Artisan Electrics

I recently had an EV wall charger installed at my home by Artisan Electrics and the whole process, from start to finish, has been exemplary. Everyone I have encountered has been approachable, friendly and professional. The installation work was carried out carefully and neatly by two people who took pride in their work; and the administration side of things has been similarly smooth. I am happy to recommend Artisan Electrics wholeheartedly. Their You Tube videos are also helpful and worthwhile as well as showcasing their work.

Just had our battery storage system installed by Artisan as phase 1 of a larger project. Also involving moving and updating of an existing consumer unit as part of the process. The two engineers (Luke, Ruben) that completed the work were very polite and professional and were excellent at explaining everything they were undertaking. They even went out of the way to route cables in a sympathetic way to reduce impact on this period building, very pleased! The groundwork team did a fabulous job outside too reinstating the cobbles that were lifted as part of the work. Overall excellent work and can't wait for phase 2. Very easy to recommend Artisan and team for your electrical work or solar/storage projects for their professional and quality of workmanship. Dek & Pam

Consumer unit replacement, remedial works, new conduit and cable to garage, garage consumer unit. All very neat and professional looking. Cheerful apprentice.

Excellent. Very pleased with the Sigen battery system. Installers (Lee and Reuben) were professional, courteous and tidy. I would highly recommend them. Good communication with Artisan throughout and especially Tom Elliott

Artisan Electric fitted an EV charger the whole process was very professional and explained and demonstrated when fitted. I highly recommend them for any electrical work., Give them a call and find out for yourself👍

Very pleased with the service. Arrived exactly on time. very friendly and professinal staff. Worked quickly and neatly and left everything set up and explained to me.

I first discovered Artisan Electrics on You Tube when investigating EV chargers. I was impressed with their knowledge, approach and advice so when it came to having an EV charger installed I went straight to them for a quote. From then on they completely lived up to my expectations. They helped me find a solution to an unexpected issue with having a smart meter fitted and then on the day both Lee and Tom were excellent. The British weather had promised us a foul day, so both turned up early so that as much electrical work as possible could be done before the rain arrived. The EV charger, the additional box for the smart meter and all the internal work was efficiently and neatly done, including re labelling the consumer unit with typed text instead of the previous electricians scribble. I would have no hesitation in recommending Artisan Electrics.

Cannot rate them highly enough. From the initial contact, through their recommendations, then instillation by their competent, meticulous electricians. Their after carel is also excellent, answering questions and giving excellent advice.

Company doesn't respond, not a serious company, start responding to customers!!

Artisan Electrics installed Hypervolt EV charger for us. Pre-installation survey online was easy to complete and comprehensive. They arrived when agreed, proceeded with the installation as quoted, and completed the paperwork afterwards in timely manner. The installation looks very professional and we have had no issues what so ever with the charger. Everyone we were in contact with were very pleasant to deal with. Definitely recommended.

Sent over a quote that cost more than my house. Don't recommend cheaper and better out there. Dear owner. I didn't get it in my name it was a person im with. Your prices stink.

Friendly professional team. Understood a complicated setup and flexibly adjusted to changing requirements. Promptly fixed minor issues that came up during the work.

Artisan Electrics installed my battery, EV charger and diverter from Myenergi 20 months ago. The installation was neat and tidy and attention to detail was fantastic. I have had some issues with the hardware and Artisan have been very supportive negotiating with Myenergi and insisted on carrying out hardware replacement where required. Artisan continue to look after their customers long after the project is complete. Their customer service is fantastic and would recommend them for any electrical work particularly solar panels, battery storage and EV chargers.

Jordan and his team are all very professional and helpful. Did a terrific job of installing our Zappi charger. Lee did a very neat and tidy installation, routing cables very carefully. Every one turned up on time and were a pleasure to deal with. Their YouTube videos were very helpful in deciding what we needed and getting together the information needed for Jordan to prepare his quote. All in all I’m very happy to recommend their services.

Requested a quote on their website but didn’t get a response within the time they promised. They did get in touch after I left this review, by which time I had already accepted another quote. As such, I can’t comment on the quality of their work and this review relates only to the quotation process.

Luke and Chris installed a Hypervolt EV charger with an extra consumer unit and armoured cable (partly underground) into the garage for me. They did an excellent job - very neat, tidy and professionally done with no mess. It is all working very well. I suspect that Artisan's quote might have been on the high side compared with others but it was well worth paying the extra for such a professional job.

For a very busy company they treated me very politely and professionally. I had a Hypervolt Pro3 charger fitted yesterday, with some adjustment to the wiring and fuses. Lee was the electrician who fitted it. He was knowledgable, hard working and very clean and tidy. We are delighted that we can now choose whether the power is from solar alone or from batteries and grid. With an electric car, solar panels and batteries. We feel we will be doing our bit to reduce pollution.

Home battery and car charger installed very efficiently. All very neat and tidy. The 2 day job overran but they were back at 8am the following day for one hour to do a final check and last bit of tidying up so we could still go off on holiday later that day as planned.

Great job, really neat and working well.

I received a highly professional job with explanations of what was required. Luke completely sorted things out my wiring ready for a new junction box, which took a lot of work. He was polite and considerate to me, and respected my home at all times. I can highly recommend both Luke, and Artisan Electrics, a firm I have used before for other works. Luke came back to complete Part 2 of the work needed which he finished today. I cannot praise him enough for his very professional, and efficient work sorting out my jumbles of wires, and fitting new junction boxes and RCD’s, where needed, to get my wiring up to code. He also fitted a new lit bathroom mirror with precision just where I wanted it. A ‘big thank you’ to Luke. I highly recommend Artisan Electrics for any electrical job.

Artisan Electrics are highly skilled, trustworthy and excellent in the diagnosis and inspection done in our last solar panel/battery/inverter system. We highly recommend them. They are efficient and diligent in response and thanks to their personal care and safety 🙏we have resolved our huge and long problems. Thank you

Had Lee and Reuben over to install a new battery to my system. A thoroughly professional conclusion and a very happy customer!

The best installer ever. Competent, considerate worker. Nothing was too much for Lee. I'm glad Lee was assigned to this job. You have a winner in Lee.

Tom & Luke were a breath of fresh air. They were professional, prompt & worked well with our German suppliers when needed. I would not hesitate to use them again. Especially on those jobs where you need people who are able to understand what the problem may be and then own everything from there on until the problem is fixed.!. Many thanks

Had our charger installed last week by Lee and Reuben. They were very professional and polite and did a great job. Answered all our questions and left the house clean and tidy. Would thoroughly recommend Artisan Electrics.

Chris came to replace my existing porch and outside lights with sensor lights. He did a good job and they are working well.

Artisan Electrics installed an EV charger in my ancient, listed house. The wiring was almost entirely hidden, much better than I had expected, and very imaginatively done. And their people were very friendly and nice to have around the house for a couple of days. But very expensive.

Very professional from start to finish.

