Right from the planning and survey stage to completion of all works everything went according to the agreed plan. Really impressed with the installation teams : Jim Ant and Colin (house windows) Lee and Alex (conservatory) Overall a really nice company to deal with and we wouldn’t hesitate to contact them for future work Thank you

Brilliant service. Friendly and polite. Very happy with the patio doors

My family and I have used Brackenwood for many years and have never been disappointed. Today Jamie Penfold and his partner arrived exactly on time and completed the window installation and subsequent tidying-up quickly and efficiently.

Love my new windows and patio door. Mark and Martin were friendly and tidy workers who did a great job removing and fitting the windows etc and they worked quickly and efficiently from start to finish.

Several windows and patio doors needed in Thatcham RG19. It's important to me to try and use local, family owned companies wherever possible and Brackenwood fitted the bill - the very good reviews helped of course! Lovely people to deal with and no high pressure salesmanship. Jason and Jordan were a pleasure to have in the house and did a great job, very happy.

Excellent service from the Brackenwood team. Cliff fitted our new doors, he was brilliant, making sure the finished product was perfect.

My wife and I can only praise the service and professionalism of Brackenwood Windows who recently upgraded and transformed our old conservatory to a brand new one. Special mention to Steven and Aaron who did a superb installation within 5 days. Also we would like to thank Vince who assisted us on multiple occasions and Brackenwood's plasterer and electrician. Excellent service and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

The team of Sean, Anthony and Cliff were friendly and polite and did a great job - super pleased 😁

Leroy and Jamie have fitted 2 tilt and turn windows, and they have done an amazing job, it looks excellent. They were hard-working, professional, and Leroy has a wicked sense of humour!!!

Breakenwood was our choice after comparing different companies for our new triple glazed windows and composite door. The sales team were not pushy to force us into signing the contract, but gave us the quote with extensive explanation. We visited them at their showroom to see the actual products to decide. The fitting teams Martin and Mark were amazing and courteous. The job they did was marvellous and neat. We cannot thank enough Malvin, Rob in the sales Gary in installation booking and Martin & Mark the great installers. Thank you all and we highly recommend Breakenwood for the quality products and workmanship.

Jordan, Mark, Jason and Jake were amazing. They worked tirelessly and cleaned up beautifully at the end leaving me nothing to do. We had the biggest picture window they have ever done , it took 4 of them to lift it but it looks incredible. I cannot recommend Brackenwood highly enough. Professional, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process.

Nick and Ross provided an exceptional triple glazing installation experience, standing out for their punctuality, professionalism, and deep respect for our home. They kept us updated at every stage, offered expert advice when an issue arose, and left the rooms spotless. We highly recommend their services.

All the fitters were lovely, Sean, Anthony, Colin, Neil and Darren. So efficient and hard working. They also took such pride in their work. Thank you all for your hard work, you've done an amazing job!

Couldn’t fault the guys, so courteous and cleaned up brilliantly

Would definitely use Brackenwood again if in the future we require any more work done.

Lovely installers, super efficient and friendly. Great quality doors too. Thank you Leroy and Jamie 🙏🏻

Jason and Jordan were great and a pleasure to have in our home . They were clearly highly skilled and competent in fitting our Brackenwood windows , they were polite, cheerful and respectful ..When asked to go the extra mile to get the job done when an unforeseen problem with scaffolding presented itself they obliged happily and made it happen . Both Jason and Jordan are a great team and a credit to Brackenwood

Brackenwood have just completed my roofline installation and replacement windows . The whole experience from start to finish has been fantastic. Highly professional fitters made a great job. Particularly recommended is fitter Vasilis, who did a great job fitting the windows. Very polite, and excellent work. Communication from Brackenwood excellent

Excellent work. Windows and utility room door replaced and work done was of a very high standard. Mark H and Jake H were very professional.

Today we had very friendly brothers Sean and Anthony remove our existing windows/door and install the new order of 3 full height windows and 2 side windows at the rear of the kitchen. The work was undertaken very efficiently and in relatively short time plus keeping clean and tidy. The whole process from initial quote visit , second measuring visit to the final installation visit was very efficient/friendly and definitely no pressure sales tactics - therefor we are extremely happy with the result and have no hesitation in saying we will be using Brackenwood Windows in the future, and would highly recommend them.

Vasilis was awesome !! 10/10 would recommend

Completely professional and fitted to a high standard. Our fitters, Jordan and Jason worked incredibly hard in the heat. No issues to date. Extremely happy.

We live in RG27 area and have had two new doors fitted by Mark H and Jake H. They were absolutely brilliant and professional in their install. Double checked everything with me to make sure it was all correct. When the install was finished Mark went through the operation of both doors. Unfortunately there seemed to be some damage (not from installation) on one of the doors which Mark pointed out and noted down on the paperwork as well. Advised to take it up with the office who would likely get someone out to have a look at it. (Still yet to do as the doors have only just been fitted today)

Great experience with Brackenwood when getting my windows and doors replaced. The installers Ant and Jim were so friendly, professional and darn speedy too! They arrived early-on at 8.30am and were finished installing 5 windows and 2 doors by 3pm the same day. I was so impressed. The standard of completion is higher than I ever expected. Really great job guys so thank you so much for making my home even more special.

Returning Customer! We recently had our outdated lean to conservatory replaced with a gable conservatory and we're delighted with the outcome. Good clean job by Leroy and Jamie, thanks chaps!

