Decided to go ahead and get aircon installed in 3 rooms in our house. David came round to quote and provided a few solutions, we went with a multispilt unit. Our type of house is a challenge to work on due to the age and build type, David and his team worked extremely hard over two days and got everything online by day 2. Extremely impressed by their ability to overcome issues and provide solutions while remaining professional. Very tidy as well and kept us informed throughout the install. Would highly recommend.

David and Justin did a superb job installing air conditioning in our home. Their workmanship was excellent! They were professional, punctual and clearly took great pride in their work. They left everything clean and tidy and the quality of the products and workmanship is outstanding. Of course, none of this would have been possible without the able, capable and wonderful support of Linda, who made the whole process run smoothly from start to finish! We are absolutely delighted with the service we received. The team was extremely professional, the pricing was very competitive and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Installed an air conditioning unit at my cafe after being recommended by our butcher . David was brilliant from start to finish , working with me to get it done very early in the morning so as not to disrupt our service times . They were done in 3 hours and left the place spotless . Really good service and excellent value . Very happy and highly recommend .

David and his team installed three ceiling mounted AC un its into our new build. He has extremely responsive to deadlines and the installation was as smooth as silk. Since installation we have had three heatwaves, and the house has remained cool and comfortable at all times. Can't speak too highly of his professionalism.

Good Taste Bakery MD..Why I've been using ERS refrigeration for 20 plus years. Easy. They answer the phone ( no bots or "only" email contact) David and Justin have never let me down. Eight stores and a large central Bakery demands an efficient and timely refidgeration and Air con service.. Why would I use another company. I wouldn't. End of. I can't recommend them enough. We had a major issue with our fridge units due to the extreme weather we had recently and being a milk company we rely on our fridges being functional 24/7. Dave the engineer came to us and got the failed units up and running before heading 95 miles to another one of our centres who were experiencing the same issue. After Dave left our units went down again and he made that long journey back to get the units up and running again, sharing with us some useful practises to try and keep the units cooler to avoid tripping out which has helped as they have been running fine now. Thanks Dave and ERS for your rapid response and going that extra mile for us.

David has been fantatstic today fitting my daughters AC unit, we are beyond thrilled with the resutls and will no doubt be getting him back soon for our room! Thank you David and the team. Super impressive service.

ERS Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning did a fantastic job from start to finish. They turned up exactly as agreed, were professional throughout, and took outstanding care while working in our newly refurbished home, making sure everything was protected and respected. The quality of their work was excellent and the whole installation was completed to a very high standard. Absolutely smashed it — couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Just got to say thanks to the team at ERS for sorting the beer cellar cooling out at the Swan Farnborough out over the bank holidays. We had an issue in the week with the wrong part being delivered. They managed to source the right part and cam and fitted it on easter Saturday morning. Great service
