Andrei installed our EV charger today and I couldn’t be happier with the service. His communication was fantastic from the start , he called beforehand to talk me through the installation and explain what to expect, which was really reassuring. Andrei did a great job installing our Ohme ePod this week. He was responsive, thoughtful and thorough in planning the job and was on-site to start in under a week. It was a challenging installation requiring a new dedicated consumer unit in a tight space high up, running the cables through existing boxing and under floorboards and installing the charger in a very specific spot, all of which he managed very well. Andrei was polite, professional, worked quickly and cleaned up after himself such that you wouldn't know the installation had happened. The charger works well and Andrei completed the commissioning and paperwork in under 24h. What's more, his price was competitive, especially for such a quality charger. Andrei even replaced a damaged outdoor 3-pin socket on the same day for a small fee, despite that not being agreed in advance. Couldn't be happier with the result and readily recommend Andrei's service. Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience with AK Power installing an Ohme charger at our house in N10. Andre was great to communicate with. He gave clear advice and sent me pictures of different charger options and explained the pros and cons of each. The installation was a dream, he took extra care to run the cable under the floor from the fuse box to give the neatest finish, not the quickest or easiest. This is a brilliant independent EV installer- they did all the back end stuff with getting approval from the local power grid which I had no idea about. Really good price- cheaper than quote I had direct from one of the charger companies and much quicker too.

He arrived promptly at the agreed time, came equipped with all the materials and testing equipment, and performed an immaculate job fitting our new Hypervolt EV wall charger. Despite it being some 15-20m from the consumer unit, he managed to do a clean wiring job so as not to look out of place. He also made a particular Effort to clean dust from drilling etc. Thanks for your hard work, especially as it was a cold day and the job was mostly outdoors!!