We chose Brackenwood to replace our conservatory roof. We were particularly impressed with the installers, Steven and Aaron, who completed the bulk of the work in record-breaking temperatures. They worked really hard and remained polite, cheerful and considerate all the time they were here, leaving our conservatory looking like new after their expert cleaning. We are pleased with our new roof - just waiting for the plaster to dry so that the electrician can finish his work. This was a great team effort. Thank you all!

Front door replacement completed yesterday, the end product was all we wanted, Martin completed the job excellently and was very tidy. Service from Brackenwood throughout has been excellent, thank you.

Leroy and Jamie who did our fitting, were the most pleasant polite fitters we have come across in a long time. They did an excellent job and the window and patio doors look great. A good job all round.

I have just had 6 windows installed over the past 2 days. great windows, first time in 12 years i have woken up with no condesation, which happened in the old double glazing..The 2 fitters Heath and Barclay were brillant, on time, polite left every where clean and tidy. I have asked for them to install the next 7 windows. A real 5 star job.

Jim, Ant and Colin have done an excellent job, and the new windows and doors look great

Would like to start my review with a massive thank you to Leroy and Jamie who did an amazing job installing our new windows and doors over a 4 day period. Both Leroy and Jamie took every care during the install and left the house clean and tidy after every day's work. The heat didn't stop them completing a 10/10 job. The windows and doors themselves are exactly what and how we wanted them and love how much it's updated the house. The bifold doors really open up the house into the playroom and garden.

I would highly recommend Brackenwood Windows- I needed a replacement Sash Window in my Victorian property which is in a Conservation Area and from the fair quote to installation they were great. Quote stage was honest and detailed approach with no hard sell which was refreshing. A family run company who employs all their own surveyors and fitters definitely gives additional peace of mind and inspires confidence in the quality of their work. Advice on like for like style and window furniture was great. Jamie, who installed the window was fantastic, very professional with great attention to detail. Site left clean and tidy. I’m delighted with the window and will certainly use them again when I need anything else replacing. Thank you.

Chris and Martin did an excellent job of replacing two of our windows. Work is very neat and of highest standard. Windows are lovely. Excellent experience with Brackenwood from start to finish.

Used Brackenwood to supply and fit French Doors. I sought 3 quotes from different suppliers before committing to Brackenwood and I’m glad I did. Their high customer ratings are a true reflection of my experience with clear communication throughout the whole process, great workmanship during the fitting and helpful advice from the administrator teams. Thoroughly recommend.

Nick and his colleague did a sterling job and went the extra mile to provide an excellent fitting service.

Chris and Martin were excellent. Their attention to detail to get the best possible result was very good. I would highly recommend them both.

We couldn’t have asked for a better service from start to finish. All involved - office admin team, surveyors, fitters - were all polite, punctual and efficient. We were so impressed we’ve invited them back to replace some additional windows.

A big thank you to the Brackenwood team, Mark, Jake, Jason, Jordan. Very professional and respectful guys who installed all our new windows and doors. I cant speak highly enough of this team and the company. The product is high quality and installed to a high standard. highly recommend Brackenwood.

Second door installation with the team at Brackenwood. 30+ degree heat today and still Top service and top results from Cliff. Highly recommend

Excellent work carried out efficiently.

Ordered new triple glazed windows and doors for the whole house, the installers mark and Jake turned up on Monday morning and started on the upstairs didnt take them long before they had the first window out cleaning up as they worked all upstairs all done on day 1 day 2 all down stairs done doors as well great job except they had ordered the wrong glass for the front door(not fitters fault).eventually (4 weeks) the correct glass was fitted by cliff and Barry who were also very professional very please with job all good. Would highly recommend.

Replacement Victorian style sash windows, and back door. Fantastic service from placing order to day of fitting. Both Mark H and Jake H were brilliant fitters, and did a wonderful job, as if they cared. Highly recommend.

Superb! Straightforward quotation...none of the dated pressure sales nonsense of 'discount if you sign today', 'I'll just ask my supervisor for a special deal' etc Clear, efficient communication all through both with office and installers. Darren and Neil were amazing...very friendly, professional and incredibly hard working, going to great efforts to overcome any issues. Sarah and Catherine in the office also acted very efficiently when needed.

Many thanks to all at Brackenwood. Very pleased with our new windows, Colin the fitter was friendly cleared all mess etc and took it all away. 👍

Excellent service. Vasilis installed the new front door with a minimum of fuss and disruption. He was polite and courteous and very efficient. An excellent ambassador for Brackenwood. Well done.

So pleased with the service from beginning to end. No problems. Quick. Efficient. Our installer, Vasilis was professional, friendly and conscientious. He arrived on time and when he left he tidied up so well you wouldn’t know he’d even been working at our house. He obviously took pride in his work and we are very happy with the result. Thankyou.

Amazing service from Jake H and Mark H. Both were outstanding, the service and quality was the best

Fantastic service and product from survey to installation. Chris, and Martin did an excellent job in installing all the patio door. They were helpful, polite and friendly. Tidy up the place nicely. Pleased with their work. Thank you.

We live in GU33 area and recently had all windows replaced in our four bedroomed house. Our installers were excellent, Sean and Anthony for 2 days and Leroy and Jamie for one day. We were very pleased with the job they all did. They were polite, friendly and pleasant. They did a great job clearing up—the house was spotless when they left. We have no hesitation on recommending them.

A proper roof for my conservatory - an absolutely excellent job by Brackenwood. Quick, efficient, thorough, and all the people involved, from Scarlett on the phone to builders, plasterers, and electricians, were delightful. Couldn't have gone any better.

