We recently had an air source heat pump installed in our flat and were very pleased with the service from start to finish. Living in a flat (whilst also mid refurbishing) adds a layer of complexity to this type of installation, but the AirtoHeat guys found practical solutions to make the project possible. The team remained professional throughout, were always super friendly and approachable, and kept us informed at every stage. The process was seamless, from arranging the initial survey and carrying out the heat loss calcs to managing the grant application. Everything was handled efficiently, making the process straightforward and stress-free. As an architect, I would have no hesitation in recommending the Airtoheat team for future projects.
We engaged Air To Heat to perform an annual servicing to our Vaillant air source heat pump. The booking process was straightforward, the engineer Eddie was punctual, courteous, and smoothly did all the checks. He found a very minor issue and commented that our installers (a different company) did a good job a year ago, which was a nice thing to hear. A physical report was left with us at the end of the servicing and also a digital version was sent to us via email later. We would not hesitate to use Air Heat again next year.
The engineer failed to turn up at the first appointment. The second appointment went well, the engineer was punctual, very pleasant and worked efficiently.
Our engineer was extremely knowledgable and revised the amount of work needed ( downwards!) after his on- site examination. We have had two services and one repair to our Samsung air pump heating system over three years- all done by AirToHeat and have been very happy with the service provided.

Good Service and Installation. The Air to Heat team did a good job installing our new heat pump system. They started off impressive. Special thanks to Dean who quickly assessed the property, planning a neat, effective design solution which ensured minimal disruption and his team delivered exactly that. The old gas boiler and gravity system was swiftly replaced with the new air sourced heat pump and pressurised system leaving the space neat and tidy. The difference in home comfort has been immediate, and we look forward to monitoring the energy efficiency. From the initial consultation to final testing, Air to Heat delivered friendly service. However I have to mention that towards the end of the job the care about smaller details which turn a service from good to excellent could have been better which was a pity. Overall good. Based on our experience I’d recommend.
Excellent service - I would strongly recommend Air to Heat. Before I found them, two national companies had completed a technical survey and then pulled out. On reflection, I think these companies only wanted the most straight forward installations. In contrast, Air to Heat made nothing of the minor quirks in our installation. I have nothing but good to say of all the team. The sales process was smooth, the technical survey provided all the information I wanted, the communication from the office was good and the guys who did the installation were excellent. Because this is a relatively new technology in the UK I initially thought that I'd prefer a larger, national company. I now think that there are substantial benefits in using a smaller, more local company provided they deliver as Air to Heat do. Their price was competitive and their service much better than that offered by the larger companies.
This is one of the few places that will service an air to water heat pump - a rare find - but the engineer was also very knowledgeable and helpful.
As Architect and client, I appointed Air to heat to complete a heat pump install at my own house this year. The team have been very professional, communicative and tidy. Dean, Ben and team have been very thorough in explaining sequence of works, coordinating programme, providing technical knowledge, and making sure things are running smoothly during and after install. Air to heat have also recently completed another extension project for one my clients in south London, and they have been complimentary to the service Air to heat have carried out. Well done all!
Great service! Even though I didn't end up commissioning Air to Heat for a new system, dealing with them was a pleasure all the way through. Andrew Haron, the sales manager has a lot of expertise and went the extra mile to answer all of my questions. He even gave me advice on and helped me analyse some other quotes I've gotten. This company strikes me as an honest organisation who just want their clients to succeed.
Air to heat installed and have since serviced my heat pump on a new build. Excellent and effective design, worked well with the building company and the annual service went above and beyond (fixing a weep on the manifold on the plumber side). Heating bills are in check and the heating is effective
Great experience with this company. Our project overran by almost a year but Dean and the team showed great patience and understanding. Everything was clearly explained, pricing was fair and the installation quick and tidy. Also quick to respond to the inevitable teething problems as we got to grips with the new system. I would thoroughly recommend Dean and the team to anyone thinking of an ASHP, very professional outfit.

Great from start to finish! Recently had an air source heat pump fitted, they came in at a competitive price and made the process super smooth and easy, including sorting out our government grant. We were kept fully in the loop about the whole process and what was involved, and they were excellent in taking on board our specific requests and requirements e.g. the exact placement of the heat pump in our alley and how to fit the water tank in our attic. The team who did the installations were absolutely lovely and a joy to have around the house, keeping us up to date with the progress and what was going on each day and continually working with us to make sure what they were doing was what we wanted e.g. setting the timings up to coincide with our energy company's pricing schedule. The hand over was excellent and we're fully aware of how everything works now, and the final site visit went well to clear up the last bits of the process. Can't recommend highly enough!
I can’t fault the fantastic service! We had our heat pump serviced recently, which involved a clean up and inspection of the heat pump and also the plumbing system throughout the house. The engineer was extremely polite and helpful! I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again.

Heat pump installation for a 4-bedroom terrace house in London. Now 6 months in and very pleased with result. Clear communication, good quality work, responsive, worked around what is often a busy household, and project completed on time and on budget. Particular thanks to Enzo who was on site for the longest and solved some rather awkward piping problems, and to Toby who came up with an excellent sound reduction solution for the pressure maintenance pump. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

So glad to have had this energy saving system put in which is very efficient & cost saving .No longer use gas and my bills with Octopus are a lot lower now than before.looking to make serious savings in the future as well as being warm through the winter.
