Sam was called to ours due to no heat or hot water yesterday, today we have a new boiler and are cozy and warm. Couldn't recommend him enough. Really nice guy, clean, tidy and very good all round service.
We were renovating a conservatory and found ourselves in a pickle when we removed a step to find a load of flexi_pipe running under it instead of proper plumbing. With only a few days before the floor was going to be poured, Sam swooped in and the saved the day. Flexi-pipe needed removing and replaced with copper pipe that went under a bunch of awkward brickwork and weird lips. He quoted a reasonable price, set a quick date, turned up when he said we would, did the job in the time he said he would, and several years later the work has remained perfect. In fact, every other contractor messed us around (including the floor people, who were late, cancelled, rearranged and tried to ask for more money) and the only bit of the conservatory that went as advertised was Sam's plumbing. Honestly couldn't recomend him more, and will be my first port of call for any plumbing job in the future.
Sam at SFB has helped us so much over the last few years. He’s serviced our boiler every year (and reminded me that is needed doing !) as well as getting to the bottom of why our boiler was losing pressure. Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough!

Over the past few years Sam has done a few jobs for our home including fitting a new boiler and bath. He's done an incredible job and I have no complaints. Got a good eye for details and always leaves leaving no mess for us to deal with. Always my number one go-to for my plumbing needs.

Thoroughly recommend. Have used SFB previously for a leaking tap so contacted when we had a couple of issues of no heating and water discolouration. Received a prompt response and Sam worked diligently to fix the problems. Got the job done with patience, professionalism and no fuss. Amazing service.
Sam was able to fit me in at 24 hours notice to sort out a troublesome hot water system overflow. Although we resolved the problem quite quickly we had a few delays and re-arrangements of start time, but fortunately I was flexible on time. Only criticism I have is that the invoice for the work is not broken down into parts and labour.

Efficient, professional and friendly service. Gas fire safety checks completed and also advised on a couple of minor queries. Would recommend and will use again.