We needed an assesment because of an emergency: boiler failure due to electrical fault (consumer unit). The electrician from Artisan came very quickly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and we were sent the report plus estimate the same day. This was truly outstanding service. We cannot give the job to Artisan electrics, however, because we have since learned that our insurance will use their own electricians - something we had not been aware of, but thank you very much anyway.

I had a Sigenergy 8kW battery and inverter installed, plus a full rewiring of my existing solar panels. It took place over 2 visits with a combination of Lee, Luke, and Rueban. Who were all excellent. Everything is now working and I'm just waiting for the sun to shine to help charge the battery. I highly recommend Artisan Electrics and will not hesitate to contact them if I need further help. The old saying 'You get what you pay for' is very true and their expertise is worth every penny.

Fantastic service, from the original site survey done via your smart phone to the continued update and commination's the service was 5 Star. This comes at a premium but I'm left in not doubt they the electrical installation is correctly installed and more importantly safe. The installer swept and hoover all traces of his visit and all holes were filled and sealed. Great Service. Without doubt I would highly recommend Artisan Electrics.

The installation of our Tesla battery and charger was completed with the minmum of disrurption and completely to our satisfaction. We would have no hesitation in recommended ARTISAN ELECTRICS to any future customers.

I was referred to Artisan Electrics by Myenergi to fit a battery upgrade to my existing system. Their quotation was comprehensive and prompt. The work was carried out faultlessly, along with some minor extra work and it was all tidied up perfectly at the end. I will use them again and unreservedly recommend this company to anyone. They have a great channel on YouTube BTW which is well worth exploring.

These guys know what they are talking about when it comes to fitting EV chargers. Understood my requirements and completed the job professionally and very neatly.

It was a stressful visit. The two electricians were good and tried their best, but could not wire the illuminated pull cord which I had specifically requested. Instead they tried to fob me off with a pull cord with did not light up, and claimed that the extractor fan had in integrated light within it, which it did not. I came up with a plan which did without the pull cord by wiring the fan into the light switch, and this they were able to do. So all was well in the end.

Excellent and professional service with great communication. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Artisan Electrics!

I cannot recommend Artisan Electrics enough, they are THE best tradespeople I have ever had at my property. On time, courteous, professional and happy to discuss any aspect of the work they are doing.

We received an email from Artisan Electrics in March this year, advising us that they had recently been MCS approved solar and battery installers. Having had work carried out by them 2 years ago (new car charger and a replacement consumer unit fitted). We requested a quote for solar panels and a battery. I completed an online web-based form and supplied the necessary pictures. Rather than having the battery installed outside the house I enquired as to whether it would be possible to install it in the garage and at the same time provide me with power to the garage and lighting. We received the quote very promptly and agreed for the work to be carried out. We agreed with the office an installation date and was advised that the necessary equipment would arrive on the Monday, in preparation for the team to arrive on Tuesday to carry out the work (four vans and seven members of the team). The work was completed, with the solar panels and battery commissioned by late Thursday afternoon. During this week, we recorded the highest temperatures so far this summer. Lee was our project lead and both he and the rest of the team were a joy to have around. I was advised what apps were required in order to interact with our newly installed system and Lee checked that I was happy with the apps and had no issues. We have read other reviews stating that Artisan Electrics are expensive. Whilst we agree cheaper quotes could be obtained, we very much doubt that the quality of work would reach their high standards. This is the second time we have used Artisan Electrics in two years and would have no issue using them again or recommending them. Seriously if you are looking for a solar panel install with or without a battery, Artisan Electrics should definitely be on your list of potential providers. A massive thanks to Jordan and all the team that made the whole project from start to finish a joy.

Easy booking, kept informed, On time , polite, excellent standard of work. Highly recommended.

Once again the electricians/roofer were very professional and polite. Their work is excellent. Leaving the site very tidy and ensuring we can use the Zappi EV charger—many thanks. I would recommend you to anyone. Regards, Mr Christopher Maddams

Great service from installers on the day.

The service from Artisan Electrics was excellent, they came out quickly, were very professional and friendly, and very thorough diagnosing the key problem quickly. Thank you!

Excellent experience with Lee who answered all questions whilst undertaking investigations and compiling an extremely thorough EICR.

Quick and clean service

Prompt and efficient Myenergi EDDI & HARVI installation by Artisan Electrics. Looking forward to being more cost effective and energy efficient with these AE installed products. Thanks guys.

Their standards and customer service are excellent, will definitely use again. Very happy with the completed work.

We had Lee Barbet spend the day sorting various electrical issues in our house. He was really thorough and had to spend a lot of time problem solving as our house is old and has previously had terrible work done. Not only did he put shoe covers on whenever in the house, he hoovered up any mess he’d made and took away old lighting and boxes at the end of the day. I was really impressed with him and would definitely recommend him, his work seems excellent. As for artisan electrics, after a couple of initial stumbling blocks which they sorted, I have been impressed overall. They’re certainly not the cheapest but I think you get what you pay for.

Thank you once again to Lee and Luke for providing speedy, skilled and friendly service .. it is much appreeciated, warmest regards, Karen in Cambridge

I've used Artisan many times and they really are 5 star. Polite, clean, highly professional. The last project involved coordinating other tradespeople too, which they did seamlessly, and the project completed ahead of schedule. The administrative side is very polished too, with text reminders of site arrival times, and no waiting around for a reply. Well-deserving of the excellent reviews.

Highly recommended company, from quote to having work carried out was very quick and professional. Electrician John did a great job of fitting some light fittings and took time to ask what we wanted and gave advice. Very tidy worker who cleaned up afterwards and removed rubbish. Will be using them again.

Whether dealing with lighting in a modern house or handling the hidden problems of an old dwelling, Artisan continue to prove their worth. Courteous from the outset, they worked as a professional team, completed the work in a timely manner; and left the site tidy. Thank you very much.

Excellent and very professional service. Artisan did a full ECIR, corrected a few issues they found, and installed a new consumer unit. An electrician visited soon after my initial call to give a quote, and he followed up with calls to explain and answer questions. The electrician who did the work was excellent, and kept me informed as he progressed. The work looks very smart and tidy. It was a good experience, performed on time and to quote. I definitely recommend Artisan, and will use them in future.

