DRC installed air conditioning system into my house using Fujitsu multi split system. He always consulted with me on decisions regarding positioning of internal units and external air source heat pumps. He worked alone but always made sure that he cleaned up after himself and left the rooms neat and tidy. His quote was very competitive compared to others. I highly recommend the work that he’s done.

Derek installed our 4 split air conditioning and put in some Ethernet points for us in a few of our rooms and garage. The air conditioning pipe runs and power cable run weren’t the most easy, involving a lot of difficult work outside to attach it all but Derek did it no problem and left it looking very nice and left us feeling nice and cool inside! He honestly has been the best tradesperson who I’ve ever used. He was extremely responsive (both email and text), quoted in a quick timeframe, did the work in a quick timeframe and did everything to a very high standard. Even when holes were necessary in the ceiling or floor to get the cables to where we wanted Derek did a great job of covering up and filling these in so we just need to add some paint before they’re good as new. He also didn’t seem to mind me following him around and asking questions which is always a plus! I would highly recommend DRC and definitely will be using them when it comes to our electrical work we need doing! I wouldn’t even consider anyone else.

Derek was professional and helpful from the first interaction. I called him out of the blue on a Saturday (sorry about that!) for some advice on EV Charger fitting, he helped out right away. I then contacted him a few weeks later to ask him to come and assess /cost the job, he was friendly, knowledgeable and quick, we received the quote via email later on in the day, which was as expected price wise. On the day of install, Derek was on time, he told me what he was doing at each point (I'm nosey like that) and completed the job as expected, no issues. he tidied up after the work and made sure everything was operational. professional through and through, I would 100% recommend DRC to anyone looking for an EV charger install (or any other electrical need!)

As a lot of my lights had blown and replacing them didn't fix the issue. Derek came, told me the issue and even looked at other lights before providing me with a quote. He then replaces all the fittings and made sure everything worked. He and Jamie cleaned island tidied everything leaving me with no mess and working lights. Derek did a great job of fitting a new cooker extractor fan. Whilst he was round, I also asked him to check my heaters to ensure they were working properly (I had just moved in) Derek checked all of them and noticed that a component had melted in one of the heaters and promptly ordered a part, came back and fitted it. I know now a great electrician who I can trust and in addition, have recommended to family and friends.
