Kenan was fantastic! He came over to remove our radiator and also sorted out a leak in our downstairs radiator while he was here. He was punctual, professional, and really efficient with the job. Everything was done quickly and to a high standard, and he made sure everything was left tidy afterwards. Would definitely recommend him and will be using his services again in the future!

These guys really know what they are doing. Had an issue with low shower pressure another plumber had looked at and not been able to resolve. I believe it was Kenan who attended our job and he had it sorted within 10 minutes. We did have a few issues with the booking form for the job, but overall, great experience.

They had a bit of issue with locating me an engineer which I had to wait for couple of hours. Fortunately, once their engineer Kenan arrived, he was very efficient and sorted my problem within 1 hour. Super friendly too! Would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

The worst plumbers I’ve seen I’ve had a leak in my bathroom for some time now and Kenan came to my house a couple of times and he was lazy with the work at hand. I’ve called him many times after when I told him the issue isn’t resolved and he’d just give me the cold shoulder telling me he’ll come the next week but he never does. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

I asked Kenan to help with a persistent problem for one of our elderly church members. Kenan was able to diagnose & repair 2 leaks quickly which were in fact the result of the poor work of other tradesmen & allow full use of a bathroom that hadn't been possible before. I can't recommend Supreme highly enough for their customer service, professionalism, expertise & care & will certainly be using them again.

The engineer got in touch in order to ascertain exactly what the fault was. He asked for specific photos which I forwarded by means of a link. He then booked a time for the visit and informed me when he was on the way. He was able to sort the problem out within a few minutes and explained it to us in layman's terms. Overall we were happy with the service given.

Kenan was efficient, polite, tidy and swift. Our bath tap needed replacing and after a couple of photos to assess the job, a price was agreed and he arrived the next day. If it was an emergency I suspect he would have arrived sooner but it was not that much of an emergency. He kept us updated throughout the process and let us know when he was running late due to a prior job. I would not hesitate to use him again.

I had a gas leak and my son contacted Keenan and gave him my number, before you knew it Keenan was on the blower and he came round the same night and sorted it out for me. I must add his friendliness humour and professionalism was beyond what I expected and I will highly recommend him and have him back to do some more work for me.

Kenan repaired our electric boiler which gave out on us. We had previously called out another engineer, but they were unable to fix the problem. Kenan was very helpful, professional and was able to quickly resolve the problem for us.

We had our gas hob connected, It turned out to take longer than expected however Kenan provided an excellent service...we plan to use him again for future work!

My house is quite large in size with 4 bedrooms. Supreme Gas & Plumbing changed my boiler and also installed a pump to the hot water tank. The job was a little tricky but he was persistent in solving the problem until the work was completed and we were satisfied.

Found these guys via the local hero’s website, and found them to be excellent, and Kenan to be very professional. Arrived when he said he would and kept in touch throughout on a new radiator installation. Even popped in late on a Friday to help with a few minor issues. The young man who attended arrived at his appointed time with a text to advise that his arrival was imminent. He completed the work to my satisfaction and gave helpful advise that my boiler did not need replacing when he could have exploited my ignorance for his personal gain. That meant a lot, honesty and integrity are priceless.
