Oakley Widows replaced our old Conservatory roof with a new 'Warm Roof'. Their plans for the works were submitted for our information and review and they were helpful all the way through the process, prior to commencement of the works. They arrived on the specified date and the works were completed within the original plan. The staff on site were professional, polite, experienced and despite the high temperatures this Summer retained a good work ethic and the all important sense of humour. The site was kept tidy at the close of each working day a benefit on a tight site. We are very pleased with the end result and would strongly recommend them based on our experience of this project.
We had a large glass conservatory roof replaced with an insulated tiled roof. The 3 fitters were excellent, good skills and very tidy. Completed in agreed timescale despite heatwave. Very happy with results, can now use all year round.

A fantastic experience from start to finish I recently had a porch canopy and a stable door fitted by Oakley Windows, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. As my home was built in the 1840s, I had a few concerns about straight lines and perfect fits — builders back then weren’t exactly working with spirit levels. But the team arrived exactly when they said they would, accepted tea and coffee with good grace, and then quietly got on with making everything happen. The porch canopy looks as though it has always belonged on the front of the house rather than being fitted less than 24 hours ago. The stable door is absolutely beautiful — a perfect fit, smooth to operate, and it blends seamlessly with the existing kitchen. The guys themselves were lovely: well mannered, friendly, and impressively tidy. The hoover had a good workout, as did the cleaning cloths and spray, making sure every bit of residue was dealt with before they left. I was genuinely delighted with the speed they worked at and the quality of the finish they produced. I’m very happy to recommend Oakley Windows for any work. A brilliant job all round.
When we contacted Oakley Windows for a quote for replacing our skylights, they were very responsive and came and had a thorough look and made recommendations. Many companies did not do this. They also took time to explain the quote, the type of skylights and how they would be fitted. The work was done quickly and the roof was left very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.
We had a lot of older windows replaced and a new garage door through Oakley. Very professional throughout and will absolutely use them again. When we noticed an issue during installation they quickly rectified it. The fitters are really friendly and they also arranged from some brickwork and electrics to be done.

Oakley were professional, helpful and efficient during the whole process. The order process was seamless and I was thrilled with the design of the door that I’d chosen. A thorough survey was arranged and carried out as soon as I paid the deposit and the door was installed 5 weeks later, as promised. The installation went smoothly and I am over the moon with it. Special thanks go out to Neil who has been an amazing support throughout.
What a pleasure it was having Oakley Windows install our windows, doors and patio door. The sales team were straight talking and helpful. I made a change before confirming the order and it was no hassle. The surveyor was friendly and informative. Excellent service from Oakley windows. We had two new roller doors fitted. Ordering process was straightforward and well informed regarding the best choice of door for our situation. Due to a colour match the order took a little longer, but I'm really happy with the quality of the colour and the doors overall. Would recommend and would certainly use them again.

From the initial meeting to discuss our requirements right through to the fitting stage Oakley Windows were professional and friendly and we never felt that onerous off putting salesman pressure that can happen with some companies. The quote was competitive and fitting process was smooth and fast, causing minimal disruption, with all mess cleared up to a high standard. We are delighted with our new windows and are already noticing the benefits in warmth, with no annoying morning condensation to wipe away. We wouldn't hesitate to use Oakley Windows again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an upgrade on their home.
We chose Oakley based on a number of factors! - they offered the best price (by some margin) - they didn’t bad mouth the opposition - they didn’t put pressure to sign before the discounts ran out - they didn’t actually offer loads of discounts to bring down a stupidly high starter price (Oh and their products were great!!) The team turned up when expected and did a great job! A couple of minor issues were addressed speedily and to my satisfaction! Neil the sales guy monitored progress and helped keep us on track to complete! All in all a great service and a great product (which we love!!)

