In my opinion, I would not use this engineer, we booked a service via open rent our landlord platform, discussed picking up keys for the rental and job address, which all week contractors like flooring fitters, painters have been doing. This engineer apparently waited at my work and nobody was there. I was there I own the place. I have never had a single issue with any of the contractors or previous plumbers I have used for this service in 5 years. Then he went to the rental and I got site to walk keys to him as its a new build and he wouldn't wait a few minutes and wanted to go and charge me the call out fee. Not a good service and very unprofessional Update to this reply: The facts are as follows mohammed. 1) I supplied full address to pick keys up from, it's a simple address and all contractors have had ease doing it the past 3 months. 2) you agreed to collect keys from this address yet said you was here and you were not. 3) I got the site manager to walk to the house and you couldn't wait 5mins 4) what more can I do here.. 5) how rude of you to say nothing will go my way, this was a simple gas certificate and you couldn't even pick the keys up, when myself and site managers organised another way into property you didnt want to wait a few minutes for him to walk around the corner... he saw you drive off. 6) the callout was refunded by openrent as your in the wrong. 7) i dont seem to be the only one complaining, previous review is similar!? 8) photos show you agreed to pick keys up keys and unit 60, unit 58 is my next door work friends and I went to them, you clearly wasn't on hotchkiss way or go to my company address yet you want to be rude and defensive. Your the one who failed to fulfill a service you agreed to, I also clearly replied to you straight away with my phone number and again confirming address. Just Google the address 9) this is my honest opinion of your attitude to my job, not only that but the clear disregard and care of the extra strain and stress this has put onto my rental business says a lot.

Time waster. Asked Mohammed to come out to cap a fireplace gas pipe. I asked him to let me know if he’s unable to come out so I can get someone else in as it is holding up the works but he told me he would come out “early next week”. Did not hear anything. 15 days wasted waiting for him. I’m sure he’ll have a good excuse as to why he couldn’t come out.

I was recommended to use HH Group by a family member and honestly from my experience I can say Taj was professional and well organised from the get go. Polite people, good company.

Super fast response. Completed 4 Gas Certs and EICR Certificates for us as an emergency as they were expiring today and another engineer and electrician both let us down. Got both services completed from the same place. Will defo use again. Thank you HH Group.

Fast response and excellent customer service. My new central heating system is working amazingly. Can't wait to start using the underfloor heating this winter. I needed a fairly complicated boiler relocation and some radiators replaced. The work was carried out cleanly mad efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. I found the service and attention to detail second to none. I will definitely be using the HH group again.