It has been a week since Chris and Mat finished thier work here and i am very happy with the finish and appearenc eof my windows. I can already notice a sound difference with the triple glazing and replacing the single pain wi dows in the kitchen has made a noticable change. 5 stars, reccomended. *edit was chris and mat, not sure where i got ben from

Had a door replacement with Brackenwood. Really pleased with the product and the company's service exceeded expectations. Door installed by Jamie Penfold who was both courteous and extremely efficient in his workmanship. Both company and representatives are highly recommended

we had vasilis come and fit 3 windows on a second floor apartment. He had great customer service, he reassured us when we asked questions during the demolition stage as it looked scary but everything was patched up and as if nothing had happened. He was also more than happy to have a talk and laugh. Would rehire again, windows look great

Steve and Aaron have just left are installing a new conservatory. Nice lads and easy to talk with and discuss any questions which arose. Professional and hard working.

We had several quotes for our house in GU10, including from national suppliers, but Brackenwood stood out for a straightforward, friendly approach, great quality and keen pricing. When it came to installation the team were great - very professional, friendly and easy to deal with and I would fully recommend them. Thanks to Jason for the roofline installation and Dan and Mark for the windows and doors.

Fantastic service and product from survey to installation. Jim, Ant and Colin did an excellent job in installing all the windows and doors within a day. They work hard, helpful, polite and friendly.

We had a new front door fitted by Brackenwood, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with it! It’s completely updated the look of our house, both from the view outside, and our hallway. It’s lighter, brighter and safer! The whole process was easy and we are so pleased with the finish! Vasilis, the fitter, was fantastic! He was very considerate about noise (I had my 3 yo and 4 month old at home), cleaned up after himself and was just generally very polite and friendly. Great job done, would highly recommend! Many thanks!

Darren and Neil from Brackenwood have done an outstanding job installing our French doors. From start to finish, their workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and clearly take great pride in their work. The quality of the installation is superb, and the finished doors have completely transformed the space. What impressed us most was their friendly approach, willingness to answer questions, and commitment to getting every detail just right. It’s rare to find tradespeople who combine such skill with excellent customer service. We are absolutely delighted with the result and would not hesitate to recommend Darren, Neil, and the Brackenwood team to anyone looking for high-quality workmanship and a first-class service. Thank you both for a fantastic job. ★★★★★ From AmyF in Winchester

Vasilis did an excellent job of fitting both my front and back doors. I would highly recommend this company

I live in Bicester OX26 and decided to renew all doors and windows as the current windows were over 20 years old and starting to fail. Nick and Ross did a great job working very efficiently and keeping me informed of progress at all times. 11 windows, 2 doors and a byfold door were completed in 3 days and I'm very pleased with the results.

Just had my door installed by Vasilis. So impressed by the product and his work. He was very polite and friendly. Made absolutely no mess and the door and frame where installed beautifully. Highly recommended

Jason and Jordan were great, quick, knowledgeable, cleaned everything and did a fantastic job

We had the conservatory roof replaced (from glass to regular roof). The product is of excellent quality, the installation was smooth and timely.

We have just had our windows and doors replaced. Sean and Anthony did a great job! They were polite, professional and everything was done efficiently without any mess would recommend

We recently moved into our new home in Portchester and knew from the outset that the 20+ years old glazing would need replacing. We had a couple of quotes from other companies both corporate and private. As Brackenwood were offering upgrade to triple glazing we were pleasantly surprised at the quote. We have had 3 bedroom windows, 1 bathroom window, 1 bay window, new porch windows and french doors. We had 2 of the windows made smaller which involved completing some brickwork and plastering. We also had an issue with 2 lintels which required replacing. The fitters, Chris and Martin were excellent, especially when sorting another unexpected issue we had with cill depth, we were having external insulation installed after windows and required deeper cills than originally planed for. Chris and Martin have done an excellent job and remained professional considering the complexity of issues that were being thrown at them. The windows look great and the house now feels more secure. Would also like to mention the ladies in the office for their excellent service, quick responses and communication. Would definitely recommend Brackenwood. Thank you.

BH22 Ferndown. Installation of front door and french doors. Great company to deal with. Very helpful. The installers Leroy and Jamie were hardworking and friendly. Very pleased with the work. Will be booking in for the windows to be installed later this year. Would recommend.

Had our front door replaced with a new one. Brackenwood were easy to deal with from the beginning when designing the door and sending out a surveyor, up to the completion of the installation. Installation was done by Vasilis, who did an excellent job removing and replacing the old door with the new one. He was very polite and efficient when carrying out the job - a proper gentleman too.

Having had our old wooden framed double glazing replaced by Brackenwood a few years ago we went back to them to get a quote to replace a conservatory with a lightweight solid roof and new triple glazing. Part of the pleasure of dealing with Brackenwood, apart from the quality of the end result, is the quality of their fitting teams. Darren, Neil and Ricky were no exception. From their obvious pride in what they do, to their attention and sensitivity to the fact that the process involves a fair amount of brick dust and disruption, they were diligent in attempting to minimise both but at the same time progress the job as quickly as possible, without once sacrificing the quality of their work. On top of their craftsmanship they were genuinely nice guys to have around, with good humour and pleasant banter. Thoroughly recommend the company, their product and especially their people. We love the end result which has changed a freezing kitchen with a glass cage tacked onto the back into what feels like a completely new extension. Should have done it years ago!

Excellent service start to finish. Fair price for what seems a good product (front door). Sales, admin, surveying and fitting all without fault. Special mention for Vasi Lis our fitter - went the extra mile to make the fitting process as painless as possible.

I used Brackenwood to replace a window that we accidentally damaged. This was the third time I have engaged the company and have alway been pleased with the quality of the product and responsive service. Installed by really friendly and helpful fitters at a competitive price.

