It is easy to sell windows but after care is harder to provide and the Ripton team have been brilliant. I had an issue with a failing lock on a door fitted 4 months ago. I advised Ripton, within hours a fitter was on site, issue solved (user error as it turns out) and whilst he was here he checked all the other work. Excellent service.
Our house windows were fitted by Riptons approximately 14 years ago and they are still like new. They recently replaced our wooden garage door and window, again matching to our existing windows. Last week our front door was replaced with a new ‘door and a half’ meaning the side panel next to the door can also be opened to give wider access which we love. We could not fault the fitter who did an excellent job. All the staff we dealt with were professional and very helpful. We would highly recommend Ripton Windows.
I recently had 8 windows and 2 doors fitted by Ripton windows. Whilst the office was quite poor at getting back to you when promising to do so on a couple of ocassions i couldent fault Paul and Luke the two fitters. They both are are credit to their company who are lucky to have them. They were both very professional thorough at what they were doing and very helpful. The quality of their work was next to none. The best workmanship ive seen for ages. I would have given the company 5 stars if the office just took the time to communicate with me.
We recently had our windows installation done by Ripton Windows.At the beginning of the installation process there were a few issues of poor communication from one of the members of the office staff around changes to the installation day .Upon waiting the whole day for installation team to arrive ,we rang the office and were informed that the job had been cancelled yet again,but no one bothered to inform us !! But credit is due to the team which turned up for the installation.Dean and Paul were very professional and carried out the job very well.Dean's skills are of a very good standard,he is very particular about keeping the place tidy. Paul was very good at small details of the job,they both worked well as a team. One of the window had a design issue which Dean reported back to the office.This will be rectified . So overall a satisfactory outcome .

