We engaged Ryan and his team to quote for aircon in our home renovation extension project following a google search. We were impressed from the get go Ryan understands aircon solutions in depth. He quickly made a recommendation of what would work in our new rooms downstairs and upstairs in our home offices loft conversion. He answered all our questions and as a supplier the entire process was one of the smoothest on the project. We went for a Daikin mini rv system units in the new rooms and ducted in the new loft offices so glad we did due to the recent weather in the UK! Highly recommended. Got Ryan and his team to help me install a new Daikin split model. Agreed first, second and third fix dates and the team stuck to them and delivered as promised. They even sent out calendar invites to mark dates which is something I rarely see even with suppliers on larger projects. Everything works super so far and hassle free. In the process of finding suppliers, I went through quite a large number of quotes. Ryan was able to provide a clear and concise quote, together with options which were tailored to what I needed. He also answered a bunch of question that I had in relation to coordinating his installation and some building work I had going on. The pricing is also competitive especially given the service. Definitely going back to Ryan when I upgrade and install more units in other rooms.
I can’t recommend RC Cooling enough. The customer service and support I received from Ryan was beyond excellent. I’m a landlord based in Hong Kong when the old heating system in the flat broke down completely. My tenants with small children did not have heating, it was a very worrying and stressful situation to find a solution. Ryan was amazing from start to finish. I had consulted other firms that let me down and didn’t seem to have any urgency in needing to help my tenants when it was so cold. RC Cooling worked a heating and cooling solution out for me and put me at ease. With the time difference and distance, I couldn’t oversee the job and connect with my tenants. Ryan was incredible, keeping everyone informed, finding contractors for all specifics and issues. He is very hard working and dedicated to his job. I was ever so grateful for his understanding and empathy to the situation for me and my tenants. I couldn’t have asked for more. My tenants are very happy with the heating/cooling system that they installed. The after support is just as good. You don’t feel like once the system is in, you’re on your own. Ryan really cares about his customers which makes all the difference.
I have ducted HVAC on my attic and ductless wall unit downstairs in extension done by RC Cooling for last 3 years and it works absolutely great. Never had to call them back for some repairs. I do clean my filters myself but they offer also such a service as well. Strongly can recommend them.
Ryan & his team did a brilliant job installing much needed air conditioning in our garden office. Really responsive from initial enquiry, through to agreeing the specification & booking a date to fit the kit. The colleagues who were on site doing the installation were a pleasure to have around - friendly, efficient, considerate, cleared up immaculately, and were very patient with our two dogs as well!
Ryan and his team are very professional and helpful. The previous company did not realised the heat dissipation issue and caused the machine broke down. Ryan and his team not just helped me to install the new one, they also corrected the heat dissipation issue and connected it to the central smart home system. Their work has been proved to be much more professional, trustworthy and reliable.
Really happy to give these guys five stars. We’ve been thinking of having ac in our loft bedroom for a few years but put it off because we thought it would be too much of a faff - it’s a difficult room because of the layout, and the outside unit would have to go on a flat roof which itself has some access issues. We were having some other work done on our kitchen and the guy for that recommended Ryan. His (Ryan’s) communication from the start was top notch and we were really impressed he came out a second time when we had some lingering queries that we probably should have asked first time around. Lewis & Curtis were the lads who came out to do the actual job - both surpassed expectations in that we thought we’d come home each night to a total mess but they really kept things clean as they went along. They said it would take four days to do the job but they did it in three. Anyway we are super pleased with the result and wish we’d done it a lot sooner. We have no hesitation in recommending Ryan and his team and would gladly tell friends and family to use them if they were thinking of getting ac installed.

I called Ryan out as I had a leak with one of my a/c units. Really pleased I chose his firm. Friendly and trustworthy. He fixed my leak and serviced my 3 units. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ryan and will certainly have him next year for an annual service.
We used Ryan to service our existing ac system as well as installing 2 new units. From start to finish, Ryan and his side-kick Ashley were excellent and diligent. Ryan and his team were superb and I can highly recommend them without any hesitation at all. They were always on time, their communication was superb, and their prices were very reasonable. We'd been quoted some ridiculously high prices in the past and were starting to despair of ever getting this work done until we contacted them. They stripped out our old, broken air con system and installed the new units with the minimum of disruption, and the work they've done is of an extremely high standard. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they really are the nicest group of guys you could hope to meet.
Have just had 3 units installed. Ryan, Curtis and his team were absolutely brilliant in all aspects. The quality of work and attention to detail is exceptional. Absolutely amazing service! I was having extreme difficulty in finding any air conditioning engineer who would actually turn up! All gave some futuristic date, but never turned up. The company who installed the system would not even answer the phone! At 6pm the previous day, Ryan responded to my call and offered to come the next day in spite of having just acquired a new baby! He arranged a baby sitter, and arrived the next morning. His knowledge and attention to detail is amazing! He is very pleasant to deal with and offered to return when the system needed a service. At the age of 82, I have never experienced such service in my life and I have dealt with a variety of trades! There must be an award somewhere for such service??
Ryan and his team were very communicative throughout the entire process. They really listened to what we wanted and we are very happy with the results: three rooms perfectly cool across three stories! Ryan was very professional from the quoting and consulting stage. Provided professional technical advise and well thought suggestions on the whole project. The quote was very professional and well documented. Instead of just a model number for the system, every major equipment included in the system was supported with manufacture's specifications and technical details. Project was started promptly and the job was well done. Ryan and Curtis are very professional and capable in resolving issues prop up on site and did everything they can to achieve the best for client. Rc cooling (Surrey) look after our commercial building in Knightsbridge, they undertake the service throughout our building, and we also use them for any installation work we require. We recent have had a new 3 pipe vrv system installed by them and we have always been very impressed with Ryan’s proactivity and duty of care. The work standards are very high and problem solving is very good whenever a problem arises. We highly recommend using Rc cooling.
RC Cooling (in Surrey) did a fantastic job. I approached Ryan as I needed someone to come in and fix a job that a different contractor has left us high and dry on. The previous install was riddled with errors and problems that needed to be identified and then rectified. Because of the ineptitude of the previous installer it also needed someone who could think creatively to find solutions to the various problems we’d been left with. Ryan and Curtis consulted with us to understand what we needed, they catalogued and documented the issues and then fixed the system to ensure that it operated as well as it possibly could. Throughout the project I was pleased with the clarity of communication, the consultancy, the support and advice that was offered. They were careful, tidy and considerate when on site and ultimately they provided a highly professional solution that solved the myriad of different issues that we had.