We had Jamie round this morning to replace our front door. He did a great job of it and he explained everything we needed to know before during and after he did the work. He left the area clean and tidy.

Very pleased with my new triple glazed windows. The price was good and we were lucky with the programme. Installers Chris B and Martin A were efficient and professional. However, we would have preferred to be informed in advance by the office of a hiccup with supply.

An excellent job carried out by Jim, Ant & Colin from Brackenwood. The three men worked very hard to install two bay windows, a bedroom window and a front door all in one day. Again an excellent professional job well done.

We were so happy with the two windows Brackenwood replaced for us last year that we had them back to replace another five windows! Their triple-glazed windows are excellent and Jamie Penfold and Mark Pugh did a brilliant and professional installation at our home in Woking GU21. Thank you.

We live in Gosport PO13 and I decided to have new front windows fitted and Brackenwood were so competitive on price and with the bonus of triple glazing it was a no brainer to go with them and I was thrilled with the quality of the windows and glad I was also impressed with the fitters very polite and respectful of my property they put dust sheets down in all areas cleaned up after they finished tbh couldn’t ask for anything else from the company

Heath and Barclay were our expert fitters who just got on with the job from when they first arrived having checked everything was correctly supplied and fitted. The doors replaced oak doors that were rotten and would have been very expensive to replace with new wooden doors. The Brackenwood doors look no different from those they replaced and we are waiting for the first visitor who notices that they have been replaced🙂

Been using Brackenwood for over twenty years - must be good as we keep coming back. This time Leroy and Jamie fitted a large arched triple glassed window. Good job, tidied up after themselves and left with a happy customer.

Very happy with our installer Vasilis done a good job

Big thank you to Mark H and Jake H for a brilliant door instalation. Both guys did a sterling job, and left the area clean and tidy. So thank you both again Regards Bill at 27

Very fast and efficient installation. Installers were polite and friendly and cleaned up well!

Ours was not a straight forward project, but Brackenwood came up with a solution. There were delays on getting some materials but we were pleased with the final result. The Installers, Nick and Ross were very pleasant and friendly

We had Jim and Ant fit our windows they did a great job we would only ever use brackenwood due to level of care from fitter and good customer experience with the team. Nick and Ross changed our window into French doors it was a tricky job but it looks amazing they were all polite and took great care to clear up after themselves would highly recommend

We are in Southampton. SO40. We are very happy with the experience we have had with Brackenwood. The installers, Jason and Jordan were both pleasant, professional, helpful and efficient. We have lovely triple glazed windows now.

Hottest day of the year but Chris B and Martin A worked extremely well and did a 1st class job.

Highly recommend Brackenwood for their customer service kept informed every step of the way thought out the process . Jim did a fantastic job in fitting our new front door. Very pleased with the outcome. This is the 2nd time of using Brackenwood and would always use them in the future

Our door installer Vasilis did a great job! He was polite, professional and everything was done efficiently and without any mess left. Thank you!

Writing from Basingstoke RG22. I work in a local well known DIY store and appreciate how much it means to get a pat on the back. Colin installed our front door and couldn't have been be any more friendly, efficient, thorough, and absolutely professional. Brackenwood's service was top rate and Colin was the icing on the cake. Well done. In these days of rip off merchants and cowboys you can be confident in good old fashion standards from Brackenwood.

Recently had a UPVC door supply and fitter be Brackenwood. Seamless experience, great communication and value for money. Fitters Mark and Martin were professional. Will be using Brackenwood again and recommending family and friends.

Amazing service by Sean,Anthony and Ricky very friendly and efficient. Windows look amazing

Lee and Alex were excellent. Did a fantastic job on converting our conservatory, were very prompt, quick and completed the job to a very high standard

Both Jason and Jordon carried out the installation of my windows and doors to the highest standards Their work ethics were outstanding, they were professional throughout and went over and above to ensure we were happy with their work. Outstanding guys and thank you.

We chose Brackenwood to replace our conservatory and add a solid roof after visiting our friends who had just had a solid roof completed by the company. From planning design with Melvin to installation we found every one of the team to be professional and helpful. The installation team of James, Wayne and Lucas were fantastic being fast and efficient and always providing updates throughout the installation. The plasterer and electrician also arrived swiftly to complete the finishing touches. Very happy with the product and the service.

I live in Sandhurst GU47. Having used Brackenwood at a previous property which was to a great standard, I chose to use them on my new property which was in serious need of an upgrade. I wasn’t disappointed. Ant and Jim were brilliant and again work was completed to a very high standard. The house is now warm, quieter and secure. House was left clean and tidy and all rubbish taken away. Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience with Brackenwood Windows for our installation in RG8. A huge thank you to Mark H, Vas, Jake H, and Mark, who were professional, friendly, and did a stellar job. I want to give a shout out to Scarlett in the office who was super helpful dealing with all my questions :) Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality service

Just had Sean and Anthony here for a week replacing all the windows in the house. Not only was the work carried out smoothly and efficiently, but Anthony and Sean were polite and thoughtful and it was a pleasure to have them here! They did everything with no fuss or mess. The whole experience from start to finish has been very straightforward. I cannot recommend the team and Brackenwood highly enough.

An excellent job by Cliff, very tidy finish, cleaned up nicely, very respectful.

Really pleased with our lovely new front door. Process was all good and very efficient from start to finish. Our installer, Colin, was great taking time and care over the installation. Everything left super neat and tidy. My only negative comment would be the tone of the communications which was overly officious and made it feel like the installer would hold you at gunpoint until you paid! Maybe calm it down a bit guys?! The reality was good service and a super friendly sales team, surveyor and fitter… and a quality product. Thank you

Thank you Leroy and Jamie for an excellent installation in GU10 with a very high standard of workmanship from both of you.

