Prompt service on a Saturday morning for an emergency plumbing job, very friendly and helpful attitude.

Luke has been great in terms of installing the boiler for me, recommending me suitable ones to minimize cost. The whole process was smooth, and I strongly recommend him. There were some hiccups during installation, he would get that corrected or someone to fix it straight away. Very responsible. Great service provided.

Mark came out really quickly to fix a leak in my very old boiler, and a few months later he replaced it when it gave up the ghost. He was really friendly and easy to contact both times, and I appreciated his advice about what type of replacement would be best and most efficient. All the work was also really tidy even though the boiler was in an awkward spot and the hole for the flue was in the wrong place. On top of that, Mark spotted and fixed a separate gas leak that he found before replacing the boiler!

I just want to say the service was amazing! Not only did he come and do the jobs to a high standard, he explained to me what had caused the issue with our mixer tap. Sourced the new parts for our toilet and fitted a new thermostat. I can honeslty say that if I need any more jobs doing in the future, I'd use this company again!

Heat store problems!! Having had a number of issues with a heat store, gas boiler and log burner connected and other plumbers who were unable to solve the problems it was refreshing to find Summit Plumbing and Heating. They were able to attend very quickly and identify the problems. They were able to engineer an immediate temporary solution and put in place a longer term fix by obtaining the correct parts. All completed at a very fair price. They do everything that they say on the Web site. I can only recommend them for all plumbing needs and will be my go to for more complex heating systems. 5 stars all the way. Thank you.

I had a leak from my bath that was causing water to come through the ceiling. Mark responded quickly (within minutes), diagnosed the problem efficiently, and carried out the repair to a high standard. He was professional, tidy, and took the time to explain what had caused the issue and how to prevent it in the future. He recommended what parts I needed and let me choose what was right for us too. I highly recommend Mark for his knowledge and great character!

Thrilled with the work Mark from Summit has done on my radiators that were barely coming on with my ancient boiler. He rebalanced them and got rid of air pockets that were trapped. Now they're coming on hot and he's reasonably priced for his time and expertise. Friendly, professional, reliable and helpful in educating me on all things heating. So friendly and helpful. We had our boiler serviced by Summit Plumbing before Christmas and received excellent service. We recently went away for a few days to come home to a broken boiler. Summit Plumbing were happy to give advice over video call to see if we could fix ourselves before a call out was needed. Highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend Mark from Summit. I had a leaking Combi boiler, he came out really quickly (on a Sunday!) diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than two hours. He is a nice polite person. Also checked the boiler over for emissions. Very reasonable prices too. I will certainly call him again if needed.

Called in the morning about a slow leak and a known plumbing issue in the kitchen, sent a few photos over WhatsApp to him and Mark managed to fit me in same day - really helpful with a newborn in the house! He was friendly, polite and extremely professional. First and foremost the quality of his work was outstanding. Was extremely helpful in that he came out the very same day to do the job. This has made me really happy as we were without a shower and he did his utmost to help us out as soon as possible. Prices are reasonable too.

Left me with no heating and hot water for a week saying they were looking in to it so phoned british gas and they sorted it out for me the following day for a good price

Mark fitted a couple of radiators for us, and having been quoted very reasonably we were wondering what the catch was, and here it is. 1/ there is no catch! 2/ Mark turned up on time. 3/ drained the system down and fitted the radiators, refilled and bled the system in quick time. 4/ there was no sharp intake of breath, no hidden extra charges he did exactly what we asked him to do. I had a new boiler installed by Summit Plumbing & Heating six months ago that I was very happy with. I recently had a minor issue with it that required some adjustment to the boiler. Mark came back out on the day I called and made the adjustment free of charge! It's very rare these days to find a company that still cares after they've been paid. He was still as Friendly and helpful as before. Good customer service, Highly Recommended.
