Called on the morning of Christmas Eve with a leak under my boiler. Picked up straight away and was at my house within 90 minutes of the call. Managed to fix temporarily with heating and cold water available due to the part needed not being available on the day, coming back once the part is ready to ensure we have hot water. A real life saver so close to Christmas, thank you!

Called out of hours on a Friday evening not expecting them to pick up, but Mark did. He was at my elderly Moms house first thing on Sat morning to fix her toilet. Turns out, it needed replacing and he did the whole job and even got her a raised toilet for her poorly hips! I would absolutely recommend this business 100% and will be using their services again as and when required. Superb job & service, many thanks!!

Had an emergency with the toilet that they came and fixed next day. Great service and nice polite workmen, top notch and they cleaned up after themselves.

We had a smell of gas coming from the living room gas fire. They arrived and was so attentive and worked hard to resolve the issue. Turned out to be a a fault with the fire and secured the issue so that we could turn gas back on safely and have hot water. An excellent job and kept me informed of every stage . Worth the money and I'm glad I found them by doing a Google search. Would strongly recommend . Thank you!

Called these guys to install a dishwasher after Currys decided not to help. Top notch service. They came the next day, fitted the appliance and changed the value etc. great service and will use them again

This guy gives me faith in tradesmen I've had a few quotes this morning for my boiler fault which I now know I accidentally caused this morning, Matt was super honest and explained what I needed to do on the phone saving me 100's of pounds quoted before hand, I gave him the exact information as previous two called....thank you so much just coming back from maternity leave our money is tight and this guy deserves to be recognised for his authenticity and friendly approach

I had a problem with my Megaflo water cylinder. He was able to find the issue over the phone. He guided me through few steps in order to show him the affected parts and then he provided us the solution. Highly recommended!

Mark Thompson today (28/03/22) installed my brand new slimline dishwasher with such excellent care and professionalism. Mark was brilliant, responsive, reliable and trustworthy. He sourced a new shower pump and fitted this all within a few days of calling. He liaised with me to fit this at a family members property taking all the stress and anxiety away from them which was excellent. Would highly recommend and his number has now been snapped up by many other friends and relatives!

Supplied and fit radiators, install tap in kitchen. Worked efficiently, friendly, keeping us informed as the work progressed. Including a final check to ensure we were happy with the work carried out.

Mark has done an amazing job on our new boiler. After him coming out several times to to see if the old one could be saved he came to fit a new one. He is professional, friendly and competent. Will be using Mark to work on our other plumbing projects and servicing on the boiler.

Mark came out to quote us and promptly provided a price. The work was completed to a high standard and he explained everything that was done and highlighted a potential issue with external pipes and resolved it quickly. He provided great customer service and arrived when he said he would.

Excellent service

Mother is elderly & lives on her own. Relative came for the weekend & noticed carbon monoxide detector bleeping at intervals. Contacted B/GAS who sent an engineer to investigate, tests were done & gas supply disconnected. The Problem now faced was having a senior citizen without no gas/heating & the company that turned off gas did not have any portable heaters in the van. Unbelievable was my thoughts. Rang many gas safe engineers but the majority were closed for xmas. Trawling through the adds came across Matt plumbing the service was 24/7. I needed someone Fast/asap. Called Matt. explained the problem & my mothers situation, he asked for the address & we arranged to meet within the hour. When he Came it was an enormous relief to see someone. He came in asked specific questions, looked around & got to work. He was able to tell my mother/family what the problem was in a short space of time based on his knowledge & experience. It was a huge relief to have the c/heating back on with the fire isolated as the cause of the problem. I found matt to be helpful, honest, & fair on price. He's one of the good guys & a credit to his profession. Would definitely use again because good tradesmen/women are hard to find & if there good, word of mouth forms their recommendation. Had a bit of an emergency with a broken pipe under the floorboards. Matt came straight out (on a Sunday of all days) and sorted it there and then. Really nice guy and did a very professional job. Highly recommended.

I rang up with boiler not working. He rang me back and couldn't have been more helpful. He explained what to do and as it was an easy job he explained that he didn't want to charge people for a job they could easily do them selves . I will need work soon and will call him first

Called at 8:30 pm, an emergency on a Saturday evening, true to his word was at my house within the hour. Solved the problem within half an hour! Brilliant service would highly recommend.

Matt arrived when he said he would at 09.30 the next morning and completed the job whilst there. This was a plumbing job for my elderly parents and they found him very courteous and friendly. Pricing acceptable to. All in all excellent service 😀