Everyone knows that Artisan have a great reputation, so my experiences aren't going to be much of a surprise here! We've just moved house and needed an EICR to be completed so that we knew what we were dealing with ready for EV chargers, solar, batteries etc in future. The previous owner had an EICR completed as part of the house sale, but we weren't entirely confident in it. Sure enough, the Artisan report found all sorts of things that the first report missed. The report was super-thorough with lots of photos and explanations in plain language. The quality of their work and customer service was exemplary. They explained all the options and implications and were very happy to answer my many questions and accommodate my future plans in their suggestions. They clearly take the same pride in their work whether or not they are filming the job for their YouTube channel. Of course it was more expensive than the other quotes I received, but it was unquestionably worth it. You get what you pay for, and if we'd relied on the cheap EICR from the house sale there would still be a number of dangerous electrical faults that we were unaware of. Don't take shortcuts with electricity - go for a company that you know will do things properly! We are very likely to get Artisan to install our (rather unusual!) EV charger and won't be surprised if - a few years down the line - we have them back to do solar and battery installations. [Update: We did indeed get Artisan to do the remedial work from the EICR and install the EV charger. The work was everything you'd expect from exemplary electricians and then some more. Everyone was polite, friendly, diligent and professional. The new consumer units are pristine and you can see that there is no such thing as cutting corners with Artisan. They tidied up all of the existing wiring (which was all over the place!) so everything was collected together and discreet. They kept me well informed throughout the four days of work and always went out of their way to meet my preferences (for example, I wanted one of the outside lights in a place that happened to be rather difficult to wire up, but they worked their Artisan magic and made it happen). As a mark of how nice everything looked and how pleased I was with it, I did a video call with my father after they'd finished to show off all the new kit and wiring! I'm looking forward to having them back when I'm ready for solar and batteries - and inevitably lots of other electrical jobs as I continue 'playing' with smart home tech.]

Another excellent job done by John. I’ve used Artisan a number of times over the last 18 months and I’ve been never disappointed.

First class professional service! THANK YOU! Rates reasonable!

Having spent most of the last year renovating my home, I was drawn to the idea of installing a solar system to cut down on my energy bills as well as having a positive impact on the planet. With so much work going on I found myself watching videos on YouTube about various home renovations, and I came across Artisan Electrics' channel. Having already had a myenergi car charger installed I was looking into the possibility of getting their new battery storage system with solar for best compatibility, and it came as a great surprise to find out Artisan Electrics were based just down the road in Cambridge! I made my initial enquiry in May, knowing it might take a little while for the installation given how new the product was! The initial sign up was easy, just an online form and taking a few photos. I had to send a couple of emails to check on progress but otherwise was kept well informed. I had a site visit about a month before the start of the project from Jordan and Wayne who were both very knowledgeable and answered my questions, then it was almost time for the final installation. The team working on my project were incredibly professional and polite. They turned up exactly on time every day (and I mean that - one day they knocked on my door at exactly 8am!) and even managed to finish the project a day and a half earlier than expected (despite a set back from a delayed parts delivery)! I was kept informed of progress throughout the project and took the opportunity to watch them work. I know what I paid was certainly not the cheapest price on the market, however my main reason for choosing Artisan was because I could actually see lots of evidence of their previous projects. Watching their YouTube videos was very informative not only of what to expect froma solar install, but also to reassure me of the quality of work I would receive. I completely agree that there is a reason why they have so many five star reviews. Jordan and the team have worked very hard to build up a business that really does put the customer first, right from the first contact to completion of the project. I am very pleased with my choice of electricians and look forward to enjoying my new solar system for many years to come.

I called Artisan Electrics when our power shower suddenly stopped working. Right from the beginning, they were friendly, helpful, and professional. Lee came over to fix it the next working day. Everything now works perfectly, which was a big relief. They are very clear and transparent about pricing, and the costs were very reasonable. It’s hard to find reliable and professional companies these days so we will be sticking with Artisan Electrics in the future. We already have a couple of jobs in mind!! Thank you again!!

I had Artisan Electrics to the house this week to conduct an EICR and solar survey. The guys are an absolute pleasure. Exactly what I was looking for, thorough, professional and listened carefully to my requirements and preferences. 5 Stars!

We have had major work completed recently both to our households switchboards and solar panel inverter. The work was carried out with complete expertise and efficiency by very polite and friendly engineers. They arrived punctually and equipped with all necessary components. Booking the work initially was very easy. The phones were answered immediately by polite and knowledgable admin staff. We highly recommend ARTISAN ELECTRICS

John and Lee were brilliant at sorting a difficult issue we had with our Nest heating set up. Helpful, calm and got the job sorted. Would recommend.

Great!

I used Artisan Electrics to install a smart thermostat and radiator valve system. The team are the most professional local business I’ve come across. Clear they have a nice culture, care about customer service and use good systems that improve the experience for their customers. I’ll be using them again.

Never used this company but I watch their YouTube videos with great interest as I am also an electrician but in France. Very impressed with their work ethics and professionalism.

From start to finish an excellent service, Dan came and did a survey and very promptly provided quotation, he did a very thorough survey and talked us through options. Date agreed we were very grateful they could come so quickly to install our charger, Luke did a great job, very professional yet friendly and left everywhere clean and tidy. No hesitation in recommending.

full electrical survey condition report - always punctual and professional - outstanding service.

There's a very well known saying "You get what you paid for" and there is a very good reason especially in my experience with Artisan. From day 1 to day 3 and the return visit to repair they we're professional and exceptional. From speaking with Chloe who is a superstar to Jordan the Boss everything was brilliant. I had a tricky installation of a replacement consumer unit and a second in my office as I'm getting ready for solar and battery system. John and Ruben aka Batman and Robin under took the installation and made ever effort to respect my home and their reputation is without a doubt 5 stars on all fronts. From rewiring lights and sockets to cabling run behind bushes to john stuck under the stairs for 2 days in a hobit home installing the replacement consumer unit and zappi . They were amazing and a blessing. I'm still in contact with them and this just goes to show the family like feeling you get from paying the extra for 5 star service. I text Jordan and get a reply even though his a busy man and chole is amazing. Listen I'm not loaded but I'm happy to pay the extra for this level of service. Have no hesitations.

Called to get a quote for EV Charger Installation after being impressed by Jordan’s knowledge on his YouTube channel. Even though Artisan doesn’t cover my area, Chloe was super helpful and took the time to explain the process, pro’s & con’s of various wall chargers and recommended other local companies who can help. Utterly helpful, friendly and professional company, just wish they covered my area too.

Consumer unit revamped and an EV charger fitted so far. More work to follow. Birds nest of wiring now made safe and looks good enough for Instagram! Excellent service.

Expected them to be awesome. They were! EV charger, new CU and additional ceiling rose install.

Best contracting team I have ever used - nothing more to say !

This was the second time I've used Artisan Electrics and I continue to be very impressed with their services. They carried out the work impeccably, on time and in a very professional manner. Highly recommended.

Artisan were, from start to finish, fantastic. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and professional. The quote team were fantastic and had to put up with a lot of vagueness from us. The installation team were just fantastic and when we had a small niggle they came and fixed it in not time. All in all a great experience and would definitely recommend it to others, and would use again.

The Artisan team were excellent; they arrived on time and carried out the work to a very high quality. They kept me informed of progress and offered me choices as appropriate. I was very happy with the work done by the team!

