This the second time I have used Abor Call Tree Surgeons for tree works and hedge tidying. As before I have found the company very responsive to emails when dealing with their office staff. The site surveyor was very helpful when she visited our property to discuss the proposed tree works. On the day of the works the two guys were very friendly. They did a good job dealing with our overgrown trees in our back garden. My only negative was that they could have been a bit more through when clearing up the resulting tree debris.
Tree work was done to high standard and very efficiently. I'm very impressed by the lads who did the work. Two large Trees 10 meter tall and small 5 mtr removed, also had stump removed. The site was cleared and left tidy by team.

We instructed this company to update an already existing tree survey for planning permission. They missed the promised timeframe, did not provide contact details of their surveyor and were not able to give us a new timeframe. The surveyor Nick Scally does not respond to our enquiries. Communication very difficult in general as staff members are on holiday and don't pass on information. We now have to look for an alternative surveyor. Don't waste your time with them if you need something done in a reasonable time. Not recommended!
An excellent job was done on our black walnut. As a result light to our garden has increased by at 80 percent. Both men worked very hard to achieve balanced canopy. All waste cleared to a high standard. Thank you ..

Efficient, professional and they genuinely care about the job in hand. Arbor Call left the garden tidy and clean (not easy given the c.8 dead trees we needed removing), and gave us great advice about the health of the remaining trees and how best to care for them. Communication was easy, and I couldn’t believe how fast the trees came down in the end. We were really impressed with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
We had Arbor Call out last week to fully remove a dead tree, and to re-pollard a big tree in our back garden. The staff that attended were great, very courteous and left the back garden as tidy as could be expected. Would happily have them back again when more work is needed!