We are very pleased with the warm roof replacement on our conservatory and with the way that the work has been done from start to finish. Andy, the fitter, has been brilliant and it was very impressive to see the roof being built, layer by layer. The people at Ripton Windows made an excellent job of replacing our four bedroom windows. Everything from the initial contact through to quotation and eventual fitment were all completed on time and with the minimum of fuss. Their communication was excellent and all the staff that we dealt with kept us informed of key dates in the process so we knew what to expect. A great team effort and a special mention to fitter Dean who was so meticulous in the way he installed the windows, taking real care and showing superb attention to detail. Have been using Ripton since the 90’s with no issues at all. Current windows 24 years old and still going strong. Had a new back door fitted yesterday and as usual the service was excellent from start to finish. The fitter Dean was very professional and did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend their services 👍
Today we had the pleasure of using Ripton Windows again, and once more they have exceeded our expectations. Two weeks ago, Lee, the Installation/Service Manager, came out to assess a number of our windows that had become blown or were leaking at my request (Not originally Ripton's installation may I add) He carried out a thorough inspection and provided a clear, honest quote with no pressure or sales tactics — just straightforward advice and complete transparency (no pun intended!). Having previously used Ripton’s for an insurance-related conservatory window repair, we already had confidence in their work, but this experience has truly reinforced that trust. Today, Lee completed the installation of nine new window units (retaining the existing frames), and the whole process from start to finish has been seamless. His workmanship is excellent, his attention to detail is second to none, and he left everything spotless. It’s clear why he’s been such a valued part of the company for 25 years — he is an absolute asset to Ripton’s. Plus he's a really nice guy! I don’t typically write reviews, but I genuinely felt compelled to on this occasion. The service we received was professional, efficient, and refreshingly honest — and, to our surprise, more competitively priced than we were expecting. A huge thank you to Lee especially and Ripton Windows for being a genuine customer lead business. My wife and I truly appreciate the quality of service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.
Shocking behaviour of RIPTON WINDOWS Driver! Full aggression and almost causing accident with me & my 7 months baby onboard. How respectful company can hire drivers like this !! This is outrages , dangerous and really make a big hit on company reputation. Do you want to hire someone who drive like maniac and cause so much danger ( reg plate ML20 UEP).
Contracted Ripton to replace our very tired glass conservatory roof (a conservatory that it turned out Ripton fitted some 15+ years back for a previous owner) with a tiled Prefix warm roof one and we honestly couldn't be happier. While we need to wait a while before we can decorate and fully finish the project, the roof is really good. Our conservatory is now much quicker to heat up and it retains heat virtually like a "normal" room in the house now too, making it a room we are going to be able to use all year round (once the AC is installed too). Excellent service from start to finish, and Andy, who fitted the roof, was an absolute trooper, doing it mostly single handedly while being very professional and an all round excellent guy. We would happily have Ripton work on our property again in the future.
Horrendous experience that still isn't complete yet. Up until placing the order was all good, and I gave Ripton the business based on the fact that they had fitted all the other windows and doors in the property before we purchased the property. The fact that they also ensured a smooth process of getting everything completed before the end of October sold it to me. After having to chase up the survey, and then having to chase up the build beginning, I was assured that the base of the conservatory would start on the 3rd November. As the build was only going to go over schedule by 2 weeks, I accepted it. When we came to the 3rd November, no sign of a building team to start the base. When I called Ripton, I was assured I would be called back but based on previous experiences, I didn't accept that and insisted I stay on line as I needed to speak to someone as this really isn't acceptable. I was told that they spoke to the builder who would be doing my base last week and maybe he was running a few days late. When that builder called me later in the day he had no idea that he had to be with me on the 3rd November and was instead quoting me a couple of weeks to 'pop round'. When I called Ripton they had no answer for me. Now I am a day after the build was supposed to start and I am getting silence from them in regards to when the build will start. Apparently the frame is due to arrive next week but I have lost all confidence in Ripton Windows now, I don't believe anything they have told me. If you are looking for a conservatory or addition to your property, don't use them.
This is the second time we have asked Ripton to to work on our house. They originally replaced all the doors and windows on our entire house and now they have replaced our garage door and replaced this with matching brickwork and a large window which now lets in lots of light. It looks amazing and I can't fault the workmanship from Paul who was really friendly and pleasant to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend Ripton to anyone. They are a pleasure to deal with and the service is excellent. Thank you.
This was our first time using Ripton Windows and so glad we chose them! We had a new glass roof replacement for our conservatory, it’s now a well used room. Brilliant business, the owner came round to give me a quote- he was very genuine and we will be going ahead with the order.
I went to two local Basingstoke companies, when we decided to change our double glazed windows, from deteriorating wood to uPvc. One, a company which advertises on the radio, and is a much larger company than Ripton, but its sales engineer, surprisingly, was very unprofessional at our meeting (I didn't trust the guy!), and the written quotation he forwarded was also unprofessional and lacking essential detail, which did not impress me. When I queried the price details, he said it was the Yorkshire in me. I did not appreciate this comment, inferring that I am "tight" with money, when I was merely querying what seemed to be an unreasonably high price, and especially as I am from Lancashire!? However, when Matthew Ripton, MD of Ripton Windows visited, the contrast with the much larger supplier, could not have been more marked. He was very professional, friendly and personable and his subsequent quotation was comprehensive, and detailed full technical details of every window separately. Also, Ripton's price was very competitive and reasonable, and, most importantly, Matthew is clearly an honest guy with integrity. I trusted him instantly, which, in my opinion, is key when doing business. The installation could not have gone more smoothly, and without any major problems. It's a brilliant job, and I am really pleased with the work and attention to detail. I came into contact with several people in the organisation, and all are friendly, very helpful, and consistantly professional. A really good team, who work really well together, always keeping the customer informed. All are very nice people, who you can instantly trust. I recommend Ripton Windows, a very stable family company, without hesitation, to anyone considering replacing their windows.
This was the first time we had used Ripton and we will certainly use them again. We contacted Ripton for a Warm Roof quote for our conservatory, having had a quote from the company we had always used, Ripton’s quote was over £3000 cheaper for (we consider) a superior product. We were kept informed about the job by Matthew Ripton, Richard and Kirsty every step of the way from quote to completion and everything went to plan. We can highly recommend the main installer Andy, and Paul the plasterer, both guys were friendly, highly efficient and cleared up every evening. All they needed in return were the odd cups of coffee and tea! Amazing family company which we cannot praise highly enough. Thanks to all of you. We love our ‘new’ room
I have used Ripton Windows 4 times now, and just would not go anywhere else for windows, doors or roofline products, and highly recommend them to anyone who needed these. The price given by Matthew is what you pay, no haggling or pressure to buy. Kirsty in accounts is very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. The fitters are always a pleasant, cheerful bunch. If you are very fortunate and have Lee install your door, you will not be disappointed, his attention to detail is second to none. He is full of helpful advice and tips to keep the windows and doors in good condition, and is passionate about the products. I am delighted with the quality of my recent windows and doors, and look forward to seeing how the winter fuel bills will be affected.
Just had the lads from Ripton replace all our windows in the house and 2 new french doors. Brilliant job,clean and tidy and on completion Dean went round the house with us to make sure we were happy with the work done. We've used Ripton's before and thoroughly recommend them to anyone. This was my second Ripton experience in a month having previously had replacement Sofits and Fascia boards fitted. The installation of Patio Doors proved to be another positive experience. The doors with Rosewood exterior looked even better than I remembered from the showroom and the fitting, by Dean, was an excellent example of experience and skill combining to create a wonderful 'end result'. Dean was polite and courteous throughout the installation and I was extremely impressed by his workmanship.
8 replacement d/g windows. Smooth process thru initial meeting/quote and survey. At install very impressed by installer Dean. Worked fast, tidy, efficient and good on customer care – knew how to reassure panicking me!. Result looks excellent and ought to be good for many years.

