How refreshing to deal with a company that gets it right. The whole process was very slick and transparent from the start. Accurate pricing, very detailed quote, the team hit all the timeline markers with ease and the installation was very very professional. I had a set of triple glazed bifolds (6m) and 2 x windows installed and I couldn't be happier with the products, engineered brilliantly and built to last. Nitesh had been very helpful from start to finish, from the design stages to the install. He was able to help and make adjustments easily and efficiently. Being able to pop into his show room and discuss plans in person was also a real bonus. Communication throughout the process was excellent. After the job was completed and I had picked up a few snags, (more myself being very picky if I’m honest). The team at Canterbury Window Systems are top of their games, we had a large domestic project for them to deliver including some intresting triangular angles, they have produced some fantastic looking windows which completed the house. Canterbury Window Systems recently supplied a set of French doors and a large Glass wall. The whole process was stress free and quotations were well detailed. We found them competively priced, both units were installed quickly and the team communicated when they would be on site and when finished they left the site clean. Both units look well manufactured and we wouldnt hesitate to use CWS again.

Following issues with previous suppliers we decided to give Canterbury Window Systems a try. Well from start to finish we have had no problems. The quotation supplied was detailed and competitive, the products were supplied on time and manufactured to a very high standard. Just had a double glazed porthole window installed very quickly by Nitesh and his colleague. Neat and tidy job and hoovered up and removed any debris afterwards. Quotes were all very professionally administered. good job well done!

Installed 2 x bifold sets of doors and and glass roof corridor. Installation and service was very good and as good as hoped. Kept us updated on progress despite COVID and was the cheapest of the quotes we got. Impressed with the final result on a technically difficult project. Keep away from them! Only problems, unresponsiveness, and a complete frustration. If friends, family and employees starting writing a profusion of reviews in the last days, the business must be heading in the wrong direction - they must be desperate! I'm a customer from CWS, there are several outstanding issues for months that have not yet been finalised, and the company has not shown the willingness to finalise the job. The only thing they keep on doing is measuring and measuring, and no work has been done. During the installation of the windows and doors, CWS has broke one of our windows, and so far they haven't shown the basic decency of replacing it. Since the company has been taken over, and has a new director, businesses may be heading south. Regarding the interactions with the company, what appears to be the new managing director - Ifti Ahmed, he is arrogant, impolite and a bully. Quite unpleasant doing business with this person. [Material added on 17/01/2020 in response to the reply from the distinct Managing Director of Canterbury Window Systems] In addition to be "arrogant, impolite and a bully", you are a liar! We have exchanged messages regarding the installation of windows and doors in my property, and you know very well who am I. Mr Ahmed, it might be an inconvenience to you, but I'm indeed one of your customer - a very dissatisfied one! You can ask my review to be removed, however, I have got proof regarding contracts and messages exchanged that I'm a customer of Canterbury Window Systems. Go ahead, and I wish you luck! But I'll let Google decide who to trust. It would be interesting for you prove that Canterbury Window Systems have not installed any windows in my property - I'll ask my money back!!!

Avoid!!!! They have no idea what they are doing and are very aggressive when they make mistakes. This ended up in a court case which we won. Don't fall for the cheap option when there are other more experienced company's locally. Edited to include proof of Court decision seeing as you seem to have forgotten.

Bad bad bad company! They came to installed our windows in October ( worth £10K) and despite friendly fitters, the outside joints have not been done yet and we feel the drafts, the stickers have not been removed from the outside and since the windows are far too high, I am not able to remove them, they broke one of our internal window while installing a door and it has not yet been replaced, one of the door glass is opening the wrong way, some of the window frames have small gaps and I can feel the draft coming from these gaps! We have called them so many times, emailed them multiple times and so far, they haven’t come or contact us to fix these issues, despite the promises that they will do so...

Use with caution!! Friendly fitters, competitive price but no other word to describe the management other than incompetent. What was supposed to to be a six week project from deposit payment to completion turned into 4 months of frustrations. Missed appointments, haphard supply chain, empty promises, zero communication. The removal of my old conservatory essentially exposed 3 internal doors to the outside world invalidating my insurance. It was supposed to be for a few days but it remained like that for 2.5 months! To be fair, I am happy with the quality of the work. My experience leads me to believe that either the company has cash flow issues or just not interested in domestic work.

Just had Front door fitted - excellent job done - polite and tidy fitters. Very happy with door and price. Will definitely use them again.