We’ve just had all our doors and windows replaced by Oakley Windows and wanted to share how impressed we are with the entire experience. From the first conversation with Neil Humphries, we felt in excellent hands. Neil was highly knowledgeable, kept in close contact throughout, and made sure we were happy at every stage. Any questions we had were answered promptly and clearly. Darrell, the surveyor, was meticulous and demonstrated great attention to detail. The fitting team—Russel and Volchek—arrived on time each morning, worked incredibly hard despite some miserable weather, and completed a neat, professional installation. They also tidied up thoroughly at the end of each day and were quick to address any queries. All in all, we’re extremely pleased with Oakley Windows and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.
We had a new Garage Door fitted, which is excellent. We were so plleased with our Garage Door that we decided to have a Warmer Roof fitted in our conservatory to enable us to use it all year round. The standard of workmanshipwas excepional - nothing was too much trouble and 'the lads' were very polite & curteous. We would recommend you to anyone!
I already knew installer Robert from the great job he did in February installing a new back door for me. I am still ridiculously pleased with my new door, especially the turnkey on the inside when my little dog wants to go out at night. This time I couldn’t open my front door from the inside. My north facing windows were rotten as well. Quick visits from Sales Manager and Surveyor and I am now the proud owner of a totally different property (see photos). Not finished yet! My old Conservatory is being upgraded with new windows and a warm roof. Oakley have refurbished 6 of my family’s properties in Hook. We don’t need any other quotes. No special offers needed. Just consistently good quality products. Top tip - keep the team well supplied with Tea, coffee and biscuits.

We had a knew window fitted by Oakley windows yesterday .the service was fantastic and the Quality is high .the fitters was on time and very friendly and helpful and really took pride in their work they left our home as clean as when they arrived One of the lads was from the company were house just to help the fitter .this is the second time we have used this company and when we need more windows replacing we will be going back to them Thank you

The whole process from identifying and engaging with Oakley, having a no pressure first visit, presenting a competitive price, follow up check visit, scheduling an install date to installing the new composite front door was completely hassle free! We've just had our new front door fitted by Oakley. It only took a couple of hours, and it looks great, massive improvement! From start to finish it was about 4 weeks and was kept up to date all the way. Will be speaking with them when we want to replace our windows, excellent service!

Oakley Windows supplied and fitted a new front door earlier this week. Robert the installation engineer was excellent - he was thoughtful, professional and very efficient. Had a great experience with Oakley Windows , from 1st contact , site survey , sales , and then the fitters , the boys at the sharp end of the stick , the lads we had , Dan and Jay with Rob for a helping hand , were nothing short of brilliant , lovely guys , very professional , know their trade , very polite and respectful , and the finishing trims etc were so spot on , I have a bit of OCD ,we are over the moon with the final result which included new windows and doors The clean up job evan impressed the wife 😀 Cannot recommend this team enough
We had an amazing experience with Oakley Windows, from the start, booking an appointment with Andy, to Paul the Gentlemen to came to measure our front door and side panel to Gary, the knowledgeable surveyor to amazing Robert , who fitted our front door and side panel. Firstly the quality of the door is excellent, and believe me I did my researches....Dealing with Paul was an absolute breeze, no sale pressure but a person with a heart ready to answer all my questions. The attention to detail Robert, the fitter , had was just excellent. I have never seen a job so well executed. You can immediately tell he has skills and is a master at his job.We are really really happy. The house was left cleaner than it was when Robert arrived with a master piece of a well mounted door.Andy kept us informed during this whole process, really good communication. No pressure sale from Paul. You could have told straight away he is a professional rather then a pushy salesman. We have had a great experience from the whole process. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Oakley window to family and friends and certainly we would use your business again in the future without any hesitation. My masterpiece door and side panel was also competitively priced. Thank you Oakley window for a truly great experience.

Contacted Steve who came round on Thursday. I was told he would send the quote the following day then when I checked with him he told me it would be after the weekend I contacted the company on Monday and was told he would try and get it to me that afternoon I realised it was an unreliable company and decided to look for a better one as the after sales service would probably be a lot worse if they treat you like this before you bought the product

Had front fitted last year, they have been called back at least 3 times because door not fitted properly . On the last visit we were informed the door is warped and they would have to order us a new one. We have been waiting months for the new door, after numerous calls to them and excuse after excuse, we still have not got the door. I wouldn't touch this company again and been telling friends not to purchase anything from them. Social media is my next port of call and then Citizens advice. Avoid at all costs.
Great experience. They replaced all of our windows and doors during a build we were doing. Incredibly knowledgeable, patient and professional. They've been in for 18 months now and with the few minor problems we've had they have been fantastic with after sales service.
