Have been a customer for 10 years. They've fitted a conservatory, porch door, garage door & now a tiled roof for the conservatory. Darren, the office staff & the fitters have always been polite and helpful. Peter & Aaron have just completed work on the conservatory roof & I'm very happy with the result. Nothing was too much trouble & they cleaned everything up after themselves.

We recently used Sureseal Windows when we had an issue with one of our windows that wouldn’t close properly just before we were due to go away on holiday. I gave them a call and found them polite, helpful and easy to deal with from the outset. They understood the urgency of the situation and arranged for one of their fitters to come out the same afternoon. The problem was quickly diagnosed, a new handle fitted, and the window was back working as it should. The service was efficient, the pricing was fair, and the whole process was hassle-free. I’ve had two doors fitted off Sureseal over 12years ago and they still look amazing. I’ve just had 12 windows and two doors fitted in another house and the quality and finished look is outstanding. Darren was our main point of call from start to finish with Micheal also checking if everything was ok, they was both very attentive and professional. Peter & Pedro were our fitters and they also was very detailed, professional and polite. Definitely recommend you all .First class service for an installation of a canopy from initial enquiry and visit from Garry the follow up phone call to advise when you could start work Max and Jake a credit to the company got on with the job and advised us all along the way what was happening. I cant praise Sureseal enough - they have replaced my mums kitchen doors and back room doors - and the quality of work is outstanding. The two operatives who carried out the work Max and Luke were thoroughly professional they worked all day without any breaks and into the early evening to get the job completed so my mums house was secure when they left, quality workers, polite, courteous, high quality installers and tidied everything up at the end leaving no mess at all. I would totally recommend Sureseal - plus the price was excellent!! The back office support was excellent as well providing timely reminders and always helpful with any queries.

Really pleased with our new windows. Would certainly recommend to friends and family. Max and his son Luke fitted ours. Very little disturbance to inside and outside. I was a little concerned as we have the outside pebbledashed, but Darren assured us it would be matched and finished off after the windows were fitted. Neighbours commented on how good a job was done.

Just had a porch demolished and new one built by Sureseal. We found the whole process from start to finish very smooth. Darren who came out to quote listened to our criteria and worked around all that we wanted. He provided an extremely competitive quote which fitted our budget. Darren was also very helpful in ensuring the demolished porch was removed swiftly and kept us up to date of when each element of the job would be started. He also sorted a couple of snagging issues at the end. Overall we are very happy with the work done and based on our experience would use Sureseal again if needed and also recommend to others.
Absolutely delighted with the fantastic service provided by Darren and Ste. They replaced the seal on two windows (no more draughts yay!) and fitted a new lock to my front door. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and they went out of their way to solve problems and make sure the work was done to a high standard. Would definitely recommend them.

We used sureseal for a lock change back in July. They came out the same day and fixed the next day (had to order a part). We decided to replace our front door at that point we chose what we wanted and were happy with the price so ordered. They told us it would be 12 weeks but was fitted sooner than that, they also stayed in contact with me during that time. Quality products and quality workmanship. All staff that I came into contact with, face to face and over the phone were friendly, polite and professional. Im so pleased with their customer service. I've felt valued and respected throughout. No hard sales techniques, just pleasantly giving me my choices for me to decide. I highly recommend sureseal and I'll definitely be using them when we replace our windows.
Three weeks ago I had a double glazed door put in to my kitchen, where there was just a window, the difference it has made is massive!! My kitchen looks bigger, brighter and it is so easy to access the garden. This is the forth time in the last couple of years I have used Sure Seal, I have always found the team to be helpful, friendly and professional. I will be using them again in the next 12 months. We're happy with our windows installed over 3 years ago. Just yesterday one of the handles stuck and needed replacing; we phoned sureseal and within 1 hour they came round and replaced with no fuss! Very pleasing service!

Had my back door removed and bricked up and plastered inside. I wasn’t there to see the men but they did an excellent job. 2nd time using Sureseal highly recommend. The window fitters arrived on time and went straight to work. They were friendly and professional throughout. They did a lovely job fitting the window, taking their time to ensure it was the best it could be. First had new front door fitted which was a beautiful composite door, then four month later we had the front and rear windows fitted along with new french doors, we thought the work was first class the quote was quick and very reasonable we would have no problem what so ever in recommending this firm JUST GIVE THEM A CALL from Mr & Mrs Holman L24

Still waiting on a call back from Darren Melia, after being passed back and forth to several members of staff for the passed two days it seems he is avoiding me. Had a porch fitted by Sureseal in September which is incomplete, we’ve come to realise this after decorating and trying to have laminate flooring put down (the concrete floor is not level which was part of the job agreed by sureseal) I contacted them just to ask for somebody to come along and fix it to an acceptable standard for which I paid for (not asking for anything free) but it seems now they have my money they are not interested in helping resolve the problem they have left me with. Very disappointing and unprofessional, after being promised call back after call back I’ve tried calling again myself with no response. One of the members of staff actually said “Darren said the balls in your court” how shockingly arrogant and worryingly lacking any sort of empathy for my problem. Please don’t use Sureseal.

Sureseal was recemmended to us by our neighbour who has used them for years. After getting supply only quotes from other suppliers on Anglesey, Sureseal's price was far more competetive, saving us a further 10% on our lowest quote and they were more than happy to supply and deliver to us. Darren and his team supplied 2 x windows and 2 x sets of french doors, fascia's soffits, window board (cills for the inside) and full installation equipment (fascia pins, screws, spacers, explanding foam, sealants and cleaning fluids etc). Most of the items were delivered, exactly as I had ordered them, within 3 weeks of ordering, as promised. The quality of the items is excellent. A couple of items were missing but Peter at the office reassured us these would be sent out (window boards and some trim items) and this was sorted swiftly. Upon self-installing the windows we found there to be a few scratches, scuffs and small dents caused in transit, I called Peter to request a repair kit, when he advised that they would send a technician to resolve the issues. Alan, the technician, visited within 3 weeks and completed all the repairs to a high standard without any issues - I felt that this was an excellent service! I personally found all the people at Sureseal to be friendly, helpful and courteous and I would use and recommend their services to others without hesitation.

Awesome company, great service/price and most people who have this type of window fitted have a slightly damaged rendering which is corrected with filler - however the fitter for my windows didn't damage any rendering at all, great attention to detail, fantastic job.
Sureseal fitted new triple glazed windows to the front of our house, we live on a main road so sound proofing was important, their service and quality of work was excellent, they arrived on time and finished the job earlier than first thought. Brilliant.
appointment booked for 10.00am today for an estimate with sunseal. I waited 30 minutes and no one arrived or contacted me. Telephoned Sunseal and was told someone could be out in 15 minutes quite clearly company had forgotten appointment. Very annoyed as time taken of work Decided could not wait as further appointment at 11.00am. Very unhappy with customer service and quite clear customers time not important. Quite shambolic so beware if you make an appointment as they may not show up. Time is money. Disgruntled
Fraudulent company. AVOID if you don't want to loose your money. They will make promises and keep breaking them and then when you want to cancel the order they will try not to give your money back. Still fighting for my money.
