Great company to use, reliable, quick turnaround and always arrive on time and when they say they will. Thanks John for making our office maintenance issues stress free! Highly Recommend!
I have a complex system including a 100Kw boiler, Menarga and indoor swimming pool. The previous owner had not maintained the system properly, resulting in a flood. John came to the rescue. He helped rebuild the system, and now provides full maintenance services at a fair price.. He is most helpful, trustworthy and always available.
Just to say what an excellent company to deal with, all jobs undertaken in a professional, courteous, reliable & trustworthy manner-what more do you need!
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Simon and John for over thirty years. They and their staff have unparalleled knowledge regarding Building Services. They always go the extra mile to solve the customer’s problems, whilst keeping in mind the budget. Any building manager will have peace of mind knowing SR are just a phone call away.
Good service and very quick attendance when required, would thoroughly recommend.
We have been using SR for several years. Steve and the whole team are always professional, knowledgeable and keen to deliver a great job every time, which they do. Working cleaning and efficiently with a great attention to detail, always delivering to a high quality. Would highly recommend.
Very good service always helpful and knowledgeable with any questions regarding work projects, also very good with onsite projects with a variety of trades to hand to get the job finished to the highest standards, would definitely recommend this company.
I have used SR Industrial throughout most of my working life. The employees have also been with SR for 30+ years which says a lot in my opinion. What ever I required they always delivered and at a high standard.
We have been working with John and his team for a number of years and find their workmanship of a high quality. They are very helpful with a nothing is to much trouble attitude. John is very reactive and has a good customer support. Not someone to complete a job and disappear but to be around for the long haul to help you achieve the desired results and problem solve when its needed.
Great firm - Corey's a brilliant addition to the team. Highly recommend.
I have used SR Industrial for various companies I have worked with since meeting Simon 6 years ago. The SR team are extremely responsive, with both a positive and practical mindset to any and all problems we have presented them with, and have always delivered on every job, no matter how big or small. Each job is given the same amount of care and consideration, and is completed both on time and more importantly, safely. I would not hesitate to recommend SR industrial to anyone for these reasons alone.
I have been using SR Industrial for plumbing issues for a commercial business and the team are quick to respond and resolve the issues we have. Never had any issues with them, would recommend
