I can't speak highly enough of the The Shinfield Window Company!! Rickie and his team have been awesome from start to finish. Initially Rickie came out to fix a broken pane of glass in my front window. He came to measure while I was out to cause least amount of inconvenience to myself, glass ordered and fitted within the next couple of days... perfect. I then asked Rickie to quote for replacing the front door and cutting a single side door into the garage. Input from Rickie was great and seemed to know exactly what we wanted straight away. Quoted, Price agreed and fitment date pencilled in. Communication was great, Rickie and his team were friendly, polite, tidy and a good laugh. Communication from Rickie and Chloe has been excellent throughout the entire process — they’ve been friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. The quality of their workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. We’re thrilled with both the new front door and the service we received. Rickie did a superb job converting my French windows and adjacent window into a single opening with bifold doors. The whole process has been incredibly smooth, from initial quote to completion. I contacted Rickie at Shinfield Window Company to get a quote for a new window and front door. Ended up using his recommended bricklayer and plasterer to complete a small job. Would highly recommend using this company to anyone. Extremely reliable and reasonably priced and their workmanship is top class. Really happy with our end product.

We recently had several doors and windows replaced and installed by Rickie and his team from The Shinfield Window Company and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They replaced existing French doors, kitchen windows and installed 5 metres of French doors and glazing in a new kitchen/ dining area. They all look amazing. Their technical skills are of the highest calibre, and they proved to be both reliable and prompt throughout the project. From the quotation stage, they were incredibly helpful with advice, making the decision process much easier. Even after the installation, they continued to offer valuable support. Their team was tidy, organised, and clearly took pride in their work, leaving everything spotless once the job was completed. Excellent service. Three large upstairs windows, as well as major proportion of our fascias and guttering, replaced in two days exactly as quoted, including organising the scaffolding supplier. A good visit to look at the job, and a prompt, accurate and clear quote supplied by email as promised. The team turned up on time when they said they would do and did the work exactly as quoted, with professionalism, courtesy and respect, and removed all materials and rubbish. We're very happy with their work and would happily recommend them to others.

I was really impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of Ricky. He also has really nice mannerisms and I felt he’s a very trustworthy tradesman-which can be a bit hard to find these days. I learnt from talking to him that is a real family business which I think is important to support these days. I rarely leave reviews unless really blown away with customer service and I definitely felt this company deserves 5 stars. Ide highly recommend them to anyone considering a window company to choose.

I can't faulty Shinfield Windows, they supplied and installed a large bifold door for me, which also included some building work to remove a brick pillar and the supply and installation of a steel beam. All aspects of the job from start to finish was conducted extremely professionally. The whole team were great, and very tidy. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

What a great experience from start to finish. Rickie turned up on time to quote. Told me exactly how long it would take to order the windows and sent me a quote that evening. Having ordered them, it took exactly the time he said it would for the windows to come and he installed them on the agreed day. My builder was really worried that he would make a mess of the newly plastered and painted walls (we did everything in the wrong order) but was really impressed at Rickie's workmanship. I self-installed a child-window latch mechanism that jammed and my window was stuck shut. A neighbour recommended The Shinfield Window Company as someone who could fix this problem that I inflicted on myself. Rickie came over and fixed the problem, removed my child safety latch, and now it’s good as new! He was friendly (my son enjoyed chatting with Rickie about how the windows worked), and super efficient. I posted on a local group about my back door not latching. Rickie replied offering to take a look. I called, on a Saturday, and followed his initial advice, but after failing to fix the problem myself, called him back. Rickie offered to come within 20 minutes and look at it free of charge. He managed to make some adjustments and fix the issue, also fixing an issue with another door! It was a simple job (for him) and he wouldn't take payment. He was professional, quick to respond, kind & honest and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use his services again. Thank you!

I cannot recommend enough. From day 1 Rickie was polite and timely, no messing around and very straight to the point, which I appreciated. He has the personal touch you don’t get with national brands and you can tell this in the quality of his work. And there are no hidden costs and no over inflating the prices just to bring you down to make it look like you got a deal. He’s honest which is hard to find these days. I was always kept in the loop with the ongoing works and any finer detail decisions we were always consulted on. We only had our upstairs done but we will, without a doubt be getting The Shinfield Window Company back out when we are ready to change downstairs

They replaced the sill on the broken of my french doors - seemingly straight forward, except they were put in 20+ years ago and the colour variant hasn't been used for many years - but Rickie unexpectedly found a perfect match! They arrived exactly when they said, did a great job, and while there were here, even sorted out my back door which hasn't shut properly for ages. I was recommended to contact The Shinfield Window Company when we needed a new vertical slider to replace an old box sash and a new back door with cat flap! Rickie came out to do a survey and advised us on what options we could go for and reassured us completely on what we would get and how it would be installed and finished. No hard sell, he was courteous, knowledgeable and super helpful exploring our options. We felt very confident on what we were getting. Rickie sent over a quote the next day and I approved. On install day Rickie’s team rolled up at the crack of dawn and proceeded to do an unbelievably stunning job. The quality of the products outstanding, you have to feel and see them to believe it. Manufactured to perfection and installed with stunning results, we could not be happier, even the cat “Zippy” is impressed.
