Within a few weeks of completion, the roof began to leak. Due to the tiles' unevenness and shoddy installation, water seeped in several places. I requested repairs multiple times but never heard back. It's difficult to trust all the positive evaluations; they must be phony. Having to pay more to correct someone else's errors was a frustrating experience.
I needed an new flat roof HK Roofing booked me in, removed all the old felt roof and fitted a new one. They took all the old waste away and even followed up with a call after the next time it rained. Very happy