We have just had the glass roof on our conservatory replaced by a solid roof. Our team, Darren, Neil and Ricky, took just 5 days to complete the work. The result is fantastic and we couldn’t be more pleased. They worked really hard and have completed the job to the highest standard of workmanship. They were a joy to have here. Thanks guys.

We have just had all our windows replaced which was no trivial task in a 1930s house. Nick and Ross were amazing in working round some tricky issues especially in replacing our large bay windows which had not been updated for more than 30 years. Cliff and Vas helped for one day each and also did an excellent job. Based on our experience we would strongly recommend Brackenwood for window replacement.

Martin A and Chris B installed our windows and doors today and did a truly excellent job . They were professional, hard working and friendly. They went above and beyond, working hard all day to get the job completed. They noticed a particular problem with the building while doing the windows and I was grateful to them for bringing it to my attention. They also cleared up and left the place as they found it.

Jason & Jordan have been great. They worked non- stop and they left the house really tidy and clean - often contractors aren’t so good at that. The were always polite and professional and have done a great job. The windows look fab- should have had them done years ago.

Very impressed from beginning to end. I first used Brackenwood to replace all windows and doors in a previous home about 23 years ago. They were good value then, and the service was great. 23 years later nothing has changed. Still reasonable value for good quality triple glazed windows perfect for our current home. Special mention to the fitters Jordan and Jason who worked tirelessly over four days to replace many large windows, despite having to travel a fair way to our place in the Devizes area. Friendly, efficient and happy to answer my silly questions. Thoroughly recommended.

Superb job on replacing 4 windows with triple glazing. Mark and Jake were very efficient and very tidy. They worked very well as a team together. Very pleasant and answered all our questions. Whole process from quote to installation was faultless. Would highly recommend

Chris and Martin were very professional and did a great job.

This is the 3rd time we've used Brackenwood and again they've delivered a great service. Cliff did the actual fitting. He was punctual, friendly and professional. We had old brown French Doors which the glass had blown. We wanted a replacement which was white inside. We are very pleased with the final result. We would thoroughly recommend Brackenwood.

Jim and Ant did a great thorough job. Neat and tidy and the windows look amazing. Gerard Galvin

The job was completed quickly and to a high standard. Luke Medcraft was excellent throughout — very responsive, always available, and professional when discussing and arranging the contract details. The installation by Jamie Penfold was completed quickly and to a high standard, with everything left spotless afterward. A very professional team overall, and I’d happily recommend their service.

We would like to commend all the fitters who worked on our windows on Thursday 30th April and Friday 1st May 2026. Pete (who fitted the lintels) Cliff , Jake and Mark who came on the Friday.(There were a further 2 people who helped on the Friday in order to finish up but we didn't get there name as we were not at the house all day) Everyone who came to the house, was punctual, professional, friendly and very helpful and were a credit to the company.

Just a quick thank you to the Guys at Brackenwood windows. Vincent in sales, Mark the surveyor, the roof guy(sorry I have forgotten your name). Beautiful work on our new roof facias. Lastly the two guys that fitted our new triple glazed windows and patio door,Chis B and Martin A, you was extremely diligent and professional, “chef's kiss" to the quality of your work. we are over the moon with the results and would totally recommend Brackenwood for any of the aforementioned work if you need it done. D.Rossi.

Fantastic service all the way through from sales to installation. Sales are not pushy and guide you to the product that suits your house best. Installation was excellent. Sean and Anthony were really polite and friendly. They are a great team and got the job done in a couple of hours, if that. Very pleased we got these two chaps. Can't recommend them highly enough. A credit to Brackenwood. New door looks great, made all the more positive thanks to the service we received.

Friendly helpful team - got the job done well.

10/10, from start to finnish! Took my parents to the showroom and we were looked after and provided great information, no pressure selling! Home visits to measure up were quickly done and again polite and professional. The fitters Cliff anf Colin have done an amazing job, polite and respectful, everything left clean and tidy. We would highly recommend!

Great installation, neat and tidy, and quality windows. Nice guys too

First class job, would highly recommend the service. Martin and Mike worked very hard and finished the job on time.

Mark & Jake installed our windows and rear door on 6th May. They were both very pleasant, worked extremely well as a team, showed their professionalism in the quality of work undertaken. Thank you very much.

Awesome job from start to finish. The salesperson was incredibly helpful, never pushy, and the pricing was great too. Then along came Jason and Jordan to install the windows — absolutely amazing service. They left the place spotless, cleaned all the windows, and everything is looking sparkly and brand new. The new window ledges look fantastic as well. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience — highly recommend!

Andy M came to do some repair on my newly installed window, so friendly, quick and efficient and actually, off his own bat, helped me sort out another little problem.

Well done & Thank You Darren and Neil - just completed replacement installation of several windows, patio french doors and kitchen door. On time, neat, tidy, great sense of humour but sadly forgot to eat their doughnuts! - sorry guys they were nice! Would certainly recommend to anyone reading this review - thanks again!

Excellent experience using Brackenwood so far. Received a fair quote from them without the pushy sales tactics. They were able to install windows sooner than was expected and the guys that came to fit them, Jason and Jordan, did a fantastic job. Arrived promptly and were super clean and tidy and were trusted in the house alone. They even gave the dog a big fuss!

I am located in TW12 and from start to finish, I couldn't have expected anything else. Fantastic communication throughout and the day of installation, Leroy, Jamie and Cliff did an exemplary job, fitted the windows as if it was their own house, the attention to detail was noted throughout and no corners were cut. I was there throughout the install and I was very impressed, they are a credit to Brackenwood. I had triple glazed windows fitted throughout and they look great. Great company, great installers, great product. Nothing more to say.