Do NOT use! I had triple glazing installed throughout my home (excluding the front door). The work has been ongoing for 18 months and still has not reached a satisfactory resolution. So much so, i'm now having to look at taking more extreme measures which will take up even more of our time and money. Some of the issues i've experienced (but not all!): Glass was damaged/scratched on multiple panes. Multiple replacement units were in the same condition - I still have scratches in some of the windows but it's gotten to the point where I've given up. The windows and doors weren't even fixed to the walls properly in some of the cases. The patio door windows were installed upside down and the wrong way round (which sounds silly but we opted for the acoustic glass so it's important to install them the right way round for the best results). Patio doors and rear door are installed wonky - still awaiting resolution Approx 90% of the windows and all of the doors still don't close/compress properly to help reduce both noise and air coming through. - In Ripton's defence, this is a manufacturing issue but I would like to have thought they use quality suppliers and would be able to fix the problem Sealant around some of the windows and doors wasn't used which meant a draft and noise came through the frames. (i have pictures of all of the above too). I'm genuinely gutted to write this review. We decided to replace our windows and doors during the height of lockdown and chose Ripton as they're local (Basingstoke) and we really wanted to support the local businesses during what was a really tough time for everyone. Sadly the installation process/issues are still dragging on approx 18 months later. I get that things go wrong but communication is slow and often takes weeks along with multiple calls/emails just to get a response on a single query - That I cannot accept. The only positives I can say are that the guys who did the installation were nice, friendly and as helpful as they can be. Admittedly, not all of these faults and issues are due to Ripton as some of them are caused by the manufacturer. However, they should be able to rectify these problems and overall the process and installation has been painful, one that I would not want others to suffer. I'm sure there's some decent installations out there, but in my experience, when it goes wrong, it goes horribly wrong and it's not easy to fix either.
We’ve used Ripton for three doors now and they’re always excellent. They really take their time making sure the aesthetics are correct before ordering and when it comes to fitting they are punctual, friendly and brilliant. Always happy with their work! We plan to use them for more windows and doors in the future.

Had a set of bi-fold doors fitted in 2019, very pleased with them and no problem until this week when the internal handle snapped off but a visit to the showroom spoke to a lovely young lady who said she would get Lee to call me. Lee called to say he had a spare handle and we could have it. Many thanks to both. Brilliant service.
We have just had a new Gerda front door installed by Ripton Windows. We are delighted with door. It really is a good quality product and I would certainly recommend it to anyone. Also, it was a pleasure having Lee and Richard doing the installation. They were professional and courteous, which makes a welcome change these days. Dean and Jayden came to us on 14/10 to replace 3windows. Although it rained the best part of the day They were both hard working and very cheerful. The windows that have been fitted are brilliant, Dean fitted them all with no fuss or bother . The finished windows are stunning! I recently had new triple glazed windows, a French door, and a modern front door installed by Ripton's. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the products. They look fantastic and have made a noticeable improvement to my home. The price was incredibly competitive, with a competitor quoting thousands more for the same items. The installation team, Dean and Dean, were exceptional. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they were a pleasure to have in my home. They were friendly, tidy, and clearly took pride in their work. A small issue with a window handle was resolved promptly and without any fuss. Kirsty in the office was also fantastic. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and always quick to respond to my many questions. I want to highlight Ripton's low-pressure sales approach. Unlike other companies I contacted, there was no sense of being pushed into a decision. This made the entire process much more enjoyable and allowed me to consider my options without feeling pressured. My only minor criticism would be the lack of notice regarding delivery timescales. While I understand this might be influenced by Ripton's suppliers, more advanced warning would have been helpful. Overall, I am delighted with my experience with Ripton's and would wholeheartedly recommend them to others.
I just had my front door and windows replaced. The entire process was painless - from the original quote, survey, communication from the office to the fitting itself. Very professional, highly skilled and very pleasant people. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anybody who is considering replacing doors or windows. Cosmin was my fitter yesterday and he was just amazing. He made a platform around my plant to fit one of the windows in order to avoid damaging it. He tidied and hoovered after himself so well, you would not know he was there. His finishing touches are perfect. I haven't got enough superlatives to describe Ripton team. Best of the best.
Had two small replacement windows installed in my front porch, excellent job throughout. Quote was £200 cheaper than another company, easy to go to the premises and choose the glass I wanted from samples shown. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, all appointments met on time. The installer did an excellent job, very respectful of my property, left everything very clean and tidy, very professional looking job. I am very pleased and would recommend this local company. I would definitely use again.
I am really happy with our new bi-folding doors. I never felt pressured into buying with them unlike other companies. I found all the team helpful and very knowledgeable. Then when it came to the fit the installer was very polite, tidy and kept me updated throughout so I was happy. I would highly recommend them.
We have just had Ripton windows and a door fitted in our kitchen in Farnham. We are very pleased with the products and we were particularly impressed with the fitter, Cozmin. He arrived early and worked extremely hard all day and did an impeccable job.

