A great professional team, responsive and effective for urgent and routine plumbing and heating needs. Our old gas boiler has been reassuringly serviced for years by them and they have replied to many an urgent cry. Wouldn't want to go to anyone else.

Vlad managed to fit a job in with us on short notice and worked around the schedule of our 5 month old. Quick work and great communication throughout.

We recently had air conditioning installed throughout the upstairs of our house, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Vlad and his team were excellent from start to finish. Communication was great throughout, and they kept us updated whenever there were any potential delays with materials due to the high demand during the hot weather. Despite that, the installation was completed in just two days. I came home from work on the final day to find everything fully installed, tested, and working perfectly, with the house left clean and tidy. What really stood out was the quality of the installation. Rather than taking the quickest or easiest route, they went the extra mile to conceal pipework wherever possible, resulting in a really neat, professional finish. A top-quality job by a great team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We got our air conditioner installed yesterday. Vlad (and, on the first day, his colleague James) did a great job. Vlad found the perfect location for the one external and the three internal units. He worked fast, professionally, and left the house clean. We are grateful.

What a lovely, helpful and talented team. I am most grateful for their patience because I asked a lot of questions related to heating and cooling solutions. Vlad and team put in a new boiler and relocated it to my loft. So there was a lot of work related to this. They also installed a water softener. And helped me prepare the house electrically for when I can afford air conditioning units. Their workmanship is brilliant. And they are a joy to be around. They know I’m big fans. Vlad and his two team members fitted a new Air Conditioning system yesterday. They arrived on time at 08.00 and started work immediately. The weather was extremely hot, about 35 degrees but they carried out the installation without a break. They were finished by 14.45 and we were able to use the new system to treat ourselves to some cool temperatures. They left no mess and were very polite. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend them to anyone.

Over the last six years, I’ve used their services multiple times for a wide range of jobs—including installing a brand-new bathroom, replacing a radiator, relocating boiler pipes, and handling smaller urgent issues like leaking boiler valves and cold radiators. The company's performance has been consistently astonishingly brilliant. Even though different engineers and plumbers have carried out the work over the years, the quality has never dropped. Every single job has been completed quickly, to an excellent standard, and at a reasonable price. Vlad clearly has a good eye for talent and has put together an incredible team of the best engineers around. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I first met the team few years ago after great recommendation from friends. C.Watson Heating & Cooling company installed my new bathroom at that time. The whole process was easy and customer focused. Vlad and the team worked very hard around our family life ( we just had a baby not long before that) and results were fantastic. Recently our water heating system stopped working. After quick phone call and exchange of the images of the faulty system company arranged for the repair to take place the following day. Member of the team arrived on time with spare parts. Great work in our bathroom and friendly people

The team has been looking after our boiler, gas fire and underfloor heating system for many years now. The quality of their work is measured in how infrequently we ask them back. When our systems were first installed Vlad identified errors in one factory system (too narrow feed pipe in the gas fire) and in what another heating engineer has done with the underfloor heating valves. With his corrections everything worked afterwards without problems.

We are so grateful to our neighbors for recommending Vlad to us when our boiler broke down. He has been a joy to work with. Not only is he very professional, trustworthy, responsive, and reliable, but he also moved quickly to schedule our repairs as soon as possible. Very quick at scheduling visit and repair but the engineer disappears without replying if you ask for follow up after you pay if you need follow up on previous repairs.