We can highly recommend Artisan Electrics. Our first meeting with Dan to discuss our project was very informative. He perfectly understood and was sympathetic to our desire to retain the feel of existing lighting and update electrical points in a similar way. Electricians, Lee and Andy were extremely professional and knowledgeable carrying out the three day project in a friendly and proactive manner, leaving everything tidy after their visits. We were extremely satisfied with all the work completed throughout the house. Rebekah & Ray Bristow

Great service on a full solar, battery and EV charger install. Very pleased with the work undertaken and advice given.

We had an outdoor socket and connection for our water feature installed and a surge protector put in our main fuse box .The appointment was easy to make and the electrician kept us informed of when he was arriving .The electrician who came was friendly and cleared up any mess . We are very satisfied with the work done and would recommend Artisan Electrics.

Artisan are what you need from any modern trade business, honest, transparent, responsive and professional things that should be a given for all businesses but rarely all are. Communication was excellent throughout with phone calls and emails at the right times and the finance work and regulations paperwork was with me within 48 hours. The team onsite turned up when they said they would, explained clearly the steps involved, rectified a number of issues caused by previous electricians and are clearly proud of the work they do. I wish Artisan all the best as they continue to grow as a business.

The two men worked well and cheerfully under awfully difficult conditions, in subzero temperatures for over three hours. I am very grateful to them both for putting up with the cold and getting the job done efficiently.

Luke from Artisan came and installed a Hypervolt EV charger last week. A very thorough and professional job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Artisan Electrics

I discovered the other day that my electrical system was not bonded to the water-mail, and this needed doing as soon as poss. as I have an electric-car charging point being installed. I rang Artisan on Monday afternoon last week, and they had someone with me by 09:00 the next morning! All done in less than half-an-hour. That level of customer services takes some beating! VERY HAPPY.

Very impressed with the service received from Jordan, John, and Reuben. Two day job installing an additional consumer unit and running two EV cables from centre of the house to garage. Arrived on time. Very polite. Left the property exactly as they found it. Happy to recommend.

Prompt and extremely professional would recommend all day long, great service

These guys The Best!!!

The guys were just excellent. Very friendly, clean and tidy, nothing was too much work and the standard of their work is fantastic. We will be using these guys again in the future and can recommend them without any hesitation at all.

The Artisan Electrics team did a fantastic job, resolving all my electrical issues, and upgrading my main and sub distribution boards. John, Luke, Chris and the rest of the team were amazing, did a very nice job. I will be calling on their services again in the near future for the next stage of our upgrades to the property. Can't recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for quality tradespeople.

Pleased from start to finish! Both customer service and on-site interactions were flawless.

Brilliant company - very professional, friendly, reliable and diligent. Also gave us fantastic after-care as we had a faulty unit. Really impressive - would highly recommend.

Professional, courteous and responsive service from the Artisan electricians who collaborated well with other trades for a variety of lighting and power replacements and additions. Nothing was too much trouble and I would definitely use Artisan again. Highly recommended.

Excellent company to deal with - professional, polite and very helpful - highly recommended

Artisan Electrics installed a charger for our new electric car after we had been assured by two specialist charger installers that it would be impossible at our house, since the main fuse, meter etc. are conveniently situated in the middle of the house inside a hollow wall... Artisan Electrics have the kind of can-do attitude to a challenge which is what you want in a builder or plumber or any installer or repairer. Perfect job, pleasant people. Thoroughly recommended.

Lee and Luke did a brilliant job. They were thorough and were sensitive to our needs. Skilled professionals who involved us in optional installation decisions. They were respectful of our property and the restrictions of its age and construction. We were given all appropriate paperwork and certification. We would recommend without hesitation.

Our engineers were John & Reuben who did an excellent job, firstly the inspection report and then a return visit to replace the consumer unit and fit two external double sockets. The wiring in the consumer unit was so neat and really future proof. John tracked down and rectified a tricky lighting fault. I could not be more pleased with the finished work. Artisan Electrics were a pleasure to deal with, thoroughly professional throughout and the work exceeded my expectations. We will definitely use them again.

Arrived on time. A very pleasant team . Tidy, professional and very knowledgable. Would definitely recommend.

Our old washing machine tripped our electrics and it caused our boiler to stop working. A boiler technician confirmed the boiler was fine and the problem was electrical. We contacted several electrical companies and most went straight to voicemail and never returned our call. When we found Artisan Electrics details it was so refreshing to immediately speak with someone. Chloe was very friendly and professional, and it was really reassuring to receive email and text confirmations of our booking. The electrician Chris, was also very friendly and professional, and put us at ease and sorted out the problem quickly. We are so grateful to have our boiler working again before the weather turned colder, particularly as my husband is disabled and has chronic health problems. We highly recommend Artisan Electrics.

Originally found Artisan Electrics on You Tube, whilst researching the installation of an EV charger. After being impressed by the content of their videos and quality of work I contacted them to arrange a quote for the installation of a Zappi EV charger. My request was responded to within 24 hours and the Artisan team could not have been more helpful. After talking through my request and the various options, it was advised that I had an EICR test completed first. Ultimately the team at Artisan Electrics completed an EICR test, all remedial works identified from the EICR, including the replacement of the consumer unit and the installation of a Zappi charger. Every interaction with the team has been excellent and the quality of the work completed by Lee & Luke was to a very high standard. I will certainly be using Artisan Electrics in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Unfortunately it’s now rare to find trades people as professional, knowledgeable, skilled and courteous as Artisan. Just hire them - they may net be the cheapest but they are great value for money. The best.

John and Reuben did a great job with my install, friendly, professional and went the extra mile. 10/10

I found Artisan Electrics on YouTube and was impressed by how they approach each customer's requirements. So, I decided to try an EICR from them. Fantastic service, although it did highlight how bad the electrics were in my house (but that’s the point). They took the time to listen to what I was planning for upgrades in my house and gave me suggestions to think about. I am now waiting for them to come back and do some much-needed upgrade work.

Thank you for your quick and efficient help

Very good information regarding Solar Panels, battery storage, EV etc.

Had one of their guys come round in Feb 22 to quote for an 7.5KW install. Spent over an hour here and then said will send quote and be back in touch. Six months later we are still waiting for them to respond. They see more focused on their YouTube channel than actually working with customers.

Incredible service start to finish, perfect comms all the way through but most importantly the quality of work and care taken is just unbelievable. The team literally spent two hours running an EV charger wire through a cavity as it would look tidier even when I said as it was proving so hard I didn't mind it going down the inside of the garage wall. If they had an idea of how to give me a better solution they would talk me through it and then change the planned work. In a full week on site it just shone through that every member of the team naturally cared about doing a perfect job from bog things to little things -very very very impressed. I just wish they did solar as well! Huge thank you to Lee, Luke and Ruben.

Excellent, prompt, polite, professional service. Definitely 5 star!

Excellent quality installation by experienced friendly electricians. Highly recommended.

Very professional team who did a great job installing a Zappi at our house. Very happy and will be using them again for another piece of work soon.