Had Ripton Windows around to quote following a torturous visit from a "major UK home improvement brand". The measuring and initial consult were so refreshing and how business should be done, no hard sell etc. Quote was competitive and good communications from Ripton throughout. I was surprised when a single fitter arrived to do the install (all windows and front door) but his work-rate and attention to detail was phenomenal (despite the appalling weather!). Very pleased and highly recommend.

Our previous door was poorly fitted and had a draft, our new door is of a much better quality with no drafts adding to the curb appeal of our property. Very bad experience with ripton windows, took 17 weeks to complete small order, just front door and glass window. Worst thing never had any update on my order, always been chasing up😕.
Two windows and a front door fitted, really pleased with the standard of their products. The fitting and finish was really good, the fitters were very particular throughout the installation and were very professional at there craft. Would highly recommend Ripton and will definitely use them in the future.
The finished result is top notch. Very pleased with 2 new doors (especially the front door and porch) and new front window plus some brickwork. Everything is at a high standard. Dean and his crew were brilliant. I also had a conservatory done by Riptons last year which is fantastic. I have one big gripe. In both projects we were not warned of delays. This time we were told it was a 2 day job, Tuesday and Wednesday. They came and made an excellent start on Tuesday, left early afternoon, came for a couple of hours on Wednesday afternoon (we had been expecting them since 9am) and not at all on Thursday. NO-ONE WARNED US. They waited until we phoned them late Thursday morning. 3 people's schedules were messed up. They did arrive on Friday and made a thorough job of finishing everything. I had to cancel Friday's pub lunch and walk near Fareham, and my friends who were helping me also had to change schedules. My friends are due to rebuild my porch "boot bench" and were expecting to do it on Thursday. I now have a pile of planks etc in my porch and have to wait until my friends can return in a couple of weeks. I get it that weather, suppliers, availability of crew etc can make timings difficult for any construction company, but what I DONT GET is why the customer can't be kept informed of what's happening. If you are fairly flexible about time and are prepared to phone and NAG re when they are coming, then I heartily recommend Riptons for the quality of work, but if your time is precious, I'm not so sure.
I’ve just had my door fitted by ripton. I just want to thank Mike for all the telephone calls and making sure the door fitted my needs. And also to dean for excellently fitting my doors. It was quick and smooth throughout the whole process. The weather was horrible throughout the morning but dean got the job done with no problems. Am a happy customer and will definitely recommend anyone to use ripton.
We had 11 windows replaced. Altough most of the windows were installed smoothly, there were a couple of issues that were resolved quickly and seemlessly with Ripton Windows explaining what was happening at every stage. The installation teams were friendly, informative and we are very happy with the end result.

