A great service from Graeme and Crackin' Glass. We had an emergency issue as someone had smashed our door. I spent a while trying to find someone who could help. Graeme was fast, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Had a garage door removed, pvc door and window fitted to give a customer entrance to our workshop. The service from start to finash was great and without any issue's, would highly recommended crackin glass to others.

We first used Crackin Glass in 2019, having just bought a house that required a total refurbishment, we arrived at in December and wanted to have new windows fitted within two weeks , Graeme could not have been more helpful new windows fitted within weeks at a very competitive price Today (11th Sept) we had a new door fitted in under five hours, again Graeme gave us great advice, great service and a great competitive price. I obtained four quotes from local companies and Crackin Glass was the most acceptable for price, selection and quality Thanks Graeme - Brilliant Job !

Moved house and had a sofa that was too long to get into the lounge via the door. Thought we would have to get a new sofa, but called Crackin' Glass and he was able to come over before the movers left to take out the window pane so the sofa could be lifted through the frame. Charged a fraction of what others were quoting and did a perfect job.

Deserves more than five stars. Local, helpful, prompt, polite, willing to go the extra mile ... there are so many good things to say about this company that I run out space to write in before I run short of praise. My new door (and its locking system) and the replacement windows are fairly priced and carefully made and well-fitted. The fitment date was chosen by me and when I wished to have an unconventional window for my bathroom, Graeme and his staff obliged with no fuss. Absolutely chuffed! I cannot thank them enough.

Crackin good service. Very helpful advice on selection of glass and fitting. This is a great place if you are not a regular glazier and need help with a project.

My husband just picked up our order from cracking glass , I have to say I love it ,so pleased with it,was a large order to .Done to a high standard and finish and staff was helpful and friendly . Only had to wait a week .Had tops done for my Laura Ashley Garret furniture incase or scratching and must say it finishes it off nicely. Thankyou so much will be ordering more in the near future. Thi I thought I was put up for the first order … Just picked up two more Pieces of glass for the rest of our house and is now complete Service was excellent , Glass looks really nice from my dressing room table really pleased with it thank you both so much look forward to doing future work with you many thanks Tina Planson

It's just that they never answer the phone or return messages. So they don't even tell you when glass is in stock. Had issues with them for several months they just plead covid and less staff being in BUT that literally NEVER answer the phone or return messages so it must be an excuse. Even had to use other companies for customers' work because of this issue - unless you actually drive to the shop each time you need something including an update, you won't get anywhere with this company. Excellent customer service. Needed new glass in a couple of picture frames with unusual sizes and they did this so easily, quickly and cheaply. Would recommend.

Crackin' Glass fitted several new secondary-glazed & double-glazed windows to my property - all of an exceptionally high standard. Not only this, the customer service from start to finish was the perfect mix of professional, accommodating and friendly, making the whole process stress-free and very positive. The guys who came to fit the windows were cheerful and an actual joy to have in the house! They also offered me a good discount, making the whole job a very fair price. A year later I went back to ask them to cut a piece of glass for my fridge - they did this happily...and barely without charge!

Greatly overpriced fitting service for a kitchen splashback at £110 per hour. Especially as the fit wasn't brilliant.

A couple of months ago Crackin' Glass fitted a replacement front window unit. Unfortunately, we soon discovered that the unit was faulty (the white strips within the 2 pieces of double glazing were rattling at the slightest noise). Crackin' Glass agreed to replace the unit ('manufacturing fault') and install a new unit on 6/12 AM, between 10:30 and 12:30. By 13:30, Crackin' Glass hadn't arrived or called. I telephoned the office to be informed that nobody knew why the 'team' were late and that they'd have to reschedule. No apology and no explanation. Suffice to say, I have another appt date of 18/12 (again AM). This means that I have to take another day's annual leave. Funny that the appt. to do the paid work was on time but the replacement work didn't even seem to register!!