I recently had an EV charge point installed at two different properties by Artisan Electrics. I discovered them from their excellent YouTube videos, where I learned all I needed to know about EV charge points from one single video! One of the EV charge points was located outside their normal working area, in North Norfolk, but as I was having two installations carried out by them, Artisan Electrics very kindly agreed to cover the second one, outside their normal area. Lee and Luke carried out both my installations, and I can't praise them highly enough. They were both friendly, polite and obviously extremely capable in their field. They were punctual, hardworking, and able to deal with unforeseen issues readily. I am delighted with both installations! Artisan Electrics are towards the higher end of the pricing scale, but the service you get is second to none. Right from initial contact, Chloe on the admin side of things was extremely helpful and kept me updated with any news. So to summarise, don't hesitate to use Artisan Electrics - I recommend them wholeheartedly! Kevin

Have used Artisan Electrics quite a few times now and am always impresed with the work, they also provide very detailed quotes for the work they will do and equipment they will supply. They clearly take pride in their work as you can see from their YouTube channel as well.

I had a problem after British Gas installed the EV charger, I called to Artisan Electrics and told them what happened, they came and resolved the issue, thanks to John & Luke, a truly 5 star electricians. Definitely will use again.

A brilliant experience from start to finish, any alterations to the quote were quickly adjusted, the help/advice was brilliant and the installation was very nicely finished to a very high level.

I can't praise enough how fantastic this company is. Extremely professional, on time, on budget, and a fantastic end result. Stop searching and hire them!

Really pleased with the workmanship. Went above and beyond in making sure the installation was all done to a professional standard.

I watch there YouTube posts on EV charging equipment and other electrical installations. Find it very interesting and helpful.

Artisan were recommended by our son. They were helpful, and made good recommendations for ways to meet our needs. The workmen were on time, courteous, and professional. When we had a follow-up issue they explained the remedy to the issue, and again did the work in a timely and professional manner.

Artisan were very skilled and systematic at diagnosing and fixing some tricky wiring problems in my house. Everyone there was extremely helpful and they took the time to explain to me the tests they did, what they learned, what they had changed. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Lee fished a cable through about 6m of ceiling void using only holes which were already there (from light fittings). No patching the plasterboard required. Couldn't be happier with the result. Whole process, first contact --> Invoice was smooth.

Difficult work was carried out with great care. These were invisible improvements of a 300 year old property and installing a charger in the garage via digging up the driveway. Very impressive and perfect.

Very professional company. Electrician was on time explained what he was going to do and his work was very neat and tidy. Completed the government grant details after installation which was very efficient. Would definitely recommend.

3rd visit from Cory and the team. Excellent service and attention to detail as always. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Artisan Electrics. Very pleased.

After the electrician that installed my solar system never came back to fit a CT clamp for the EV charger I called on Artisan for help. A quick video call to show the problem and they were on site within a week and did a very today job. Next time I will go straight to Artisan!

Highly Recommend Artisan Electrics! Installed addition consumer unit, surge protector and Hypervolt EV point super quick but also kept to higher quality of workmanship and professionalism. Also communication with the team has been super customer service. Will be certainly be requesting other electrical jobs around the home to be carried out by Artisans. Thanks all!

Great people to do business with. They did great tidy work and we are very happy with their work.

Good quality car charger installation from a professional team. They turned up on time, found good routes for cables, minimal impact and clean and tidy result. Charger not used with a real car yet, still waiting delivery, but the testing worked OK, and quick follow up with the certificates, etc. Great job.

From my first inquiry to completion of the job the Artisan team was responsive, professional and friendly in their manner and approach. On the day of the actual install Cory and Ruben arrived exactly on time. I requested a certain cable run which Cory happily took on board and continued to to complete a very neat and tidy job. The whole team are a credit to the business. Very pleased with the outcome and would recommend these guys with no hesitation.

Artisan completed an EV charger after a painful experience with having a quote done and installing the charger. After months of waiting, Jordan reattended to commission the charger and once again the charger has failed. Artisan have repeatedly dismissed any responsibility and i’ve spent hours chasing and dealing with mistakes made by them. I have now instructed a more “competent” electrician to complete the work. I wont be using Artisan again and will not recommend them. If your happy for a substandard install and aftercare, then Artisan should be your first choice!

Artisan did an amazing job installing the four EV charging points we required. The new installation looks tidy and neat, and will continue to serve us long-term for our Electric Vehicle fleet.

Panel heater installation - efficiently done, including obtaining an extra item unexpectedly needed.

Enjoy the videos and excellent quality of workmanship.

I found Artisan via their YouTube channel. Jordan and Lee installed a Hypervolt 2 EV charger for me. I have been so impressed with not only the quality of work but the whole smooth process from my initial enquiry to final install. They both worked into the late (dark) evening to ensure my job was successfully completed before Christmas. Also a big thank you to Erica and Louise, the office team. I highly recommend Artisan and will be using them for all my future electrical projects.

Corey and Ruben were very polite, professional and did a fantastic very neat job and we are extremely pleased with the Tesla Gen3 EV wall charger installation.

Professional from start to finish, absolute pleasure having the team in our home

Have seen lots of their work and very impressed by the standard 👏

Super job! Professional, friendly and efficient.

The experience of dealing with Artisan Electrics to supply and install an electric vehicle home charger was faultless. The ordering process was straight forward and Jordan confirmed my decision to select the Hypervolt Home 2.0 as the charger that best met my requirements. On the day of installation, Lee arrived at the agreed time and was a credit to Atrisan. Apart from doing a very professional installation, he was courteous, a pleasure to deal with and took real pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Artisan Electrics

If only every company I deal with are as professional & efficient as Artisan! I found them via their YT content which was very informative and helpful. Thanks to Artisan I learnt a lot about EV chargers and the changes I needed to make to my homes existing electrical setup. Given this I felt it was only right & proper that they installed my EV charger (honour the source). Throughout the process they were helpful and really fast to respond to questions. Don't cheap out on something like an EV charging point...drop an email to Artisan and get a quality job done.

The team at Artisan Electrics were professional, polite and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. After discussing the work, quoting and arranging site visits they performed a EICR inspection then returned to replace our consumer unit and consolidate other boxes. At the same time they also fitted a new EV charger integrated with our solar installation. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Polite, professional and on time - good work, would recommend

Even though I'm in the trade there posts provide useful snippets of info that you may not know or be aware of.

Contracted Artisan Electrics for a required cable installation to run to our garden for a new sauna installation. Fantastic service, communication, professionalism and overall quality of craftsmanship. Dan helped get our quote sorted and Chris did the installation. Could not be more satisfied with their work. Would highly recommend Artisan, and we'll likely work with them again for any future electrical requirements.

Excellent workers, solving a complex RCD problems. And installing new consumer unit. Excellent work

This is the second time I have used Artisan and I am very happy with their work. Prompt and professional, they do excellent work. Both Jordan and Dan are cheerful and happy to discuss the work. I will use them again.

