Johnson & Son Windows did an absolutely amazing job fitting our new door. From start to finish they were professional, friendly, and incredibly prompt. They arrived on time, carried out the work efficiently, and the quality of the finish is excellent. I Highly recommend Johnson & Son Windows to anyone needing window or a door fitting done right!

I just want to say that if every trade was excellent as your company, life would be so much easier! I have worked with many tradesmen and trade companies and Johnson & Sons is the best customer experience I’ve had by far! From punctuality to the minute at the pricing appt and each day of work, to how quickly a quote was sent through, setting expectations from the outset of lead times. Danny, Luke, Logan and Jacob were a really lovely, friendly bunch of guys and I felt completely comfortable and at ease with them in my home. And I have never, ever come across such clean and tidy workers! I obviously expected a bit of clearing up after but each day it was left spotless! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Johnson’s to anyone! In fact, could you please branch out to all trades so I can come to you for everything? 😂 Thank you!

My mum had all her windows replaced then a few months later a conservatory put up. Dan and his team were brilliant and Dan himself goes above and beyond. Would not hesitate in using Johnson & Son again and again. Very happy customer :-)

Second time using Johnson & Son, the first time was all windows in the house plus an aluminum bifold door at the back. This time for a simple sliding door to the back. The windows installation was very disruptive as every single room in the house was affected, but it was honestly made so easy - the team was so considerate, so nice and so clean that it was actually nice having them around !!!! All windows hold perfectly, and after a few years of use the bifold doors glide and close effortlessly. The new install this week was much more simple but was done in record time by Daniel and Jacob, who were both very nice to have around, very clean and professional. They even fixed my back gate that came off due to the wind and left the place so clean and tidy, you’d never think they were there. Wholeheartedly recommend if you want someone local who really has pride in what they do and genuinely cares for you. Best professionals I have ever had in the house, regardless of what trade.

Brilliant service from beginning to end. I chose Johnson and son as they were a local independent firm. From meeting Alan I knew this was the correct choice. He came and measured up my windows giving me plenty of choices and was quick in providing a quote. He kept me informed of the progress from when he ordered the windows and frames. His fitters arrived on time today and did a great job and cleared up after themselves. I am very pleased with my windows.

Our second time using Johnson & Son Windows following their excellent work first time round. We had new bay and upper floor flush fit windows fitted this time and everything was done very professionally and efficiently from quoting to the work itself, taking into account our existing set up and how to preserve that wherever possible. Bethany was always happy to answer questions and provide further information and Danny proactively made some good suggestions to help the bay windows blend in even better with our property. The work was carried out to a very high standard and we felt at ease trusting the professionalism of Danny and his team. We are very pleased with the result and would highly recommend this family run company to anyone looking for a professional and highly experienced outfit that will take the time to understand your needs and then deliver something which matches that, with no surprises. An excellent family run business. Really courteous and great communication - even when a door we had ordered came damaged from the supplier they were really quick to tell us there was an issue and get it resolved as quickly as possible. Danny's workmanship and attention to detail is great and we are so pleased with the work they've done. It’s certainly an impressive ‘before and after’!

Alan who quoted us was really friendly, with no pushy sales tactics, very accommodating with changes I made along the way and the quote was very competitive. His son Danny and team came and fitted all the windows and doors and they have done such a lovely job. Their workmanship is amazing, they didn’t hesitate to point out any issues that needed sorting, cleaned up after themselves everyday and they were all really polite and friendly.
