Night and Day Renewable Energy Ltd

Excellent company to deal with. Mitsubishi air heat pump fitted. Some re-piping done as I had some 8mm pipes on old central heating, radiators replaced. 3rd party provided independent survey for heat loss, radiator sizes, etc. the whole system installed in two days. Minor hiccups following installation were quickly resolved. A couple of problems not related to the installation were also sorted, so above & beyond. Very pleased with system. Hopefully feel the benefit next winter!

Excellent work from the team at Night and Day Renewables. They worked tirelessly all through the first day and were done by half 2 on the second day and spent time making sure I knew how to use my new heating and hot water system. I definitely recommend them for anyone else getting an air source heat pump. Everything has been working well since they finished. Great communication from Cat in the office too. Many Thanks!

Night and Day did an outstanding job installing our new heat pump. The attention to detail was impressive, and the system works flawlessly. What stood out most was their customer service—responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to doing a great job. It’s rare to find such a reliable company these days. Would definitely recommend them. Fadhil

Knight and day fitted my heat pump they fitted it in one day I’ve seen them fitted on other properties with tape falling off the pipe work the job they have done on my property is perfect I would recommend Bradley and Richard to anybody great job 😀👍

Old combi boiler was in need of replacement so thought a heat pump was worth a look. tried Octopus but it all got a bit complicated so tried this company. Amazing. Really helpful and delivered a fantastic system that was fitted in two days. It works really well with the solar battery I already had, making use of cheaper overnight electricity.

Night and Day was the third company we contacted for an air source heat pump installation. We had almost given up the idea of replacing our boiler with a heat pump until they came along. Whereas the previous two installers quoted and advised us based on guesswork, Night and Day produced precise calculations based on a proper survey from a qualified surveyor. We paid far less than the previous quotes with more work being done. Communication was excellent throughout. Richard led the two-man installation team who worked hard and to a high standard. Certificates and paperwork were received in a timely manner. It's now a month since the installation and we are very pleased with the decision we made. So far, we have halved our energy bill with a house that's warm 24 hours per day and gives us enjoyable hot showers. We have also saved about £120 per year by having our gas meter removed. We can wholeheartedly recommend Night and Day who are professional, honest and hardworking.

5 stars company from stage 1 to the final stage everything was prefect and a neat and tidy job

We were very impressed with the service provided by Night & Night Renewable Energy . The team responded quickly, communicated clearly throughout, and carried out the heat pump replacement to a high standard. The engineers were reliable, respectful on site, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was working safely and the household had heating restored as soon as possible. Their support made a real difference, and we genuinely appreciated it. A dependable and skilled team - Thanks again!

From initial enquiry to finish work I found Night And Day to be extremely professional in everything that they did. They also made sure that everything was working correctly and I understood all the processes before they left and even afterwards when I had a query they answered it straight away.

Night and day fitted us a heat pump Few problems but they came back till it was all sorted and even helped after we had problems not associated with the heat pump Great team and Bradley is very helpful Dave fieldhouse

Bit of a long post, but worth sharing. My old boiler had been on its last legs for a while, so I started looking at replacements. Then I spotted the £7,500 government grant for heat pumps and decided to look into it. All I’d seen online was negativity, but after doing my research I thought I’d at least get some quotes. I eventually found Night and Day Renewable Energy, and I’m really glad I did. They installed a Mitsubishi Ecodan heat pump, new hot water tank, and four radiators (only needed three, but I wanted a new one in the kitchen). The whole job took just over a day — at one point there were five engineers on site — and they even fitted an induction hob so I could get rid of gas completely (no more standing charge!). I was so impressed with how smooth it all went that I asked them to quote for solar and battery too. They installed that in early August, and it’s run flawlessly ever since. My bills are now a fraction of what they were, and some weeks I’m almost only paying the standing charge. I’ve waited until now to post this because I wanted to see how both systems performed together through the colder months — and I’m genuinely happy. If things keep going like this, I think by next year I’ll be close to net zero, selling enough power back to cover any winter use. I don’t often write reviews, but after being ripped off by contractors twice, it feels important to highlight when you find a company that’s actually genuine and knows what they’re doing. Genuinely one of the best companies I’ve dealt with — thanks again Night and Day Renewable Energy.

The service was excellent from start to finish. Everybody involved worked hard on our installation and they were reliable, considerate and thorough. All our questions and concerns were addressed patiently and informatively, nothing was too much trouble.

Where do I start? Time, cost, and quality are the three success criteria you should consider when evaluating a project, and 'Night and Day Energy' have excelled at all three. The team is approachable, professional, and knowledgeable. I had tight deadlines and needed flexibility from the 'Night and Day Energy' team to work with various suppliers whom I was managing as part of my refurbishment project. The Night and Day team showed utmost professionalism and commitment, and supported me in completing my project on time. If you are looking for a world-class green energy supplier, look no further—contact Bradley Clark and Richard Dillon today; they will move mountains and deliver the best energy solution for you. Thank you to the Night and Day team for their support and dedication in implementing the ASHP solution for me.

We would just like to thank the whole team for such a wonderful job … from first contact with Night and day heating with Brad who explained everything to us and Robert and son who worked their utmost to finalise all the work in only two days. They were highly efficient and very tidy all throughout fitting 8radiators, heat pump and water tank ! We are impressed with everything and now nice and cosy ready for this cold weather !! Well done Night and Day A* from us highly recommended!!

