Friendly and easy to talk to, and he clearly knows the air con kit inside out, so every question I had got a proper answer. The install was quick, neat and done to a high standard, and he went further than I expected by levelling the ground beneath the outdoor unit. Transparent on price, and he left the place spotless. Honest, reliable and genuinely good at what he does. Joe is well known to other trades as an expert, so highly recommended by his peers within the marketplace. Joe come round to give us some info on an aircon unit, Joe arrived on time advices us on what unit would be better he was very knowledgeable and professional. This week we had our unit fitted by Joe we are very happy. My parents have also used Joe for two aircon units and are very happy.
The service from JDH was excellent. Joe is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He advised us which unit would be most suitable for the room size, how it would be installed, how much it would cost to run and how often it should be serviced. As we had all the information up front we decided on that day to go ahead with the installation and thankfully Joe fitted it a week later. The installation was very neat and tidy. Now the lounge/diner is cool and comfortable, perfect is these heatwaves. I would thoroughly recommend JDH to anyone considering air con for their home.

We’ve got Joey to install 3 lots of aircon for us last week and each unit has been done immaculately, he pays a huge amount of attention to detail, knows his stuff inside out! He is super engaged too and quick to respond, would highly recommend him to anyone who needs aircon.

Fantastic work , had a air con unit in my daughters bedroom wouldn't of even known someone had done any work in the room very tidy and clean even had the time to sit down and go through the controls . Already looking forward to getting the kitchen done thanks Joe.
Joe was absolutely fantastic and the service was second to none. I think it would be fair to say that our installation was not a simple one; complicated in location, combined with 30+ degree heat and our little ones running around because it was the holidays, I would have described it as an assault on the senses. Despite this, he was very friendly, happy to answer questions, kind to the children and always smiling despite clearly suffering in the heat. He also asked for a vacuum cleaner so he could leave the place immaculate! We've already booked to have another put in later in the year and we're very pleased we have found someone to not only install our Air-conditioning, but service them for years to come. If you have been on the fence about getting one installed, just ask Joe to come round for a chat, you will not be disappointed!!

Jdh Installed an air con unit in my gym for me. Joe was very polite and courteous throughout the whole process. They initially came out to give me a quote which was slightly higher than another company but not by much. I felt Joe had the knowledge and experience in comparison with the other quite had so I decided to proceed with the work. The work was carried out to a high standard, all of the pipes and cable where running trunking so it looked really neat. They hoovered up at the end and explained how to use it. Very happy. It’s so nice to be able to have a cool gym! Thank you!