Chris B and Martin A where very friendly and profesional. They arrived early wich was not a problem and did an excellent job of fitting our new front door.

Mark and Jake were friendly, thorough and clean work. Thank you both.

Jason and Jordan both very polite and efficient in the work carried out. Kept us fully informed of what was going on. Completed the installation as Brackenwood advised.

Alex and Lee were informative, clean, quick and so much more! What a great service !

Brackenwood windows great product. Our fitters Mark H and Jake H were professional, competent, friendly and had an eye for detail to make the finished result look amazing.

Great job, very friendly(enjoyed a cup of tea). Clean finish, highly recommend Chris A and Martin A. So had new utility room and then Cliff did a great job with the front door. Thank

I have been so impressed from start to finish - Andy was so helpful in designing my door, and Heath and Barclay were so professional with the install. The after install service has been brilliant!!

Colin arrived on time and got the job done. The workmanship looks to be good. He took the time to show me the specifics of the fit and how the new mechanism worked before I signed for the work. Colin left the work area clean and tidy.

Great experience with Brackenwood, fitted new windows and a door really well. All look sturdy. Fitters were pleasant and tidy. Follow up from Andy M to resolve a few minor things and helped massively.

We recently had new Brackenwood windows and stable door fitted by Jason and Jordan. They were both lovely guys and were polite and professional from start to finish. They cleared up after themselves and took all the rubbish away with them. We would happily recommend them to everyone.

April 30 2026 This is the second window and door installation we have had in approximately 3 years and would not hesitate to use Brackenwood every time. Mark and Martin, the fitters, did a great job and have completely transformed the back of our house. They were skilled, efficient and polite and made the whole job very easy. The process was faultless from our initial contact through to the finish and everyone involved was polite and professional throughout. Well done to the whole team from a very satisfied customer.

Mark & Martin did an excellent job on the 2 day installation. Polite, friendly, tidy & efficient I would not hesitate to use them or Brakenwood Windows again.

I received a first class service from Brackenwood windows and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I had bifold doors replaced with sliding patio doors, as they are a more practical solution for my home. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish. I had a lot of concerns about what would happen on the day of installation, but all my questions were answered in a sympathetic manner. On the day of installation, Sean and Anthony arrived promptly, everything went smoothly, and the house was left very clean and tidy. My windows have never been so clean! I am very happy with the finished product.

Darren and Neil installed our new front door. They were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, chatty, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Brackenwood were the best quote we received from many door companies and the service was great. Barkley and Heath installed our door and it was a tough job because of our old house meaning they had to stay a lot longer than planned, they were great.

Cliff came to install our new front door and the work was first class. You can see he takes pride in his work and was both friendly and professional. He cleaned up after and his workmanship was impeccable.

The service from start to finish was amazing. We are so pleased with our new windows and doors, they look so much better and have made a huge difference to the house. Everyone we spoke to on the phone and face to face were so knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Couldn’t recommend Brackenwood enough! Thank you

We had James, Lucas and Kayne doing our conservatory and they did an excellent job, hard working, friendly and professional, really impressed.

Great install by Matt. He arrived on time and has done a beautiful job of installing our new front door including having to rectify a problem created by the installers of our previous door. On completion everything was tidied up and cleared away leaving the hall immaculate. Very pleased with an excellent job.

We recently had all of our windows and doors replaced by Brackenwood Windows, and I especially wanted to leave a review for the installation team of Vasilis and Vasile, along with Peter who completed the building work. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, polite, friendly, and a real credit to the company. Having major work carried out at your home can sometimes feel disruptive, but they made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It has genuinely been a pleasure having them here over the last week. Their workmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and they clearly took pride in doing the job properly. They were also very respectful of our home and belongings, making sure everything was kept tidy and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. The finished result looks fantastic, and a lot of that comes down to the hard work and attitude of the team on site. Vasilis, Vasile and Peter were outstanding throughout, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brackenwood Windows based on our experience with them.

Both Jason and Jordan were polite and efficient. They came in, got straight on with the job and even better they cleaned up their mess before they left. Great work gents. Very pleased with my new windows and door. 😀

We were so delighted with the windows supplied and fitted by Brackenwood we decided to have new doors as well. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the doors supplied by Brackenwood and the work carried out by Mark H & Jake H. They were totally professional throughout, polite, clean, well planned, hard working and organised. Should I require any more work to be done I would certainly request they were the lads to carry it out. Absolutely delighted, thank you.

Great work!

Mark a Jake were excellent. Advised me of their plan and what they were going to do from the get go. They also did a brilliant job on what I think was a tricky sets of windows. They were a pleasure to have in my house.

Darren and Neil were brilliant, thank you so much. They installed our windows and patio doors on schedule, we're very kind, considerate and tidy. Lovely with our very enthusiastic puppy.. would highly recommend.

Fitting modern windows to an extended victorian cottage demands understanding, patience and workmanship of the highest order. Brackenwood costing, design and fitting excelled all expectations. Truly delighted with our 18 new windows and back door....the detail and finish is superb. Special thanks to our installers, Martin and Mark....polite, tidy and totally committed to true excellence.

Arrived and finished on time. Chris B and Martin A did an excellent job and removed all the old doors and frames. I would use them again

Right from the beginning Brackenwood has been excellent from the communication and design side of things to the installers Cliff & Matt who turned up, got on with the work installing triple glazed replacement windows to a high standard. We would recommend them to anyone wanting window instillation. It was a three day stress free operation.