We had three quotes and went with Night and Day. The other companies we had quotes from recommended bigger heat pump units, but we felt that Night and Day were throurough in their assesment of our requirements and were not trying to sell us something extra we didn't need. Bradley was understanding of all our requirements and Richard carried out the install and radiator upgrades really smoothly. We love our new heat pump and are enjoying reliable hot water for showers and improved water pressure. Now we are getting in to autumn we are starting to have the heating on and so glad we did it.

Just want to say a big thank you to the team at night and day renewable energy. Recently had a Ashp and radiators installed. From start to finish the team was excellent. Did a fantastic job and left the site clean and tidy. Also great customer service and was hassle free from start to finish. Would highly recommend 5 star from me. Thanks Karl

Go with them for your Solar Panels and Heat Pump installation. They are the best.

Very efficient. Good communication and a well developed customer care plan. We are extremely happy with our installation.

Night and Day installed a heat pump at our short let holiday accommodation. Communication, flexibility and understanding of the job and restrictions around doing work to fit in with guests was impeccable. They were fast and super efficient and kept us informed throughout. The heat pump is working great and we look forward to ongoing support. Highly recommend using them and we will certainly use them again in the future.

"Night and Day were responsive and completed the job on time and within budget. They were good to work with. I would recommend them to anyone."

Very satisfied with the installation and the service provided. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Very happy with their courtesy and quality of work

Would definitely recommend great communication prior to start date. Great advice professional workmanship great guys to deal with.

From start to finish we have been so impressed with the friendly professionalism shown to us at Youth Matters New Mills CIC. We had the worrying process of finding the right contractor taken off our shoulders, we just had to show them round. Those that were successful were punctual, hardworking and friendly, keeping us up to speed with what they’d done and what else was happening. They cleaned up after themselves each day, something that our neighbours picked up on and commented! I can’t recommend Night and Day highly enough. I’m happy to be contacted if anyone wanted to know more or view the work carried out. Many thanks

Night and Day were perfect. They were extremely professional. There communication was equally excellent, talking me through each stage of the process. I am still extremely happy with my Air Source Heat pump and can't recommend them enough. If there was a 6 star option i would give it.

From start to finish I found this company very professional. Everything was discussed from start to finish. The installing took 2 days and all of the men worked well while caring for my property. Thank you Brad for explaining everything.

Had several quotes regarding an air source heat pump installation and I went with night and day not because they were the cheapest (though very competitive) but they seemed the most knowledgeable and very attentive to detail. Installation was arranged quickly and while there were some teething problems, remedial work was arranged quickly and we are very happy with the final result. Warm house even on the coldest winter days and cheaper bills, with the government grant still at £7,500 now is the time to look into this if you have an old boiler that needs replacing like ours did.

Seamless from initial survey, design and through to installation. The team were extremely knowledgeable and experienced while providing professionalism throughout. Installation was clean and tidy. Any niggling issues and they have been responsive and reacted quickly. Come very highly recommended.

From the very first meeting through to surveying, installation and the commissioning process Night & Day Renewable Energy were 100% reliable. Their staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, answering any questions in a timely manner. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking for renewable energy solutions.

great service from Night and Day, couldn't recommend them enough. Richard and the team did a great job and were very professional to deal with. I was massively let down by another company and Night and Day came in and saved the day. very pleased with our new air source heat pump. Wouldnt hesitate in using them again.

These lads are very hard working.. They got me up and running in 2 days like they said it would.very cleen and very professional . I would highly recommend em,

We couldn't be happier with our installation. The team have been incredible from start to finish. They had some complications with our old heating system but overcame all problems. We now have a modern, renewable, green system that is saving us on our bills 😀. Very happy..

Very professional and hard working team. Our Air Source Heat Pump install was not a straightforward one, but everyone knew their role and they worked hard around each other swiftly and efficiently. After having a very thorough and detailed assessment and design stage, we were amazed that the whole process, feel initial contact with Night and Day Renewable Energy to go-live and commissioning of the system last week, took less than 3 weeks! The system is working brilliantly, but of course the real test will be when winter comes... the service to date has been fantastic from start to finish so I have no doubt that we will be just as happy and toasty come January. Thank you again to the whole team.

Excellent service from start to finish, all the team were professional and always on time. I decided to have the heat pump, solar panels and battery as I was tired of the rising energy costs. The guys were really helpful, educating us on the pros and cons of different types of systems and how they all worked together. We've been really impressed throughout and can't thank them enough. Seeing how much we're now saving daily is a great bonus, and very addictive!

Night and Day Renewable Energy stood out head and shoulders over other companies we spoke to. Last week's installation of an air source heat pump was completed with professionalism and speed that impressed both my wife and I. The initial call, the design, and now the install have been effortless. The guys and Night and Day have been a pleasure to work with... really pleased with our new green heating system! Thank you so much

My Air Source Heat Pump installation has just been completed. I researched and discussed the install with many companies prior to choosing Night and Day and now know I really did make the right choice. The whole team have been clear, relatable and professional. From the first meeting to the commissioning of our new heating system, I have been presented with nothing but competence throughout. 10/10 for these guys. They overcame several challenges with my very old boiler system and pipework and have left us with a modern, quiet and efficient heat pump. Can't recommend them enough.
