I initially asked for a quote to replace a tap cartridge. The trader accepted the job, but turned up with the wrong part — one that didn't fit — and still charged me for the failed attempt. In my view, a quote is a commitment to complete the job at the price agreed; if you're not confident you can complete a job, you shouldn't quote for it in the first place. We then agreed to replace the tap entirely. However, the trader ignored the manufacturer's installation instructions, discarded the original rubber sealing ring, and reused an incompatible metal ring from the old tap. This left the base unsecured. Getting this fixed properly took months of chasing and countless messages back and forth. Not a pleasant experience.

Boiler was acting up and Adam diagnosed for the PCB to be replaced as it was faulting out and not giving out any warm water. He sourced a brand new PCB, installed it and recommended a strip down service. This was done and you can see the before and after pictures. Really recommended. Thank you once again bro. Boiler has not caused any issues and it’s been two weeks since service was done.

Sab literally saved me. Having reported a blocked toilet to Corgi at 9am and them messing me around all day, Sab came out as an emergency late in the evening. No idea how he unblocked it as I couldn't cope with the smell etc and kept well out the way. It was left looking clean and spotless. I am eternally grateful. Fantastic service! After being let down by another company, I got in touch with Saboor who replied to my query promptly. I was given a very reasonable quote and Saboor who was even willing to come on a Sunday worked around my schedule to fit me in at short notice to install my gas hob. He gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way and turned up on time. Whilst installing the hob he was happy to answer any questions I had and explained everything to me clearly. Saboor also carried out a tightness test to ensure there were no leaks and provided me with a gas safety certificate. Would highly recommend!

We used Power Plus Heating Services for an intermittent boiler fault and genuinely thought it was beyond economical repair. We were expecting to replace it, but thanks to their expertise it was fully repaired — saving us the cost of a new boiler. We also had a power flush done. It’s not a cheap job, but after seeing the time and care taken — individually flushing every radiator and explaining each stage — it was clear why. The results were incredible and the system now feels brand new. The engineer came out multiple times, never rushed, was thorough and efficient, and usually had parts to hand. If anything was needed, he returned quickly to fit it. He only accepted payment once we were completely satisfied. Professional, reliable and trustworthy — we highly recommend Power Plus Heating Services.

Sab and his team at Power Plus Heating did a fantastic job of replacing the boiler in my 4th floor flat and converting from a hot water cylinder to a combi boiler system. They took on a job that British Gas and a few other ‘big name’ companies outright refused to even quote for and completed it without issue and at a very competitive price given the access issues. Absolutely Fantastic service by Power plus Heating Ltd. My boiler was leaking water. I called multiple companies, after which I came out across the contact of Power Plus Heating. I was put through to an engineer straight away, and was reassured over the phone that the problem was manageable and an engineer would be out first thing the next day. The engineer, Adam, was top class. He was very polite and down to earth, and identified the problem quickly, which was a faulty diverter valve. The problem was solved swiftly and I have not had any further issues. What can I say!! Sab went out of his way coming on a Saturday evening after his last job instead of going home after listening and finding out we had no hot water for a bath 12 months due to a tap issue. After multiple plumbers who did not have a clue he fixed a 12 month issue in 30 minute which was due rlto a clogged valve under the bath. We cannot recommend this company and gentleman enough they are absolutely fantastic and we are so grateful thank you so much. We would not use anyone else in the future.

From the get go Sab was polite, clear and thorough and well communicative in his approach. Including breaking down all options in as detailed way as possible. He came to quote to repair something in our old boiler (new home) that had previously been repaired only a week before by someone else where major issues were missed. Sab gave us a breakdown of fixing the boiler or the option for replacement and full service which he explained in the long run (in writing) that this would be more cost effective and less risky than fixing the problem with a new part in our old boiler which could fail in short time. As a result, we decided to have our boiler replaced and drain the system/split the flush and restore and service the radiators in our home. He showed passion in what he does, and also like I say he was very meticulous. I am a tradesperson myself, so these qualities on the flipside are invaluable to me as a customer. The works were undertaken with care and efficiency, Sab came on multiple visits, working around our schedule, once with his apprentice and another time and also then finally with his electrician Naz for the install. Sab and his team were very friendly, courteous and did everything they said they would, carried out with ease. I would highly recommend Sab, Power Plus Heating.

He gave me a quote and we managed to work around my working schedule for him to do what was needed. We was let down by another plumber. Abdul from Power plus heating came to the rescue. He disconnected our cooker and washing machine so the new flooring could get done. He then came back and connected everything back up. Kept his word and turned up on both occasions. Will definitely be using him again in the future.

