We had Technicool quote and install a multi-split Panasonic setup with three internal units. Everything from standard admin contacts, to quoting (was given several options at different prices with different features) to the install itself was handled professionally yet friendly. The installers were polite, efficient and did a very good, neat job - even when challenged with putting pipes neatly through a ceiling/floor to reach our loft. Would fully recommend!
I rate these people highly. Competitive pricing, early installation date and the team of young lads that actually did the work were good, conscientious fellows who were polite and knew their stuff. Inspecting the external fittings afterwards I was impressed by the tidy appearance of all the cables, wires and pipes.I already had one unit fitted and they took this apart and cleaned it thoroughly before reassembling and re-installing it for another room. I recommend them !
Absolutely brilliant service from Technicool! I called on Saturday about my air‑con, and by Monday their technician Guy was at my door. He found the issue instantly — a loose drainpipe inside the unit — fixed it on the spot, tested everything thoroughly, and even cleaned the whole area afterwards. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Huge thanks to the team!
