Jack and Craig arrived on time straight down to work, a very friendly professional knowledgeable team. Both jobs were sorted in a short amount of time, they arrived as strangers and left as friends, would definitely use Jack again and would recommend to anyone who needs a services of a plumber.

Amazing service. A plumbing emergency at 7PM, during a heatwave and with a baby living in the house, is definitely not what you want to happen. My kitchen tap was loose and flopping around and I called Jack the Plumber have found his number on the Severn Trent wed site. He was quick to respond, arrived the same day and identified the problem. The fix was immediate. At my request he did a quick inspection and found a leak in my airing cupboard and that too was fixed in a very short space of time. Jack the plumber and team member sorry can't remember his name. Arrived on time they were very polite and even accepted to take on an additional job. They put my mind at ease as I was worried I had a large leak which I didn't thankfully. Jack fitted a new pipe pump and Accessories and the Team member fitted 2 new W/C Valves. The payment process was simple not hidden cost. I was given the manual for the new pump and a demonstration on how to bleed it. I was also given a receipt. Both men were very professional and came out even though it is bank holidays with a heatwave. Would definitely use again and would recommend as first point of contact.

Jack was brilliant, will definitely use him again. Texted him about a fairly minor issue (toilet flush playing up) and and he replied quickly asking for details and photos. Once he had those, he identified the issue, quoted (reasonably!) and offered to come the next day. Polite and friendly when he arrived, got the job done quickly and tidily and was happy to explain what he'd done. I'd happily recommend him and, much as I hope we won't need him any time soon, it's nice to know we've found someone reliable if we need him.

Not great. Quite unhappy with the service received. Asked to quote for sealing bath and sealing bath waste. Was quoted £85. He then said the bath waste was 'extra and basically a favour' and the fact he left a part off was just part of the extra service I was getting for free. He left a part off which meant the bath leaked through to the kitchen, in a message he advised to get the part asap but didn't say to not use it. The bath did not get sealed correctly so actually still leaks in the same place as before. Overall not very happy. See pictures of the leak by the wall, and the very visible dip in silicone by the taps. As well as damage to kitchen ceiling extended. Incredibly rude reply when I send him pictures of the leak.

Had a great experience with Jack The Plumber today. Was able to help me on a Monday after contacting over the weekend. Fixed a stopcock that we had contacted about and also removed a bath and sink and relocated our washing machine all within a couple of hours. Explained everything they were doing, checked all their work before leaving and did a really fair price. Would highly recommend.

We contacted Jack late afternoon on a Friday and he came to look at the leak we had on the Monday morning. He came early and was polite, kind and clear about what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. We are two married women and though it should not be a remarkable thing, it isn’t always straightforward. Jack is LGBT friendly and this added trust to having work done by a tradesperson we hadn’t met before. Jack quickly figured out the source of the leak, and then had to lift the bathroom floor and bedroom floor to sort it. It was fixed that morning at the price quoted which we feel was reasonable. The floors were put back neatly and we will definitely use Jack again if we need a plumber.

Recently moved into my house and to my horror discovered a leaking lead pipe! I found Jack The Plumber via SWT website and they are registered with them. The process of getting an urgent booking to fix the leak was excellent and quoted a reasonable price. As it’s Good Friday Bank Holiday, I was not charged extra for the work! Two very nice and friendly plumbers fixed the problem swiftly! They had to cut away at the floor to access the water pipe. The leaking section was replaced and a new stopcock was installed (previous one was knackered). Very professional, knowledgeable and tidy work carried out by Jack The Plumber! They did such a fantastic job on installing a new water heater and a few other jobs, and they were really quick-moving too. They gave me advice and were really proactive in the planning stage to help me figure out what was right for my tiny flat. Got in touch on Tuesday as need some work done. Jack was very professional from the first phonecall asking for information first and within the hour Jack responded with a quote and time frame.
