Bailey initially came out promptly, viewed the project and provided a quote, and seemed friendly and positive about the work. However, after several weeks of trying to coordinate installation dates, communication became increasingly unreliable. We repeatedly followed up regarding agreed timings and proposed dates, including after being told the job could proceed. At one stage Bailey specifically confirmed he would attend the following Tuesday to carry out the installation, and we cleared our schedules and planned around this accordingly. Unfortunately he never arrived and no message, update or explanation was provided. I completely understand that schedules can change, but after waiting several weeks and repeatedly trying to coordinate the work, the lack of communication and failure to follow through on agreed arrangements was extremely frustrating and a significant inconvenience.

Bailey is a very knowledgeable and dependable electrician. He came through recommendation. We asked him to come and give us an electric health check. He called to inform us and apologise for being 15 min late – a courtesy that has unfortunately become rare. He was efficient and thorough, and did other additional jobs for us at our request on the spot with no fuss. His EICR report was very clear and was just what we wanted. Very well-mannered and his fees were very reasonable. Given this positive experience, we have no hesitation in awarding a five-star rating to Bailey and intend to continue using his services for our future electrical needs. We also confidently recommend him to others seeking reliable and expert electrical support.

Really great experience with Bailey. He is professional, Knowledgeable and really great at what he does. Replacing our down lights with some more focused spots and a ceiling light in our living room/ dining room was straightforward and a real no mess no fuss job for him to do in one day. Would highly recommended for all domestic and commercial electrical needs.

Highly recommend. I was genuinely pleasantly surprised with the service and the quality of work, and the price was very reasonable. After a sudden power cut, the electrician arrived within an hour. He checked everything, ran tests, and explained the cause clearly. He even replaced a faulty socket that wasn't part of the initial job.

Great service from Bailey recently who completed an EICR for me.

We had Kingfisher replace a particularly tricky fuseboard in the Barbican that other electricians couldn’t. He completed the work in a professional and timely manner, and we now have control over circuits that previously would have meant pulling a ceramic fuse.
