Great and efficient service

Excellent service and highly qualified technicians highly recommended

Absolutely spot on a trustworthy nothing hidden and very reliable Been using this guy for all my drainage problems

This was my first time using Silverline Drainage but it certainly won't be the last. I called them on Good Friday with an emergency as the toilets were blocked and after lifting the drain cover discovering why. Karim arrived within 30 minutes, took one look and gave me a fixed price to clear it which I accepted, it was extremely reasonable considering it was a bank Holiday. He got the jet hose out and got to work, within 30 minutes he was packing his tools away and I had a nice clean free flowing drain again. I would 100% recommend Silverline Drainage to anyone having drainage issues and Karrim was polite and professional from the initial phone call to full completion of the job. If I could have left more than 5 stars I would have. Adrian

Brilliant service and an amazing guy. Had major issues with drainage and work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Totally recommended 🙌🏻

Have used this brother a few times without any problems and have recommended him to lots of people.

Highly recommend, really professional, no waiting, fixed price, great service. Thank you Kareem.

It was a great blessing to come across this company. Our drains were blocked around the property (all 4 drain posts). Another builder had contacts who was charging near £300 just for 2 drains and brother Karim picked up my message on Facebook and responded at 10:35pm and booked the Job in for 2pm the following day. The communication and fast response was appricated. They kept me in the loop on arrival time before getting there also. They charged £100 but the clean up and service and communication during the jetting cleanup before process and after was very appricated. The work was carried out in a professional and clean manner. The blockage was explained and shown of debris and stones and gunk that was stuck in the main gutters. So overall this company Is for me highly professional and friendly / a great service to have come across. Thanks to brother karim & team

Outside shared drain became badly blocked preventing my toilet from draining properly after flushing. Found Silverline Drainage after Google search. I explained the situation to them and they came out within 2 hours and the engineer undertook the unblocking quickly and proficiently (jetting). The technician explained what had caused the blockage and ensured the drain was completely cleared before leaving. The price for the job was agreed upfront. All in all very satisfied with the professional and friendly service I recieved and would use the company again without hesitation.

Nice Friendly guy good job and very quick.

My mother's toilet was blocked and Silver Drainage came out at short notice and arrived on time. The toilet blockage was dealt with quickly but still wasn't 100% and a camera was used to find a toilet cleaner blocking the pipe and catching toilet tissue. This was then removed and the problem was solved. Very impressed 😁