I first used Ripton Windows over 20 years ago to replace my windows and doors. They made a lasting impression. They provided an excellent, professional service whilst maintaining a lovely friendly approach which you would expect from a family business. Since that time they have added a conservatory and replaced my soffits, fascia’s and guttering. It will not come as a surprise that on needing some additional work completing l had no hesitation in going back to them. Why waste time shopping around when previous experience has spoken for itself. Matthew called round, gave me an extremely competitive quote and l am now looking forward to the work being completed. We have had the most fantastic service from start to finish from Ripton Windows. Mathew came to see us, completed and sent our quote really quickly, which was an excellent price and we received great advice. An excellent survey guy that was friendly and very thorough. Delivery and instillation was earlier than expected and was a very pleasant surprise . The installers Dean and Dean were swift, cheerful, considerate and very thorough. They were hard working throughout but always polite, helpful and understanding when I made odd enquiries. The attention to detail was superb. Our windows look fabulous. All the office staff we interacted with, Kirsty another lady and Lee (who helped with some little issue) were all so helpful and supportive. We would like to highly recommend this company. We have had almost all of our home re glazed and our conservatory from Ripton and all have been excellent .

I required to have ‘Trickle vents’ fitted to my double glazing, due to their age I required to have new windows fitted, Ripton were a delight to work with on this project, from initial contact to fitting, their fitter was a very polite person, an eye for detail, no corner was ‘cut’ and a great ambassador for this company!

We have used ripton three times in several years for windows, patio doors and external doors incl. Garage doors on several properties. We have always been very impressed with the product quality, the installation, the workmanship and the professionalism. The fitters are friendly, tidy and helpful, and the company communicates very well. We also had them come out and fix a window frame damaged by the wind which was again no fuss and done very well. Would highly recommend.

These are extremely important factors when letting/trusting someone into every room of the family home to change the windows, which put me and my family at complete ease. I would highly recommend using Ripton for any project you have. We have had doors, windows, cladding, gutters and a garage door and wish I had found them sooner. I am writing this review two years on now and I can confirm the quality of the installations and parts are still perfect. This is my own opinion after my experience dealing with Ripton before and after the installs. They are a friendly company to work with and over many home improvements they have helped us with, I am completely satisfied with the quality of the products they use, the tradesmen they employ and the customer care is one of the best I've had to use. We have had them out a couple of times to make adjustments and the like but every time it was done without push back and a desire to do a good job. We now have a much warmer and dryer house. We also bought tinted sliding patio doors that help to reflect and keep out the heat in summer time, Mathew provided some sample pieces to stand up in our room and you could physically feel the floor was cooler with the tinted glass than normal double glazing. There are different colour tints you can have and they are not so dark you need lights on when its not sunny and you would only notice the tint when you open the door and its then a bit brighter. It's hard to explain but if you do have big sun facing windows I would suggest discussing this with Ripton who can help as it really does help with the large windows on a south facing rooms. Unlike some other firms that try and pressure you into buying on the day for a so called discount on a massively inflated price Ripton give you a fair price for the work and keep you updated the whole time. They give you a quote and are happy to leave it with you to decide as you do not need to buy on the day to get that price and they can work with you on a budget. It will be a better price than the big firms on TV and if you go with Ripton then you will get a company that cares about its work and customers even after they have your money. Lovely company to work with and I will use them again without hesitation.
Following a recommendation, we called Ripton Windows as no local suppliers of windows were interested in helping us with our search for flush casement, timber-look windows for our cottage. We knew the colour we were after, (French Grey) and were really struggling. Initially we were only going to replace our rear windows, but we ended up replacing the whole house and had Aluminium bifolds as well, for a price no one else was getting near to, let alone for a product we liked. Matthew made sure we were ordering exactly what we wanted and guided us to the best choice, with none of the pressure sales pitches or price reductions we were getting from others. The surveyor went above and beyond to make sure everything would look its best and the fitters, Paul and his helper, were exceptional. None of the mess we have been left with on previous window replacements and truly the neatest installation possible. We were sure there was going to be some damage trying to get our old windows replaced, but Paul treated it with such care, you would never know they had been done. We are thrilled with our windows and bifolds and wouldn't hesitate to recommend all at Ripton, especially during what must have been an unimaginably frustrating period with Covid and supply issues. Great customer service. When we purchased our new windows from Ripton Windows the installation was very quick and went ahead very smoothly. There was an issues with one of the windows, but this was resolved by their service manger "Ian" to our satisfaction. I would recommend Ripton to anyone considering, replacement windows.
Very impressed with Riptons on the whole. Our conservatory was completed to a high standard and with minimum fuss. We have had a couple of minor issues since completion, but these have been dealt with both quickly and efficiently by their team. Based on my experiences, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to others.
A beautiful 4m by 4m Edwardian style conservatory with the tile roof I wanted, neat and tidy, very courteous and mindful at all times. It’s so good when a builder does exactly what you wanted and enhance your design to the maximum. Awesome. Well done Ripton Windows !
Sorry my experience with them not so good. Bought a house which had their windows fitted and still within the 10 year warranty. When called to do repairs said I had to have windows transferred to me (not mentioned by solicitor). When asked to do this told me I was too late. Have had to pay for locked window to be sorted guy damaged frame, now several years later still waiting for them to repair. Now also on my 5th sealed glass unit replacement. When contacted re first was told all records archived and still waiting on that return call to sort. Thank goodness for Basingstoke Glass Center arriving on Monday to replace 3 more units. I have also replaced the front door due to poor quality, used Rainbow for this. Customer service and quality of windows poor. I certainly would not recommend this company. Also had poor customer service with them in my previous house when they damaged a front door when installing it and took 6months to replace after trying every way to get out of it. I certainly will not use them in the future.
Ripton’s have fitted most of our windows and our front door; this work was done over several years and hence I’ve contacted them many times. I’ve been consistently impressed with the staff and fitters who are polite, knowledgeable, and very skilled. The products are second to none. Recently they came and sorted out a minor problem very rapidly, no fuss, job done. If you are shopping for windows, doors etc then have a look at Ripton’s. A quality local family run business, great people and products.
Ripton Windows were prompt, tidy and efficient when they came to fit my windows. They took great care with my existing framework and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. The windows are great, and I was extremely pleased with how smooth the whole process was.
Great service installing new conservatory. Trying to get some faded plastic trim replaced has been dragging on for over 6 months. I have to keep chasing for any kind update and it is always that the parts are on order. Update: Ripton have now sourced a replacement which should be here soon. Overall still very happy to recommend them as an excellent company.
Simply fantastic from start to end and half the price of some national chains with no pushy salesmen!! The owner is hands-on and we dealt with him directly, he was extremely helpful and the installer did a great job with our windows and door - they're exactly what we wanted and we were kept informed every stage of the way. Highly recommended and we will certainly be using them again.