I called Powerplus heating for an emergency call out (my hot water was not turning on) and with the cold weather it essential. They sent out an engineer who managed to diagnose, resolve and fix the issue within an hour! -Impressive service and great workmanship. My previous boiler technician installed a new Baxi combi boiler a few years ago but I only learnt, through a Baxi warranty callout last month, that the boiler was never flushed or cleaned before installing. This meant our new boiler was full of sludge and grime which would have significantly damaged the boiler if left untreated. Baxi said a chemical flush was required for me to maintain my warranty and so I reached out to Power Plus Heating Ltd. The team did an excellent job chemically flushing my boiler. They were very thorough with their work, explained every step of the process and furnished me with very useful advice on how to maintain the health of my boiler and radiators. I would highly recommend this company and am grateful for their services.

Power Plus Heating did a great job for us. They fitted a quality boiler within a day, came back to flush our heating system and ensured all our radiators were piping hot. They also gave us maintenance advice, made sure we knew how to bleed the heaters correctly and keep the correct settings on the boiler. Sab was very informative in teaching us how to take care of our heating system, and answered all of our concerns. The team were very friendly too. I would definitely recommend them.

Saboor helped me out with a difficult job; I needed to get the flue replaced for my apartment but due to the age of the system (built 2007), it was very hard to get the parts as it used a 5” pipe rather than the new standard 6” pipes. Not wanting to replace the whole set of pipes and flue, Saboor took time to call around and eventually found a great replacement he could use, simplifying the job. This was more work than originally anticipated but was still cheaper than replacing all the piping back to the boiler. I also asked for a guard to be fitted to protect the flue from pigeon poop as its acidic nature can prematurely destroy the flue. Saboor accommodated this. I have had the pleasure of having Saboor help me out over the years with boiler checks and boiler work. He is professional, reliable, a very good communicator and a decent guy - I’d highly recommend him.

I'm so happy and thankful for the speedy courteous service for my elderly mother that I feel compelled to write a review, as it's the least I can do. Having been let down all day on a Friday (after 3 days of no heat & hot water & looking at a weekend of the same by our usual contracted heating engineer) after 4 unretuned phone calls throughout the day. I have an old fashioned heating system, but the company did not hesitate in responding to my request to have my radiant fire serviced. Within hours of my request, the fire was being dismantled and refurbished. I had used this company to have a power flush done to all my radiators. The young man had arrived early hours in the morning which was perfect for my schedule. He was very polite and Courteous. His prep-work was very good and had put sheets down to protect my carpets. Amazingly he had shown me was sludge was stuck in my radiators and what was stopping the radiators from heating to full potential. Called Saboor late on a Thursday night with a leak on the boiler, after sending him a video, he was able to assess and get me in his diary for the following day to come out and fix it. Saboor came around expecting a valve change but it turned out the leak was more complicated - Saboor cleared the rest of his diary to stay, diagnose the issue and problem solve. Once the leak was fixed, Saboor got the pressure back up and the boiler running then stayed for 15 minutes to ensure everything was working and there was no more leak. Saboor took the time to explain the issue to a complete novice and his charge was very fair considering the emergency call out and unsociable hours. Will definitely be turning to Saboor again in the future.

Having had a leak from our central heating water tank, I was extremely impressed with the service of Saboor who worked for many hours including returning to the house after an initial correction of the leak, to ensure that our heating system was fit for purpose. He was a pleasure to meet, genuine and obviously cared a great deal to do the work well, not being satisfied until the water in the tank was clear. He thoroughly checked the radiators to ensure that they were working and that heat was consistent throughout the house, showing photographs of the tank throughout and updated us regularly at each stage of the process. I cannot recommend him highly enough and am so glad that at last we have a plumber we can trust.

Power Plus offers a fantastic heating and plumbing service. Saboor has serviced our boiler, flushed and cleaned the central heating system and installed new thermostatic radiator valves across the whole system. In addition he’s also fixed a faulty flush in the toilet cistern and plumbed in an external garden tap. Saboor came round within a few hours of my contacting him. My case was a challenging one, a twenty year old electric boiler, so he had to do some research! However, he got onto things swiftly, managed to get the problem diagnosed correctly and then sorted. I'm really glad I came across this company. Needed my shower room all setting up. After getting a few quotes from various companies; i found power plus to be able to book me the earliest. Young lad Abdul came, explained to me where the pipes are coming from, installed the shower and radiator where i wanted it. Power Plus Heating come highly recommended. They attended my property and completed a boiler service. They saved me money when I thought I had to replace a radiator and fixed my radiator which had been turned off for months. They recently fitted my hive. Their work is good and they do a clean job. They explained to me how the hive operated and provided me with good tips and advice is saving energy and making the best use out of the hearing system. I had a part that needed replacing on my boiler , the young man came out gave my boiler a thorough check up replaced the part and ensured all was up to date for no extra cost . Had my annual gas check done yesterday. I had forgot about it and the previous certificate had expired but thankfully Power Plus were able to come out within 24 hours of my call and carry out the inspection and provide a new certificate. As usual we had the courtesy all 15 minutes before arrival which is very professional. So far have used Power Plus on three occasions and can’t fault them.
