Gee and his team replaced 3 radiators and some gas piping as well as a thorough service on the boiler with a new filter. Hard worker, fair price and explained everything clearly. We will be using GD again going forwards.

I called Gee when my mothers boiler packed up & he was there within a few hours & although it wasn't immediately solved he persevered for me until her heating was working again, Fantastic service & a true gentleman !!

Excellent Service! I contacted GD Plumbing when our boiler broke down. They came the same day to have a look and replaced the boiler 2 days later. Our toilet flush went and tap had a drip. He went out of his way to to get the parts and fix it quickly and did a fantastic job. We are so pleased. Our UF heating had stopped heating up despite the boiler working, and Gee came the next day. He found it had not been installed properly which explains why it never properly heated up! he sorted out the pipes so they were sending water in the right directions and that evening it got really warm. He also responded to my message when we had a problem with the thermostat and explained what to do. Next time we get underfloor heating installed we use a proper installer like GD Plumber and not builders, that may, or may not, know what they are doing!

Just called GD Plumber and was rudely told he cannot help me right now. I asked when he might be free, he replied..he has no idea if or when he will be free and obviously did not want to deal with anyone. I have no choice but to go elsewhere. I would not recommend him.

In a time where it's so difficult to find quality and trustworthy trades people, Gee and his team are simply ultimate professionals! I've now used them several times over the past three years, from small jobs like investigating leaks, to the big things like replacing all 10 of the radiators in my home (from design and sourcing the materials – full installation). They’ve also replaced an ensuite shower including all, fixtures and fittings and tilling, plus they re-tiled my kitchen, designed and built custom shelving for my pantry plus replaced all internal doors in my home. Gee and his team have done two jobs for me now. The first they came on the same day there was a leak and fixed it perfectly. They also identified another issue and fixed that even though it was late in the evening. The second job was moving a rad and replacing others, they did the job in four hours, were extremely tidy, and again, fixed another issue that they didn't need to (dodgy flooring). GD plumbing called out again could not do enough to help with blocked drains and leaking tap, removed and replaced the toilet after blockage removed, supplied and fitted new mixer tap waste and pipe work to bathroom sink left everywhere clean and tidy , it is great to know them and even better that they are local. Boiler installed and toilet fixed. Initially had requested a boiler service but when they started it became apparent there was a fault with the boiler. Fortunately he could get one installed the same day and was done smoothly and efficiently. Got my 10 year guarantee come through and my buildings regs for gas safe. No messing about just super impressed how nothing is an issue.

Needed a boiler replacement urgently. We also had very slow water from our taps and sinks along with the issue of the water getting cold within minutes. Spoke to a gentleman Genti. He was very professional and booking him was very simple. Sent over some photos and he was down the very same day to inspect the job. Boiler was installed with a hot water tank within 3 days with full gas safe certificate and all warranties registered. Never had an issue with water or heating since. Job required was flush system change. I found the company via google search and quote was given via phone/ images sent. In the middle of the job we accidentally had caused some damage to their property. The owner was called and it was dealt in the most kindest, caring and professional way. The job was still finished and the situation was resolved. I could not be more grateful for how it was handed. Please do not look further. Had an issue with the central heating downstairs. It would stop heating intermittently - very bizarre. Called GD Plumber Heating & Gas services who promptly came out took a look and were able to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately the way the boiler was positioned made it quite challenging to get to certain parts like the filter and isolators etc. However GD Plumbing services were able to tackle it and as promised came back a couple of days later to do an amazing job and reposition these elements so that if ever there was a problem in the future it made it easier for anyone to get to the parts easily. They were so reliable, professional and punctual and cleared/vacuumed the area afterwards. Would definitely recommend and use them again for any heating/plumbing services.

We bought this house after seeing it once, and when we walked in the house, fell to pieces around us. Thank goodness for a recommendation from a friend to Gee! He walked in with his efficient team and saved the situation. He did 2 bathrooms and he made an ensuite out of a cupboard. He replaced the pipework and installed a new boiler and new central heating. GD plumbing are highly professional services. They have done a bathroom installation in the utility room, under staircse toilet installation, a few radiators installations me. The complex shower system and all the hot and cold water plumbing and electrics have been done to high standards. The tiling and doors etc are also done with high aesthetic standards. They have been very reliable and approachable for any issues afterwards. All the work was finished in short period as promised. I will highly recommend them.