Very efficient and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them

Found through their youtube page and booked in for a Hypervolt to be installed after seeing it in use on the channel. Can't fault the work that was done. They managed to hide most of the cable through existing trunking on the house and behind the stones which left a clean look and Lee answered any questions and concerns I had as well! Overall great work done and extremely nice people that work for Artisan!

They promised a great service and they delivered it. Really friendly and professional help throughout the process of buying and installing an EV charger. Genuine pride in making the work look as good as it can but perhaps more importantly, on making it safe. Would (and will) happily use in future.

Such professional work! Cory was great to work with and carried out a very smooth installation of my new EV charger. I will definitely use their services again.

Artisan Electrics fitted my Zappi charger in November, and I was very impressed with their work , so I asked for the addition of a CT ( current transformer ) to compliment MyEnergi app after I had solar panels installed. As before, I am very pleased with their work and consultation. I can highly recommend them. It is obvious that they love what they are doing and take pride in their work. Top guys!

I had some PAT testing done. The job itself and the associated admin were efficient and timely, the office staff and electrician were polite, straightforward and helpful. Highly recommended.

The electrician arrived exactly on time, was very polite and efficient and seemed honest. Got the job done quickly and seemed to care about doing a good one.

What can I say. Jordan and his team at Artisan have done an outstanding job for us. Getting a quote from them and booking an appointment was straightforward with fantastic communication and updates. They arrived for the three jobs they've done for us on time as promised and the jobs they've done have all been immaculate. Could not recommend them more strongly.

I've had Jordan, Andy, Cory and Lee from Artisan over for several jobs over the past year to do some fault-finding and an EICR, new consumer units, replacing/fitting a few lights, switches & sockets, an outdoor security camera install, smart under-floor heating controllers, etc. Each time they've been easy to get hold of, communicated well, on-time, polite, tidy and generally very helpful. As you can see I'm happy to use them again and gladly recommend them.

Artisan did a nice job for us. This was a tricky installation because the cables had to be run underground for thirty metres or so to a remote location on a wall where we park our cars. They installed an Andersen charge point for our Tesla Model 3 and, because of the distance from the house, they had to install an external repeater for the Wi-Fi so that we could communicate with both the car and the charger. The crew were pleasant and fun to work with and were very professional. The dog checked them out when they arrived and declared them to be OK.

I like there YouTube channel. Looks like good work.

An absolutely outstanding experience!

Both Andrew (who did the original installation) and Jordan (who came and adjusted the Zappi to better suit my car) were professional, efficient and polite. All round excellent service.

On time, professional, efficient. Excellent!

Very interesting and detailed YouTube videos. They highlight some dangerous and sloppy work by diy'ers and so called electricians cutting corners. Some installations are so haphazard they look like a pile of spaghetti. This company takes the work very seriously and explains the pitfalls in detail as they inspect.

Engaged Artisan Electrics for a multi-phase project which will end up with Solar, battery, EV charger, new consumer unit, replacement smoke/CO alarms and full EICR. EICR, Smoke/CO and upgraded consumer unit now completed. Cory led the team in the work and they are polite, clean, respectful, neat & tidy, trustworthy and communicative. We are looking forward to the next phase and eventually in about 5 months the solar installation. Nothing negative to say and would recommend to any homeowner who wants confidence in their electricity installation safety. Nice job Artisan Electrics.

Cory installed a my energy zappi in my house. The installation was quite difficult due to my consumer unit being inside the wall. Regardless of all difficulties Cory went above and beyond to get the best installation with the least damage and best look that I could have asked. Will definitely be an artisan electrics constumer form now onwards and recommend them to whoever needs the best quality in ther electrical installation.

Artisan's electrician, Richard, was fast, efficient, effective, polite and helpful in carrying out PAT testing at our premises. Thank you.

Engineer was very pleasant and efficient.I would give him 10 out of 10

Outstanding attention to quality and detail. A thoroughly professional team tackled a difficult project involving updating significant amounts of old wiring, consumer units and installing an EV charger. I was kept informed of all key decisions. Highly recommended.

Jordan and Cory are an awesome team, and watching their you tube video's has given me knowledge to know what I need that meets my expectations when sourcing an electrician to come and upgrade my consumer unit

Great bunch of guys very professional

Very impressed by the way Cory searched for the best way of hiding the cables to the charger rather than the taking the easiest and quickest option. Very professional in approach, but also friendly and was great to see how he tidied and cleared everything up before he left. An excellent job all-round and would recommend to others.

I recently had a Myenergi Zappi installed by Artisan Electrics and the service was excellent. Cory did an amazing job installing the charger and even routed the cable in a particular way so it was less visible. I had a slight issue with the charger and app the following day and a quick call with Jordan had the problem solved within a few minutes. I would truly recommend you use Artisan if you are considering it.

From the moment I contacted Jordan and the team I felt like the company cared for their customers. The process of getting a quote to having the installation certificate issued has been a pleasure to deal with. They contacted me the week before the install to make sure everything was still ok . The day of the install i go a text to apologies they were running 5 minutes late. Corey was polite and took care of my property like it was his home, He checked to make sure what he was going to do was as we wanted. Cleaned up as he went along and made sure he did not impact the neighbours in any way. The invoice was as expected and made easy to pay for by credit card online. Not sure I have dealt with a more professional Electricians before. Incredible job thank you

Could not recommend Artisan Electrics highly enough. From quotation to completion they provide a friendly professional service. Their knowledge and experience is clear with great suggestions on how to achieve the best suited installation. Would happily use agin for other electrical work

I recently purchased some new smart-switches and Cory from Artisan Electrics came to install them alongside some deeper boxes. Cory was highly proffessional, answered my never ending supply of questions, and did an absolutely cracking job. Would recommend Artisan Electrics to anyone that needs very competent electricians in the Cambridgeshire area - not that they need my recommendation, their YouTube channel speaks for itself!

Nice website, seen their videos on YouTube. Seem like decent chaps!

Replaced consumer unit. Arrived on time, provided power pack for essential items when mains was switched off. Cleaned and tidied up well when finished.

Impeccable work. Artisan Electrics installed an outdoor socket and everything from drilling to checking the installation was done to superb standard. They call themselves Artisans with good reason.

Really pleased with the new consumer unit and outdoor power supply installed by Andrew from Artisan Electrics. All communication was professional and efficient, and it's clear they take pride in what they do - a couple of previously messy bits of wiring could have been left as they were, but were tidied up at no extra cost. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Artisan or use their services again.

Installation of heavy light fitting. Good communication from all the team. Engineer was friendly and consulted me on various choices to made regarding the job. Work finished in good time and was of good quality

Provided a quiet and completed the work quickly. Very friendly and professional. Will be using again.

Dan, from Artisan, completed some power socket and light fitting changes/installation along with a full test of all our circuits. It was a pleasure to deal with someone so personable and incredibly tidy, which hasn’t always been my experience with some of the trades. Brilliant work and highly recommended.

