I phoned the company Kool Planet and although they had dealt with Barnes Green before they were willing to come out pretty quickly and got a resolution to get us up and running very quickly. Barnes Green Social Club will now continue to use Kool planet for their services and would gladly recommend them to any other businesses.

Had a faulty bottle cooler after several time wasters rang kool Planet who were very helpful from start to finish came out diagnosed the fault ordered a new part came back the next day to fit it great service would highly recommend them more than happy with the work thanks again kool planet Colin Smethurst

Very quick and reliable. I had an issue with the compressor for the ADPR (Proofer machine). Steve from Cool Planet visited the store the same day, diagnosed it and order the part required and replace it in two days. I've used Kool Planet for many years for various refrigeration maintenance, repairs, replacements and preventative servicing. After struggling with our ancient (and temperamental) AirCon/heating, we decided to bite the bullet and replace the whole system this year. Being a food business, we need careful planning on these projects and it's vital that outside contractors share the need to work clean and tidy. I have to say that Andy and Malc both carried out the work with minimal fuss and complete professionalism. A VERY neat installation complete with a new condensate pump "just in case", the new system is super-fast and quiet whether it's heating or cooling. The second system installed in our prep area is just as good, again neat and tidy. I'm now looking forward to a hot summer but a cooler kitchen! I'm so glad to have avoided getting random quotes on the Internet for this work as using a company we know has paid dividends, the end result being a quality job. Thanks guys!
