Lux Electrical installations Ltd

Fantastic service, really pleased with our solar / battery install. Looking forward to the heat pump & air-con once units are available

Outstanding recent solar and battery install from Antonio, Ollie and Craig. Every aspect of the work was completed to a very high standard with exceptional customer service. We went from exploratory call to fully installed system in under two weeks. Very highly recommend.

We were very pleased with Smart-Lux who installed solar panels, battery and EV charger to our property. When Antonio came to visit and to give us for a quote, he walked us through the reasoning behind his recommendation for solar and battery/inverter capacity, as well as the benefits of going for their trusted provider (Sigenergy). He designed a system tailored to our home and usage needs. We then received the quote (which we found very reasonable and competitive) and a date for installation for a couple of weeks after. Installation took a couple of days and the result is great (thanks to team Tyler and Ollie!), as most days we are now off grid or using night tariff only.

Antonio and his team did a great job installing solar panels, inverter and battery for us and we’re very happy with the result. Communication was always quick, responsive and where we had to deviate from the plan a fair compromise was found. Would definitely recommend.

Having directly project-managed a self-build and dealt with many different trades, I would put Antonio and his team comfortably in the top 10% of tradespeople I have worked with. They installed 3 x Sigenergy SigenStor BAT 10.0 batteries, a SigenStor EC 25.0TP Energy Controller/inverter and a Sigenergy three-phase Gateway, integrating everything with my existing 20kW PV array. Communication was very good, Antonio was quick to resolve any issues, and the team were polite, courteous and diligent throughout. I was particularly impressed by their determination to route the solar cabling through underground conduits installed by others, despite difficult cable runs and extremely limited access at the termination point. They persisted and got the job done properly. Overall, I was very pleased with the workmanship, communication and professionalism of Antonio and his team and would happily use them again.

I’ve used Lux before so it was a no-brainer to get a quote for some more electrical work at our house. A visit was made, a survey completed and a fully detailed quote was sent to me. I accepted the quote and the work was started within a week. Have to say it was a good job that was done especially considering it was possibly the 2 hottest days of the year. I’m more than happy to recommend these guys, they are professional, reasonable and very efficient.

Excellent service throughout. Had a large solar array, batteries and a car charger added to upgrade an existing system. From the quoting process to the complex installation, everything was spot on.

The team did an excellent job fitting Viridian solar panels to a 100 year old roof with patterned French clay tiles. The whole installation of panels and battery was done very efficiently. Highly recommended.

Great service, prompt, polite and professional. I would highly recommend.

Happy to recommend. The installation of our new solar panels was carried out efficiently and tidily. Any queries were dealt with promptly. The system is working well. However, we would have liked the scaffolding contractor to have given us clearer notice of their timetable for the erection and the removal of the scaffolding.

Antonio and the team exceeded my expectations with their work. They made the whole process very simple, which is just what I needed. Thank you.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care really set this service apart. Everything was handled smoothly, efficiently, and with a personal touch that made me feel valued as a customer. Thanks Again!

We have been extremely pleased with the outcome, A pleasure to deal with, very detailed with their work leading to an outstanding finish. Thank you

The lux team fitted my EV charger and required the house. Great service, highly professional and the work was done to an excellent standard.

Antonio did our lighting in our salon, and done a fantastic job, and now thinking of getting Solar energy to reduce energy costs and Antonio will be our man for the job

Toni and his team did an excellent job installing solar panels at my home. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and made sure the installation was done to a high standard. I’m really pleased with the results and would happily recommend them to anyone considering solar.

Really great experience with Smart Lux. Ollie and Tyler were incredibly friendly, polite, and easy to deal with from start to finish. My solar panels are working brilliantly, and I’ve already noticed how well they perform and how much money they are saving me. Couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend!
