Lee gave me a time, and arrived when he said he would. He sorted the problem, removing a leaking pipe that was no longer needed, rather than just stopping the leak and leaving it where it was. I needed a plumber on short notice as my outside tap was doing a good impression of Peckham Spring. Person who came out was really nice and responsive but unfortunately after 2 attempts of coming out and trying to seal a shower tray leak, it still leaked. I then had to seal it myself and it finally stopped. £100 for some sealant work seemed expensive but I was happy to pay...if it had worked.

Lee is a brilliant plumber, who saved me hundreds of pounds, by repairing several old taps, which other plumbers had insisted needed replacing. He is extremely proficient, friendly and enthusiastic and clearly focussed on delivering the best outcome for his customers. He arrived exactly when promised, charged exactly what was quoted, was extremely respectful of my property and responsive to any special requirements, and left my bathrooms spotless and my taps sparkling, like new. Came out within hours to have a look a kitchen sink. Sorted it within an hour of arriving, very reasonable price and a nice bloke.

Called LTF and spoke to Lee, explained issues after a bad experience with another company earlier in the day. He came around within 10 minutes. Could only fix 1 of 2 issues (mainly due to not his area of expertise), not that he didn't try. Left place clean and tidy, very polite and knowledgeable. Price was exceptionally cheaper than expected and quoted by other companies. Would definitely recommend them.

Called Lee regarding a leak on the toilet. He answered the phone within a minute and asked for a photo. Within no time he gave me a quote and we agreed on a time. He arrived on time and found the leak, had to go to the local plumbing supplier to fetch a component and came back, finished the job and only wanted what he quoted for. Called on Friday evening and had Mel out to us the following morning to resolve a broken waste in our bath. Called LTF Plumbing when my bathroom basin plug broke and the waste pipe dropped down making the water go all over bathroom floor. A plumber arrived in 30min. Job was done quickly and mess free. Highly recommend.

Lee fitted a kitchen tap and waste for me in a very small cupboard, all pipe work fits behind the back board. He was able to access the back of my sink by lying down in the cupboard which must have been quite uncomfortable. He was cheerful, calm and polite at all times. He also stocked all the parts needed which were of a higher quality than my existing set up and he charged me no extra for this. He then tested it all and checked for leaks on all my kitchen pipes before he left. I will only use Lee for any plumbing jobs from now on as he is reliable, quick to fit jobs in along with reasonable charges.
