Purchased an air conditioning wall unit online on 24th November. Was charged and issued with a receipt the same day. Have emailed and called multiple times since. Either told I will get a call back same day and not called back, or an answering machine. Its now 11th December. I have nothing to show for my £540 other than a receipt. No unit, no update and no returns to calls. If you do not call me back today I will ask my credit card company to revoke the payment.