Fortunate to have Cory install my Tesla wall connector last week. Everything was explained in detail and he was happy to answer my 100 questions about the installation and other considerations for my electrical setup for the future. Took his time and did a very tidy job and left the place spotless Booking and invoicing procedure all professional and easy. Based on this experience I would highly recommend Artisan Electrics.

Artisan Electrics are a very professional company and work to very high standards - They deliver on their mission statement. Turn up on time, respect your property, very polite, good quality work. They are not cheap but you do get what you pay for which is high quality work from a team with high standards. I had great communication with the company before the electric car charger installation and also watched many installs by the company on utube which convinced me to book Artisan Electrics. Cory from Artisan installed my Zappi charger and was fantastic making sure I was happy with the installation and cleaning up after the install. He was so polite and made sure I was 100% happy before he left. I believe Jordan the company owner sets high standards across the team and this shows by the reviews the company receive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Artisan Electrics.

Great company. Jordan answered all questions pre-install and Cory was spot on fitting at home! Keep up the great work!

I experienced great customer service from start to finish with my EV home install. The guys were punctual, respectful, really efficient and I cannot praise them highly enough. I would definitely use Artisan Electrics again with the certain knowledge they’d do a great job.

Artisan Electrics are superb. We had an urgent, complex job in a listed building needing renovation. From the moment we called them with the enquiry they were helpful, supportive and responsive. They arrived on site to make the property electrically safe, within 2 hours of us taking ownership and stayed for 4 hours until the job was done, providing advice and reassurance throughout. Amazing service, highly recommended.

Cory fitted my Zappi car charger, I was extremely pleased with the standard of work and his attitude. What was particularly pleasing was that in addition to the electrical work was the high standard Cory attached to making everything looking neat and tidy including routing cables that gave him more work but left me with the best possible finish.

This was the first time we had used Artisan - we needed a Zappi installing for our cars that had to be integrated with a recent solar and battery installation. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and professionalism of the team and will definitely be giving them a call next time we need any electrical work carrying out.

Really pleased with your service thank you. Efficient pleasant electrician

Chris from Artisan Electrics installed new LED lights in our living room and study room as well as replacement of a pendant light in the kitchen. I have to say that he did an amazing job and was very friendly. We are very happy with the quality of his work and would highly recommend this company !

I received a telephone call prior to arrival with an ETA. The guys were friendly and respectful. The fault was retified within the hour and I am happy to recommend this company.

The team handle their work in very professional manner and are highly knowledgeable around the very important sector of renewable energy. They handled the EV charger and temp probe for an ASHP installs in their stride.

Very good job, efficiently done, excellent communication, no fuss. Would definitely use again.

Contacted Artisan needing diagnosis of repeated ground fault trips. They did a comprehensive job of diagnosis (measuring and injecting ground faults using the proper kit) which revealed that we needed to upgrade the whole consumer unit. They then scheduled this and completed it in a day, as promised, to a very high standard. They returned another day to complete full circuit testing of the whole house. Very impressed with their knowledge and attitude.

I had a really smooth experience with Artisan Electrics, with electrical work in my flat (socket upgrades, minor repairs, etc). They are extremely professional and communicative. Not a speck of dust left behind either! Would not hesitate to use their services again.

The service was exceptionally professional from start to finish. The quotation for the work was provided very quickly and it was easily to get questions answered in advance of the work. The electrician was bang on time each day and did the work to a very high standard. He was courteous, tidy and pleasant. I did not get other quotes, so can't comment on the value of the service, but I am very happy indeed with the work performed.

Very good job, very clean and no mess, explained everything required. Very busy but made aware of when they would be available and turned up when they said they wood. Recommended.

Friendly and efficient service.

Engineer arrived on time and was thorough in his pre checks and talking through the planned socket install. Corrected a couple existing errors from previous electrical works done by other contractors . Very neat install with no mess left behind

Jordan and his team at Artisan Electrics delievered above and beyond. It makes a refreshing change to other electricians we have used in the past. There was clear prior communciation including pre-planning about our current installation and what work would then be carried out, including a fixed agreed price before hand. On the day, Jordan arrived on time and was courteous throughout. He working efficiently and even thouroughly cleaned up afterwards! Any external issues were resolved without any further cost or inconvience to myself. He even did a small extra job for us that came up last minute and did not charge us extra. I highly recommend Artisan Electrics for any of your electrician needs, but especially for the bigger and more complex projects that require good strategic thinking to make sure you get a good long-term solution of the investments you are making to your properties.

Excellent in every respect

Artisan Electrics provided an excellent service as we remodelled our garage into a utility space. They were always on time, great communication and the quality of work was excellent. They are a company you can trust

First class service. I asked them to replace an electric shower which they did quickly and efficiently. The young man who did the job is a credit to his company. MKW.

After seeing the great workmanship from Jordan in the YouTube channel, I did not hesitate to book Artisan Electrics at all. I couldn't find any one else that had as much passion for what they do. The end result of the Zappi EV charger installation was very professional and tidy. I highly recommend these guys for all your electrical needs!

Very friendly and explained everything that was done I am now going to use them again for further electrical work inside my house

Love watching Jordan working. His YT videos are interesting to watch and I love that he takes pride in his work by having it all wired nearly. Very professional outlook and good business ethics.

Great service, thanks so much for your quick helping getting our wiring issue sorted out.

Jordan did a splendid job installing my zappi car charger. Dead on time everything was as described and quoted. The work was done to an exceptional standard and the material used are also of an extremely high quality. If like me you worry about what you are going to get you can watch his you tube channel and get a flavor of the quality of his work, for me this really put my mind at rest. The level of detail and neatness is staggering and a breath of fresh air. With Artisan Electrics you really do get what you pay for, a high-quality professional installation I can’t recommend Jordan enough. Thank you!

Great service and quality work by Jordan and the Team.

Excellent work.

Very professional, curtious, and worked cleanly & efficiently. Would use again for any electrical service.

Contacted Artisan Electrics to enquire about an old electric cable and Jordan replied to me very fast also gave me a very useful link. Very happy with Jordan for being very helpful. If you got any enquires contact Artisan Electrics as they are very helpful yet again many thanks Jordan.

Great service, our problem was fixed quickly.

Recommend.

Artisan Electrics gave me a prompt same day response to an emergency and dealt with the issue in a professional, competent, timely and friendly manner, working around my personal arrangements when I could not be at home for reasons I could not cancel. Their invoice for out of hours work was very reasonable

Andrew came to install two brand new fire alarms, the work was done lightning fast and very decently, thank you !

Jordan came on time with his own overshoes and finished the job neatly.

Prompt service, did a good job and left place clean and tidy. Thank you.

Jordan came round to assess how the work I wanted could be done and clearly outlined this to me. We then arranged a date for one of his team to complete the work and this was done in an extremely professional manner. My housemate stayed at home to supervise everything and said that the electrician was very polite and worked efficiently. I arrived home from work to absolutely zero mess and three perfectly installed sets of sockets! I would definitely recommend Artisan Electrics to anyone!

