CAPRICORN WINDOWS

Capricorn windows did a brilliant job on my facial boards and new gutters. I highly recommend this company. Thank you.

Absolutely made up with our new windows. We needed full house window replacement, and the team did a fantastic job, working promptly and professionally. Showing flexibility as we had to split the installation due to our Kitchen delivery, and demonstrating excellent communication, by keeping us informed about any issues, that were revealled during installation. From quotation to final installation, Capricorn were a pleasure to be involved with on our home renovation.

Had replacement glass put in as old Anglian windows had blown and misted. Great communication from the team and great installation from Andy, despite the monsoon like rain that started part way through the job. Tidied up as they went along... highly recommend :-)

We’ve just had all our old windows and porch replaced by Capricorn Windows, and they done a fantastic job! Great price also, and an amazing friendly team of professional workers. I can’t praise this company enough for their hard work and dedication. The work was faultless, plus they cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. Great bunch of guys who know what they are doing. I can’t praise them enough. I can highly recommend this company without any hesitation. I will be using them again for other work in the future.

New Bi-fold windows fitted today with integrated blinds. 1 million times better than the click blinds we had installed. Phil and the fellas at Capricorn windows are fantastic. We have gone back time and time again to get the windows and doors sorted on the house, nothing is ever to much for them. Very easy to communicate with, and advise or issues they are with your straight away helping. Great fellas, great customer service, reliable and trust worthy. Another job complete to the highest standard. Nice one fellas.

Leaving a review on behalf of Maria , from Croxteth park … Amazing service from ordering to them being fitted , the workmanship is absolutely brilliant , polite , courteous workman who even cleaned up after themselves you would never know they’d been ! Would fully recommend this company

Phil and team have done a lot of work for me over the years. They are hard working and professional. I had a small job which I needed doing and an issue which had occurred with my back door which was nothing to do with their workmanship. Phils team came and sorted the problem whithout any hesitation . Thank you to a very reliable company.

Phil and the team are brilliant, great work and a good price. I would highly recommend this company, its refreshing to find a trader that does what you pay them for. They replaced whole house windows and French doors. We totally love the quality of the job they have done. Thanks Phil and team, praise where praise is due!

Have used Capricorn in the past. I trust their work and prices are competitive. I’ve just had a new sliding patio door fitted. The fitter, Neil, arrived bang on time at 9.30. He worked solidly for all the hours he was here. The end product was excellent. Neil did a brilliant job, so neat and he’s meticulous. He cleaned all the rubbish away, even used bags for smaller stuff. The doors themselves are of great quality. I’d strongly recommend Capricorn. From Phil coming out to measure, ordering the materials, to final finish, the job was seamless. Thank you very much Phil with special thanks to Neil, a true asset to your workforce.

I highly recommend Capricorn. Having used them on another two occasions I had no hesitation in getting them to fit new patio doors. Phil arranged the work and it was seamless from booking to end. Neil came to fit the doors.he was a lovely fella who worked non-stop. He was meticulous . He cleaned as he went along, so everywhere was left rubble free. The collection of old stuff was left in the fcront and removed by another part of the team. So thank you Phil & Neil from the heart.

Very happy, second time I’ve used Capricorn windows quick service excellent price . Clean and tidy workmen. Have already recommended to friends

Just had French Doors fitted...amazing service from start to finish..from ordering with Phil and Neil the fitter was lovely and left the place spotless...

Would recommend Capricorn Windows to everyone!!! No hard sell, competitive pricing and great job. Phil is a lovely fella and his window fitters were brilliant. They did a great job and were tidy.

Great local business-I use regularly to get made to measure glass panes for my projects.

Unbelievable service from start to finish. Phil was there every time he said he would be to measure up, go through my order and sending the lads to fit my new doors and windows. Everything went smoothly and our house is much warmer now and the neighbours keep commenting on the new front door which we love. Couldn’t have been any better and the price was more than reasonable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Capricorn to anyone and have work done by them again. Thanks again Phil and the team.

Amazing service! So happy with my new door, 2 replacement window glass and all the plastic replacement gutters, soffits and fascia’s. Highly recommend and great prices too.

Used Capricorn to install 7 windows, patio doors, front door & bow window, had no problems with any aspect of the job, Phil came out & measured, gave us a price which we agreed on, gave us a date & the lads turned up on time, gonna miss they're banter though, not sure of they're names but were father & son, would definitely recommend Capricorn

Absolutely brilliant. First class service from Phil and his staff. This is your place for windows and doors 👍

Neil came while I was in work treated my partner and lad with uppermost respect (the lads autistic and don't like new faces) he even got him involved put him at ease would recommend good price came on time never messed about and got the job done boss thanks mate 👍

Fitted new windows front and back, they’ve done a fantastic job. Quality windows, reasonable price, work done to a high standard. Would definitely recommend.

