We recently had a set of sash windows, and a casement window, renovated in our Victorian home and are absolutely delighted with the results. It was important to us to retain the period character, and Allwood Sash completely understood that. The quality of the timber, the craftsmanship, and the attention to detail are excellent. The windows look fantastic, with brass window furniture that suits the age of the house. The double glazed units manage to maintain the traditional appearance whilst significantly improving warmth, efficiency and sound proofing. The draught excluders have made a real difference too. Considering the previous condition of the sash frames, we were skeptical that they could be fully restored, but the final result is incredible. The team was tidy, polite and professional throughout. We’re so impressed, we’ve already booked the next phase for our house. Highly recommend.

Allwood Sash Windows did a great job taking out my rotten casement window to supply and fit a new hardwood one in its place. They worked hard and efficient, tidying up afterwards, were very polite and I would recommend them for any sash window or casement window work.