Update on Christmas 2017 We had to call someone to fix the patio door as it played up again but now the bottom of the frame slightly curved by the weight of the sliding part. As the guy who fixed it highlighted there was no any sealent underneath the frame hence the cold draught and slight deformation. Lifted up inserting a few plastic wedges and sealed. Now it closes properly and no cold comes underneath. Still less than 2 yrs old door. Thanks. Frontdoor and sliding patio door has been replaced by them,the patio door dropped 2x,then the lock didn't want to engage. They blamed it on us,promised to change the lickstrip what we had to wait for over a week with open door,finally they came out and took off the original part and screwed back slightly lower. What did we waited for then? They were rude,not just the office guys but the technician as well. I was asked to extend the warranty just for the lock as it was rubbish since new,they didn't do that. Now the front door started to playing up,cannot even be bothered to call them as it slightly out of warranty. Over £1700 for these doors. Next time I'll go by the cheapest option,cannot be any worse.....

Fantastic, will always returns. We used Ripton on our old house in 1997 and 1998. First we had all windows and doors replaced. Having seen their product, installation quality and after care, it was a simple decision to get them to do our conservatory. Their consultation team came and discussed all points with us and gave us different views. There was no pressure applied and we decided how we wanted the product to be. The install was both times exemplary. We moved house in 2015, with the products still working perfectly. Any age related issues that arose, we rung Ripton and they came out and rectified them within 3-4 days. Now we are in a position in our new house to have the doors and windows replaced, we have no reservations about returning to them. No other choice in our mind. If anyone needs a Company who look after their customers, who provide excellent products at reasonable costs, then I will always recommend them to speak to Ripton Windows.
We have used Ripton Windows a number of times. They have supplied and fitted new front contemporary door which looks fantastic! We even had someone knock on our door to ask where we bought it from. We also had a couple of windows replaced, including the french windows and we're looking to change our shed door next. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Dealing with them has been very easy, the guys always turned up on time and tidied up afterwards. Highly recommended.

Conservatory was built in October 2015 - has flooded three times, needed replacement to shattered ceiling unit, sealed unit to faulty bifold door yet to be replaced, repair needed to ventilation hatch, appointments to repair/replace not kept, dreadful after sales service and rude office staff. This has been our experience of Ripton Windows. Cannot recommend them at all.