Brackenwood Windows recently replaced my 23-year-old double glazing (originally installed by them) with new triple glazed windows, and I’m very pleased with the outcome. The whole process was smooth and professional, and the improvement in insulation and noise reduction is already noticeable. The installation team were excellent—efficient, well-organised, and respectful of my home, leaving everything clean and finished to a high standard. Thanks Darren, Neil, Leroy and Jamie. A reliable company delivering great service once again. I would happily recommend them.

The guys at Brackenwood are fantastic, friendly and professional . Particularly Andy M who returned to fix a small issue , he was again very friendly and professional and rectified the issue straight away. Many Thanks

Just had all my windows and 3x external doors replaced on my 3-bed semi-detached house by Brackenwood Windows Ltd, and I couldn't be happier (well if it was free...). Thanks to the efforts of all the staff I had come into contact with, and especially my install team of Chris B and Martin A, I have a beautiful arrangement of modern and triple glazed windows and doors. I was particularly impressed with Brackenwood, who after identifying an access problem that hadn't originally been caught during the survey stage, stepped up and sorted the issue with no additional cost to me. Great service.

The cost of our door and panel with the installation was less than we thought it would be and below the budget we had set. Installation took about 7 weeks from the initial sales visit. Matt N the installer arrived on time and did a great job of the installation and all old parts and mess removed.

I am delighted with my new windows and door. Vasilis, Vasile and Cliff did a really great job and I would certainly recommend them. Thanks very much.

We would like to give a big shout out to Nick & Ross who so expertly fitted our door and windows today 14th April . They were completely understanding of our concerns about our indoor cats and worked according to our request. They were friendly, efficient, quick, clean and tidy. Thank you guys for everything 😊

Brilliant and tidy job by Colin. Very happy with the new windows

Steve and Aaron did a fab job installing my windows, they were prompt well organised and tidied up well. I’d highly recommend

From the initial enquiry, a visit by Paul to measure up the windows, to the actual fitting today we couldn’t have been more impressed. So professional, start to finish, and Paul did a brilliant job. All done in a couple of hours including clearing up and leaving everything tidy. Thank you!

Leroy and Jamie installed my parents' new door today. The service they gave was exceptional, working non stop to fit the door and ensure it was secure. The quality of the door provided was also excellent and has really transformed the space. Brackenwood were excellent in providing the quote, the customer service in updating us on progress, booking in the fitting and all follow up was flawless. We will definitely be having further work from them and highly recommend them.

Chris B and Martin A arrived on time. Extremely polite and professional. Worked all day in a very efficient and tidy manner. Answered all questions satisfactorily. Left, having done a brilliant job. One very satisfied customer.

Stuart Gillet was the engineer who came to replace the window one side of our patio doors. He arrived an hour earlier than expected ( when does that ever happen) and was polite , professional, tidy and quick to change the glass . He noticed the other door was slightly out of alignment so adjusted that too even thought it wasn’t part of the job. Great job done in no time!

Great job by Brackenwood. Jordan and Jason the installers arrived promptly and were amazing. The new patio doors look amazing along with the window they replaced at the front of the house. Would highly recommend these guys. Really professional and clean. Great project.

Superb service throughout. Contact was good and everything ran to timescale. Quality of front door and side panel excellent. Special mention for fitter Jamie Penfold - lone worker, never stopped, all fitted to a very high standard and made sure we were absolutely satisfied before he left. Would certainly recommend Brackenwood and would have no hesitation in using again in the future.

James, Lucas Kayn and Rick. Arrived on time. Fitted my new windows did an excellent job. Left everything clean. Thank you

After 3 days of total upheaval, after 35 years all our original Brackenwood windows are now replaced with new triple glazed units and very nice they are too. The fitters, fuelled only by cups of tea, were neat and tidy and their workmanship was excellent. All things considered, it has been brilliant from start to finish.

Brilliant fitters. Clean and tidy. Go above and beyond

We're absolutely delighted with the installation of our replacement windows, James,Kayne and Lucas were Fabulous, professional, very neat and tidy,

Fitters were efficient, professional and cleaned up after themselves. They protected my pale carpets. Highly recommend them and their work. Thank you

First Class installation of all windows and doors a few years ago. Also minor adjustments and improvements made today. Excellent customer service and repairs.

Brackenwood came to replace, under warranty, a few glass units that had started to mist over after a couple of years. The engineer, Andy M., came with all the necessary units pre-made and fitted them in about 30 mins. A great job by Andy and very efficient service by Brackenwood as a whole.

Wonderful service from Brackenwood from first enquiry through to completed installation of our replacement windows. The initial consultation was thorough with all our options clearly explained to us: the follow up measurement survey was very detailed to ensure perfect fit but was carried out with the minimum of fuss or disturbance. The installation was similarly perfect, with the friendly, professional and skilled team of fitters leaving our property clean and tidy when they left.

Jason & Jordon were excellent. Installed windows and doors expertly and effectively. Thank you

Excellent service again from Brackenwood. Michael and Brad did a great job, friendly and efficient, new door and window look great.

Very pleased with the new windows and the workmanship of Mark H and Jake H polite and professional and to be commended

Brackenwood put new windows into our house 6 years ago. One mechanism broke. Brackenwood's very friendly Andy M. came out same day and fixed under warranty. The process of logging a service request and being contacted shortly after to arrange visit was flawless. Thank you!

Had my windows fitted today by Chris & Martin, fantastic job. They were quick, efficient, no mess no fuss. Highly recommend Brackenwood I will certainly use them again for future projects.