As you can see from my profile I don’t normally leave reviews unless it’s totally deserved. From quote to finish an incredibly professional service. The team actually provided the best quote price wise that we received which isn’t always the main thing we look for and we havent chosen this route in the past. However, the personality and professionalism of Phil who came out to quote won us over, talking us through our options, what that actual meant in real terms and telling us things to have in our mind with our overall extension considerations. Phil actually pointed out things that we hadn’t thought about and was genuinely brilliant and has actually helped us massively in other areas for our wider project. Any lingering reservations were put to rest by a totally professional team who were personable with great communication and who delivered as promised. Following the work they have done I have asked the building firm to bring Capricorn back as a sub contractor and not the supplier they normally use to finish the windows and bi-folds for us as it’s given both myself and my partner total confidence. A proper local gem. Thank you

We recently had some windows fitted, really pleased with the work and price quoted. Neal did a brilliant job, what a worker, we are extremely happy. 😊

Capricorn did all of our windows, French doors in the back and composite front door. The customer service throughout has been brilliant. When Phil came to measure he didn’t try and upsell in any way, he actually gave us advice on openings that would save us money. The work was carried out across 4 days and each day the lads cleaned up as best they could. Whilst the work was being done the lads had great banter with us and were really polite and easy to get along with. All rubbish was taken away and we are so so happy with the final product. Great quality windows and doors. Would highly recommend Capricorn.

We have had the best windows put in by the best company! Neil arrived Tuesday and has put in 2 bay windows and a small bedroom window all done by Wednesday afternoon. We couldn’t have had a better person to install them, he was so courteous and thoughtful ensuring everything was ok… clearing all the debris away…. a real asset to Capricorn. Windows are brilliant… defo wow factor! Most definitely recommend this brilliant company.

Fantastic company from start to finish, replaced all the windows throughout my house , they look amazing and Neil the fitter was very skilled professional and helpful, completely cleaned up afterwards, so impressed with the company and Neil that many members of our family have now had windows and doors replaced , brilliant quality and price highly recommended xxx

Capricorn installed our new front and back doors today. The whole process has been great, from the initial visit to provide a quote right through to the work being completed. Phil would always respond to me right away and was very friendly and helpful throughout. Very competitive pricing and outstanding quality of work. The work lads were great. They got through the work in a day, took all the rubbish with them and left the place spotless. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Thankyou Capricorn!

Absolutely made up with my new windows. Great price great quality and great service The fitters were considerate, polite, professional and very experienced. I have an old Victorian terrace so not the easiest to fit given size, shape and age of the house. But Capricorn understood and fitted the widows and patio doors to an extremely high standard. I would recommend without hesitation

Absolutely Brilliant service , Neil the fitter was amazing , windows and doors Absolutely beautiful, highly recommend , from ordering to delivery was seamless excellent very very happy customer x

Would like to say a massive thank you to Phil Peter and their team for their speedy work fitting windows in my mums house which weren't easy being bay windows. My mum was nervous being a pensioner and worried about getting ripped off but I can't tell you how much they alleviated my mum from the stresses of mess and noise etc. Absolutely outstanding work and pure grafters and extremely respectful to mum. If I could honour them with worksmen of the year it would be Capricorn windows. Thank you so much again. You made it so easy for me as mums daughter no stress whatsoever. Will need you again to do work on my house thank you so much x

Capricorn fitted 4 new windows and a new door for us and were professional from start to finish. Phil was really friendly and didn’t waste our time with any sales presentation (I’m looking at you, Anglian..) - he was straight to the point and priced very competitively. We were booked in for the fitting within a couple of weeks of the quote. Neil fitted the windows and managed to do it all in 2 days. He’s a top lad and worked really hard to get a good finish. We would recommend Capricorn to anyone in the area.

We were offered exactly what we wanted and the quality of the materials and the installation was first class. Highly recommended. If yousare thinking of replacing your windows and doors look no further than Capricorn Windows.

We've used Capricorn Windows previously for new acoustic windows and were delighted with of every aspect of the work, we had no hesitation to call Phil when we wanted a new front and back door. Phil came round with a brochure, was quickly able to provide a fair quote and answer a great many questions from us regarding different door, glass combinations etc. He was very patient, we agreed a price and three weeks later Neil and Lee came to fit both doors in a single day. They did a great job, and were really nice lads. I'd not hesitate to recommend Phil and Capricorn Windows to anyone. We're delighted with our new doors.

We have just had all new windows fitted by Capricorn Windows. Phil was really helpful and the price we thought was a fair price for the job. Truly professional, couldn’t fault Neil and Lee, they worked tirelessly and to an exceptionally high standard. We will be returning for a replacement back door soon, cannot recommend Capricorn highly enough.

Had a door fitted by Phil and his team over 12 months ago, which I cannot fault . I had a small issue with the door seal which Phil sorted in 24 hrs and was resolved by the manufacturer. Can’t fault that for customer service.

Lee came out to fit 2x doors andreplacement window on the 11th of October 2023 for my mother inlaw who is nearly80,just after 9am . He was very particular about what he was doing and he was very keen to impress. He took his time to get the job done correctly and clean and tidy, put it this way he knew what he was doing. I just wanted to say he was very good and made my mother inlaw put at ease which is not easy. So well done again, thank you Capricorn windows well recommended. Thanks again Jimmy Taylor.

We have just had all windows, front and back door replaced by Capricorn Windows. Excellent service, from placing the order with Phil to Lee and Neil fitting them. Both lads worked really hard, their work was excellent and thorough. All rubbish was collected quickly and the lads ensured they left the place clean. We wanted a local firm, as we believe they would offer a better service, and this is what we got, with the price being very reasonable too! Thank you!
