We were so satisfied with the boiler, the service , the workmanship and the follow up service, annual servicing of the boiler that Fuller Heating had installed for us ten years ago that we decided to replace our boiler, as it was out of guarantee, with the same make and model. The engineer who fitted the boiler took the time to explain the system flushing and and did an excellent job. Things are exactly as they have been for the last ten years, which is exactly what we wanted. Thanks to all at Fuller Heating.
many thanks for a really successful installation this past week. Everyone we met was skilled, polite and professional. Luthmore put two technical folk onsite and Colin was able to commission the plumbing and trouble shoot in real time. No one left until everything was fine.
I have used Fuller Heating for servicing my gas boilers for nearly 20 years. They have just completed the installation of new boilers with updated pipework and flushing the radiator system. I am very happy with the outcome. They are responsive, easy to communicate with, with friendly and knowledgeable engineers. I recommend them.
I met them at the homebuilding show in Surrey in January 2026. Someone then called and asked to meet at the property a week later and confirmed by email. However no one showed up and when I called they say said someone had come to the home which is untrue as we were there all day. I would definitely not recommend them as they seem very unprofessional

Great service from the first telephone contact. Date vist to assess was followed swiftly by installation of mew boiler powerhouse and three new radiators. Very professional and a competitive price.
Really happy with Fuller Heating. The guy that came to the do the quote was super nice. The quote came in as the lowest of the 5 quotes we received (and the quote was clear). The boiler we chose was a Worcester Bosch and they are an approved installer for Worcester Bosch. They answered emails quickly. The guy that fitted it was very professional. The boiler is working well. AND they sent a bunch of flowers afterwards. Great service. Look no further.
Had our boiler fitted by these guys and fantastic job 2 years ago , unfortunately for whatever reason this week used for service and replacement valve and lady who takes the calls was extremely rude and unhelpful. Didnt have part for valve , although asked at time of booking , so of course meant 2 visits and 2 lots of labour , very clever ! Certainly won't be recommending them to anyone .
Company gone right down hill Had new boiler fitted by fullers and towel rail in bathroom . The engineer then was very good and very polite . Every year since we have a annual service last year we asked them if a could also fit a replacement thermostat on a radiator ,once fitted water leaked out on the floor ,so engineer had to come back . We've just had this year's annual boiler service we again asked for another replacement thermostat to be fitted in bedroom . When engineer arrived he said he could do the boiler service but not the thermostat ?? Both booked in at the same time This week they came back to fit thermostat ,very clever 2 visits 2 lots of labour . When the engineer had finished I turned the heating on the radiator he was working on was cold . I phoned Fullers and the lady who answered was abrupt and very rude . I was told it was not her problem ,but she works for fullers ??? The engineer eventually came back and said he forgot to turn isolation valve back on . Just been emailed a invoice No break down of labour & part Just a total cost .( Which the engineer was here for 25 minutes ) and the bill is a joke . We shall pay it but NEVER use Fullers to do any repairs . Very disappointed ,the receptionist needs to do a course on customer service .
I could not recommend Fuller heating enough to people, they have fitted boilers twice for me and I have always received an outstanding service. Malcolm there was especially helpful when advising what we required.
I have used this company over many years, apart from a period in which I made the mistake of using British Gas Home Services. I have found their staff unusually competent, efficient, pleasing to deal with and always helpful. Their servicing of our gas boilers (in two properties) has been outstanding – including the correction of problems left by poor servicing previously. Their installation of new boilers has been exceptionally good. I would recommend them without any hesitation..
This excellent local business was my first port of call when my 12yo boiler gave up. Fuller heating sent a lovely chap round that day to assess my problem and a quote (very reasonable) was sent over very quickly. I was able to be booked in within a week and a very slick operation kicked in at 0800hrs on the day of installation. I had a new Worcester Bosch 30kW 4000 boiler installed and also had a complete chemical powerflush of my system. The workmen were professional and courteous and thorough. I am very happy with the entire process from walking in the door of Fuller, to having nice hot water and central heating again. Support Local Business and give Fuller a go. I have to say there is a reason why fuller heating are Worcester Bosch diamond accredited, I am so pleased with my new boiler. it wasn't your everyday install and while some companies shirked at the work and made many excuses as to work needed, Fuller Heating were very knowledgeable and the workmanship was to a very high standard. i would not hesitate recommending them and will use again. Absolutely disasterous service, boiler replacement quote agreed, went up in price significantly when fitting finally happened, Experienced on the day cancellations, wrong parts ordered/fitted. Ignitors replaced, failed within a year, and company is refusing to come and rectify issue. Absolute nightmare to deal with, avoid at all costs

As a customer with Fuller Heating over 15 years, loyalty pays off, their customer service is excellent. Small malfunction - even in busy periods - are serviced without delays. Now a new boiler was required, the expert team went the extra mile. Timely, proficient and clean, really nice guys, with valuable advise on how best to save gas consumption. Highly recommendet.

Adrian was the best price compared to many offering fixed price agreements that came with less of the recommended installation steps. Very happy I got peace of mind with Fuller heating. New system is Greenstar Comfort 1RF. Good customer information exchange. I have got the impression that time at the job is of the essence and perhaps time spent on site is rationed. As a customer I feel more time could have been spent with me to help me understand the workings of the system. On the day following commissioning I required assistance as the temperature fluctuated. A Saturday is not a good day to report a fault albeit with a system still under guarantee/warranty. Once contact had been established it was possible to get an operative to revisit the site and arrange corrective action.
Replace gas boiler in a confined space under worktop. Modifications to pipework to suit, and update system. Fit new pump, and power flush CH system.