Great job by Chris & Cliff on replacing all our windows and front door, has really transformed our house and front door is the ‘wow factor’. Very professional guys and extremely polite. Did great clear up job inside and out, and also provided great advice on maintaining the door and windows.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. ? the Salesman was very knowledgeable and advised us perfectly with his suggestions. Ryan the Surveyor was also very helpful and informative. Rob the Sales Manager sorted out a few minor idiosyncrasies perfectly and seamlessly. And finally a huge thank you to both Steven and Arron who worked tirelessly for three days to fit our new windows with no issues whatsoever. Thank you very much everyone at Brakenwood, thoroughly recommended! 😁👍

AMAZING!! I am in Surrey RH6. These guys were superb so a big shoutout to Leroy, Nick, Ross and Jamie🙌 The old windows were taken out with care and the new ones put in, all in one day and they all cleared up both inside and out. Fully recommend ☺️ great work

Just had new Patio doors and windows supplied and fitted by Brackenwood. The whole process from selecting, ordering and installation has been hassle free. The installers Sean & Anthony have been great nothing was a problem all queries or requests all sorted without fuss. Would definitely use again.

Sean and Anthony did a lovely job, were very professional, left everything really tidy and were generally a pleasure to deal with.

I used Brackenwood Windows Ltd a few years ago and now very disappointed with them! The letterbox has come off, the lock mechanism is faulty and the door handle is lose! They were expensive price wise but went with them thinking its down to quality. I am really disappointed with them!!!

I have used Brackenwood windows before and I knew they would do an excellent job. Darren & Neil carried out the replacement my very large kitchen window, they friendly, efficient and tidy and to a high standard, They worked well together and the end result looks superb. Thank you

New Conservatory roof fitted last November. Seven triple glazed windows fitted today. Both were priced by Vince, who was an excellent salesman. Brackenwood teams from start to finish for both jobs were, friendly, polite, helpful, tidy, punctual and carried out the work very well. The windows were fitted much more quickly than we anticipated. Looking at the new windows now, it is hard to see that any work has been done. No damage to any walls or any need to do any redecoration. Would highly recommend both sets of fitters and Brackenwood. Today the fitters were Leroy, Mike and Brad. The roof was fitted by Kevin but I can't remember the other two mens names. RG19 area.

Darren and Neil arrived on time, called before arrival. Were kind and polite. Cleared up after themselves and did a cracking professional job. We've used brackenwood before and had a good service but these lads went above and beyond. Thank u sooo much for such great service and.company :-)

Very please with service from Brackenwood From sales down to the fitters Jason & Jordan . Would definitely recommend

Jim from Brackenwood did a fabulous job. Their quote was the cheapest of the 3 we obtained to fit a replacement bay window, but the job is perfect. Jim was fast, efficient, and left absolutely no mess behind. We live in Salisbury SP5 area, and I highly recommend Brackenwood. The company was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We are very happy with the increased warmth and light the new window is already providing.

We had arranged for Martin and Mark to attend as they have always been a good team and carried out the work to a higher standard. Again they arrived on time and were well organised. they each get on with their individual jobs. Everything was checked before the work commenced. They were polite and hard working and we are very pleased with their work once again. We would certainly recommend Brackenwood.

I am so beyond pleased with my new windows! Colin and Leroy did an amazing job fitting them and left the place looking clean and tidy at the end. I have no doubt these will make a huge difference to the temperature and noise levels in my flat. Thank you so much!

Chris B and Martin A were extremely efficient and professional throughout the window fitting. Although there were a few minor issues, they were able to complete the work well. My only issue was trying to refit the blinds & I missed the opportunity to get them to help.

No hassle start to finish

Many thanks go to Anthony and Sean, arrived on time, good workers, friendly helpful and efficient, we had some laughs over the two days they were here, but that didn't slow them down - actually what did slow them down was our 2 flights of stairs! Steve joined the second day and drew the short straw of the back door and window, but seemed happy to work away on his own. We are hugely impressed by the quality of the windows, the standard of work and not a scrap of rubbish left behind, perfect.

Jamie and Jason were excellent. Didn't even know they were here most of the time. Installed all my windows and doors expertly and effectively. Thankyou very much

Michael, Ricky and Brad have removed our old glass roof and fitted a new solid roof. Everything has gone to plan and the quality of the product and fitters was top draw. Would certainly recommend Brackenwood to friends and family 👍👍

I've just had a new front door fitted by Brackenwood. Excellent service from 1st phone call through to finish. I discovered that not all companies bother to send someone out to properly assess what you need, but I had a visit from Ian from Brackenwood who was very helpful , I placed an order & just a month later my new door has been installed by Mark H who was polite & friendly & made sure that I was happy with closing & locking the new door before he left.

Excellent service and prompt delivery and installation. Installation carried out by Sean and Anthony whose work I cannot praise enough. No mess and no redecoration needed.

We had a new conservatory/extension installed last year by Brackenwood and we love it (see review). Yesterday we had a problem with one of the door's mechanism. I popped an email to Sarah and had an almost instant response and a technician arranged for this morning. Andy M duly arrived, sorted out the locking mechanism and explained what the issue was. Excellent after sales service. Fixed problem less than 24 hrs from reporting.

Absolutely fantastic, the windows & doors installed were completed with little hassle , or mess. Appreciation really needs to be given to the installers , Mark & Martin who both went above & beyond to ensure a hassle free installation despite them needing to take extra large windows/frames up a very narrow staircase. I cannot commend the installers enough. A job well done 👏

We live in Basingstoke RG24 and needed some replacement doors and windows. We've used Brackenwood before and like their friendly and helpful approach.