The go-to guys for complete EV charge point installation with OLEV grant. Most 7kW installations need new cable and fittings back to consumer unit or meter box which Artisan does competently. Whereas the energy companies I tried only want to supply and fit the charge unit leaving you to still sort out everything else.

Smooth process for booking and the work was completed to a high standard. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

Using Artisan Electrics has been a pleasure from start to finish. The work was carried out in a friendly professional manner to the correct electrical standards. The best outcome was that I now have a reliable electrician I can use in the future.

Prompt service by Artisan Electrics. Jordan was polite and thorough. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Very good service. Reliable!

Extraordinary service, courtesy, and attention to detail. I don't know that I've ever said this about any contractor before, but I can recommend Artisan Electrics without reservation. They did a complex data network plus halogen-to-LED conversion with lighting automation in our 150 year old house. The work was completed to a high standard, quickly, and at a fair price. I couldn't find another contractor that would even attempt it.

Punctual, polite, efficient. Excellent.

Jordan and Artisan Electrics have done a brilliant job to a very high standard with absolutely no inconvenience. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work, he thoroughly cleaned the extractor fan air vent with a hoover to ensure all foreign debris including an old bird's nest was removed before installing the new fan. He cleared/cleaned on completion. Jordan arrived on time, was easy to deal with, his communication was clear and honest throughout and he did exactly what he said he would do. I could not be more pleased. 100% job satisfaction.

Excellent service from Jordan, very fast response to my issue and fantastic professional service.

Reading all the other reviews I was not surprised to find that every thing I planned to say had already been said - repeatedly! Just one thing I think needs more emphasis - that Jordan uses both his experience AND his intelligence all the time. So often a craftsman has one but not the other. This is the basis of so much else - his speed, his thoroughness, his efficiency and his follow-through. The rest of all the good stuff is basically down to his being a really nice young man. Wendy Barnes

I would highly recommend Artisan Electrics! On time, friendly and reasonably priced. We are very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them!

Artisan electrics has done a great job. He replaced my old fuse box with a modern unit, tested thoroughly the whole system, replaced all sockets, and installed new sockets and lights outside. I am very pleased by the quality of the work: precise and effective.

It was a pleasure to have Jordan doing work for us. He was professional, knowledgeable and hard-working. His invoice matched his quote exactly. I would not hesitate to employ Jordan again. Excellent job.

Helpful and prompt, good communication with us to arrange details

Previous electrician said there must be a broken wire somewhere so would have to take down the ceiling. Artisan applied expertise, intelligence and experience and solved the problem without touching the ceiling or the floorboards above. Very impressed. Will certainly call Artisan next time.

Artisan have carried out two jobs at my property. Punctual, tidy, work done as agreed. Helpful and clear advice provided. Overall very willing to recommend

I have contacted Jordan to have an Electrical Installation Condition Report done on a property we are in the process of buying. He has been very quick to respond and had sent me a very detailed report and quote for work to be done on the same day he has done the survey. Very satisfied, will definitely use him again!

We are very happy with the quality of the work done, which was to replace an original 1962 fuse box and a separate newer one with an all metal 17th Edition consumer unit, plus carrying out the required safety check. All done very tidily in a day.

Jordan was efficient, responsive and the work was top quality. The light we originally chose was faulty and Jordan returned to replace it with a new one without additional charge.

Excellent work! Jordan fitted new lights throughout our house. He arrived on time, was extremely neat, polite and responsive. We will definitely use Artisan Electrics again.

Jordan was accommodating with timing, competitive pricing and fast and friendly service. I would have no hesitation in using Artisan Electrics again.

Very good service with quick and reliable response. Excellent communication. Thanks

Really first class, friendly, expert, professional service. If you need a sparky I would highly recommend.

We contacted Artisal Electrics to do some electrical works in our flat. Jordan provided a quote promptly and organised the visit quickly after approval. Arrived on time and did the works as agreed. For a room where initial idea did not really work, Jordan suggested an alternative solution that resulted even better. We also asked for a small extra job that was not planned and Jordan did it straight away without needing to rebook. Thank you for your help Jordan.

The service we received was excellent. Recognising that we were in a bit of a tricky situation, Jordan came out to us on a Saturday morning to help out. He was polite, informative, friendly and efficient. We would not hesitate to recommend Artisan Electrics.

Excellent. Prompt, and if held up will let you know. Jordan is efficient and always does a good job, cleans up afterwards, is a trustworthy, knowledgeable and helpful person. Emails are always responded to in a timely and efficient manner, and arranging appointments is easy and quick.

Excellent electrician, very responsive. Does good job and quick. Definitely recommend!

Jordan went out of his way to be helpful on a range of jobs for us and did everything with great efficiency and no fuss. We have subsequently recommended him to others.

Punctual, did all that was required including some extra bits which were found as the work progressed. installed a new consumer unit which involved re-routing the mains feed from the meter and extending the existing wiring cables.. Cleaned up thoroughly after the work was completed. Highly recommended.

Quick and clean workers, turned up on time, Very pleasant experience all round.

I fully concur with the other good reviews, will use Artisan Electrics again and I have already recommended to a friend.

Jordan has been a joy with work with. He responded to my emails very quickly and has been very kind in catering to my tight timescale. He has provided very detailed findings and yet also explained them in a easily understandable way!

Very pleased with the service from Artisan Electrics, arrived on time very professional and reasonably priced.

They did the job as specified on time, within budget and tidied up afterwards. Good communication, punctual, tidy and polite.

I was very impressed with Jordan's efficiency and professionalism. He also went out of his way to remedy an issue, thank you for a great job.

An hour after first calling them, Jordan from Artisan Electrics came round to my house and resolved the problem with my bathroom lights within 15 minutes. I really appreciated the quick service and Jordan's friendly approach, and will definitely be going straight to Artisan again with any future electrics requirements.

Cannot recommend Jordan highly enough. Prompt reply to messages, great communication, great work.

In all ways first class service-highly recommended

Jordan is a truly solid, sound, trustworthy and reliable electrician. Choose Artisan Electrics and you’ll eliminate any of the doubts and uncertainties you experience when choosing a local electrician. I can sum up their service in three words...simply the best!

Exceptionally professional service, very calm and friendly. Highly recommended.

Perfect. Professional, friendly, punctual, sensibly priced. I wish everyone was like this.

Quick, good, friendly, reliable and professional. Thank you so much!

Jordan did a great job. He responded quickly to my messages, provided a competitive quote, and showed up on the agreed date. He completed the quoted work without any problem.

We used Artisan Electrics to do our PAT testing on our food truck Guerrilla Kitchen. He completed this in a competent and friendly manor. We were so happy with his work that we invited him back to complete another job. Jorden is friendly, reliable and knows what he is doing. We would and will recommend him to everyone. We as a company feel so much more comfortable now we know we have someone we can trust and rely on for all our electrical needs.
