Having had a very disappointing experience with another provider, I was cautious, but they exceeded all my expectations. I-Gas went above and beyond helping me. I initially hired them only to repair a broken boiler flue which was vertically installed. They helped me organise other tradesmen like scaffolders and roofers at a very good price. The overall quote was a lot cheaper that what I found elsewhere On top of that the materials they used and the job they delivered was at a very high standard. I-Gas engineer "Qamar", also helped resolve other heater and water pressure related issues I've had over the past 2 years which other engineers were unable to resolve. He took his time to explain everything to me and answered various queries i had and as well as what to watch out for in the future. I really appreciate the care and attention and patience they showed to me as a customer I would highly recommend I-Gas, not only are their prices reasonable, their quality of work, materials and expertise is superb. very good company and staff

Called I Gas and they came out quickly. They diagnosed a fault and fixed it fairly quickly with a reasonable price. Unfortunately there was another fault which they fixed the same day with a new part. Again the price was reasonable. I would recommend these guys to others.

Amazing service and response from IGas. Our boiler stopped working and after initial diagnosis it was determined that a replacement would be best. I contacted IGas on a Monday and they gave me a quote immediately. I spent Tuesday comparing quotes and found them to be the most reasonable. No words for this company absolutely amazing, really professional and always going the extra mile. Staff very kind and helpful, arrive on time. Prices very reasonable, also left the work very clean. Highly recommended best company will definitely get more work done from them.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. also be careful if you are linked to this supplier via 3rd party websites such as Local Heroes. Very unreliable, poor workmanship and very messy and dangerous work completed. Following the work this engineer completed we had a major leak. They have ignored all contact since. Terrible behaviour and no morals or sense of responsibility.
Hi my boiler was leaking he told me need to change part I told him to go ahead he came and worked on it and told me all done and he got the money after one hour was leaking I called him he told me he will come next week I told him don't come because they not professional I lost £80 pounds and my time