After being let down by 2 other companies Gee came out, gave a very reasonable quote and fitted the radiators a week later to fit around my working week. We wanted to replace the towel radiator in our bathroom. Despite being on holiday Gee rang me back virtually immediately. He gave me a quote for the job over the phone that was very reasonable. Gee and his boys replaced a leaking shower and cubicle, fitted a heated towel rail, replaced a kitchen tap unit and an outside tap. Absolutely brilliant service, there was a leak in my garden water pipe due to winter frost. They came on the same day and when they checked, there were in fact three separate leaks. They fixed all of them at a very competitive price, they were very polite and professional, they even contacted me to let me know exactly when they would be arriving. I called them out again due to a separate issue, they arrived again despite it being Good Friday and got the job done in no time with no fuss. Gee came out to us on a freezing Sunday in January 2023 to fix our boiler. Unfortunately it was unfixable. The following week he and his team installed a new combi boiler and proper filtration system and the house has been toasty warm since. They were very efficient and helpful in every way. Very impressed with this company. They came out quickly as we had a leaky pipe and were able to fix the problem even though it was a little tricky. Lovely guy, very polite and professional. They explained exactly what was going on as he was doing it. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Quick and efficient service

My bath was leaking and causing damage to the ceiling underneath. Gee and his team arrived at the agreed time, pinpointed the source of the problem and refitted the bath to a high standard, so I can rest assured there will be no further leaking or damage. The work was completed very efficiently and thoroughly. Gee was also helpful and knowledgeable, offering advice for future maintenance and even tightening up a loose radiator without my needing to ask! I would definitely recommend their services and will use them again in future.

Gee and his team did a very professional job replacing some piping which was leaking with much better quality piping. Communication with Gee was very easy and he arrived promptly at the agreed time for the job. I feel confident that the job has been done to a high standard and would be happy to use this company again for future plumbing or heating work.

I had a leak and a very tricky bath to get underneath. Gee was great and was able to get in (with a bit of work) and quickly fixed the leak. He also went the extra mile and made it easier to get back under the bath should I have any more problems in the future and left everything nice and tidy! I couldn't be happier with the service and value for money. Will defo use again for any plumbing needs!

Amazing service from GD Plumbing and heating. I contacted them late in the day when my boiler died and they were there the next morning to assist. As we expected the boiler wasn’t worth throwing money at to repair and ideally it needed replacing which we were fully aware of as we had planned to get it replaced in the warmer months. We knew this wouldn’t be a simple job as had already been informed that it’s current location didn’t meet the required regulations and had to be moved. Gee had a quick look around and immediately reassured us that he could get the job done with minimal distribution to the rest of the house and advised us on the best place to relocate the new boiler and talked us through what would be needed to be done and what we needed to move to prepare for the job. He then gave us a very competitive quote there and then and could even fit us in a day later to do the work. On the day of the installation Gee and his team turned up on time and were straight on it, the speed and efficiency of the work was impressive. They encountered a few extra problems on the job with the floor boards and the gas pipes needing to be upgraded further than expected but this didn’t seem to phase them. Gee kept us up to date through out the job which they managed to complete fully in a day to a very high standard. The older boiler was removed and old pipe work tidied up, new boiler and pipe work installed and floor boards and carpets relayed just how they found them. All in all an excellent service from Gee and his team, I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again for our future plumbing jobs.

We have been having ongoing plumbing problems for some time, mainly with low water pressure to the house and showers going cold. After speaking to many plumbers and Severn Trent and getting nowhere, I finally came across Gee at GD Plumbing. Gee popped out this morning and immediately got to work with his colleague to investigate the problem. After various tests Gee ascertained that we have a leaking pipe under our drive that will need replacing. At long last we know what the problem is and how to solve it! GD plumbing are professional and very knowledgeable! They are now firmly in my contacts list and I highly recommend them.

GD just completely renovated my bathroom. Stripped everything to the brick and replaced it. They made the whole process really easy - I just needed to choose tiles and furniture and they took care of everything else, electrics, plumbing, plastering, tiling and installation. Really fantastic and skilled service. Well priced and they're able to adapt on the fly. I'm extremely happy!

Fitted hot and cold tap outside. The service was prompt, price was very reasonable and it was probably the quickest I have seen anyone in years doing his job without compromising the quality of work. Happy with the work and will definitely use his services again for other projects!

Had been let down by previous plumber and then left with no hot water. Called gee and was back in touch and out the following morning. Because had already asked for pictures and model numbers. There was no messing and stringing out the job whilst he got parts. He came armed with everything and just got on. Very quick. I contacted GD this morning at 7 am after going on to the Trust Trader website -- we had an emergency. G (The owner) text me back by 7.30 am, asked me to take some images and send it to him, and he was at our property by 11.30! G and his colleagues fixed the problem beautifully, charged a very reasonable fee, and left the place as they found it. Cant speak highly enough of these guys -- we have always struggled to find a great local plumber who can react quickly - now we have found GD. Awesome!!! This firm is wonderful. I cannot praise them highly enough. They came along when asked, (as an emergency), in fact the same day. Fitted a new boiler and tank, plus sorted out some horrendous plumbing issues with old pipes. This is the best local plumber.
