Raymond and John were fantastic, even when the replacement part was faulty they got another replacement , no gripe or grumble. Top guys and 100% recommend them.
Highly recommended and would definitely use these guys again! We were looking to have a Freezer Cold Room and some air conditioning fitted in our restaurant, and was recommended by a friend. F Cold definitely lived up to their reputation - quick response, reasonably priced, quick turn-around ! The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable - they know what they're doing! Excellent service . Repaired the leak before putting any gas . I called several fridge engineer with the same problem and they just charged call out charges and put gas in without checking the unit. I will always call F cold in future.
