they left. Now, the unit itself. Biggest positive: it's very quiet!!! Inside the room and outside the house it just doesn't make any peep at all!! It's very cool, and able to redirect the air anyway you want to. Doesn't take too long to start up although they did say that there would be a 5-minute delay when switching from cooling to heating. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install a cooling/heating unit themselves. Very pleased with the installation, the product and the whole team!!

These are great guys. They quote properly, turn up on time and do the work required brilliantly. Just had to replace three air con units which was a difficult job but the actual guys who did the work were exceptional. Have been using them for over 20 years now and they maintain our kit really well.
We had the team from Aircool (Ben and Dan) install a unit in our open plan ground floor. We have a friend who isn’t local but works in the industry who gave the quote a look over. Brands for Aircon are different in their ranking to say TVs but he was confident that Mitsubishi is the top of the game. It looks good and works amazingly well. The team were also spot on. We’ve had a lot of work done recently and no other trade came with the same care and attention. Afterwards there was absolutely nothing to clean up as they are very tidy workers. They are also really nice guys who we would highly recommend. We are very happy with this install.

We had a new installation for my parents air con system. From start to finish the Company’s communication was brilliant. They were courteous, friendly & helpful not to mention the work was done to a high standard.
My air conditioners were installed by another company but unfortunately, they never finished the job. Fortunately, Neil and his team completed the work for us. That was last year. This year, the company sent us and email advising us to do the annual servicing. This was done by Danny, a very nice and efficient engineer and he completed the job nicely.

I was really impressed with the attention to detail of the staff at Air Cool Environmental all the way from Survey to Installation. My air con install was quite complex and involved the coordination of different tradesmen in order to allow the job the be completed. The install team worked seamlessly with others to get the job done to a high standard and I was vert impressed with the end result.

The team at Aircool was a pleasure to work with and absolutely amazing on a large complex residential project that i managed. We had a full air conditioning system installed and future proofing pipework and wiring for a heat pump system. Neil managed the whole process from start to finish and the client was 100% fully satisfied with the high specification of the units and the customer service from the whole Aircool team.

The whole team have been very professional and responsive to work with throughout the whole program of work. The quote was prompt and they worked with us to update the program as we changed our requirement. Communication was always good with all members of the team. The installation guys were polite, tidy and very good at installing the units as discreetly and neatly as possible - which didn't look easy in a Victorian house. ACE kitted out my flat with some wall mounted units and it has really made the difference throughout the year in keeping the flat the right temperatures. In the winter, we use the heated air function and in the summer, it keeps the flat cool. Installation was really quick and tidy and the units have worked like a dream. The boys were really helpful throughout the process, helping us choose the right units for the flat. Would highly recommend.

This has got to be the worst 1 man and his dog company. I used them recently on an install and a simple repair to another split unit. They were late, they did not complete the job and they gave nothing but excuses as to why......There customer services is non existent. I got a well know company to Finnish what they failed to do. My opinion is to avoid at all costs.
