Clearflow Drains Birmingham - 24/7 Emergency Drain & Toilet Unblocking.

Easy booking process turned up on time. Solved the issue and very professional. Good price point and knowledgable father and son team . I always try and support smaller independent companies Neil and Sean fit the bill. Thanks gents . Cleared large run for a block of apartments ..

Brilliant service - went above and beyond to get the problem sorted and sort it is what they did. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough - excellent service from Mr Brady and his son

Neil was very professional and easy going; gave a diagnosis for the blocked drain and went above and beyond to make sure the fault is identified correctly, something which other companies would make sure to charge extra for. The job was thorough, checked and double checked to make sure everything runs smoothly. Couldn't recommend Neil enough for the price and service he provides - wishing you and the family all the best!

Exceptional level of service, with a great focus on going that extra mile to ensure we were happy with the work. Took a while to sort the issue, but great job done in the end. Would not hesitate in recommending.

Massive thank you to Neil and his colleague. Came out within half an hour and unblocked my outdoor drain, the whole process being about only 15 mins. Very efficient and reliable & would recommend to all my friends and family.

I cannot recommend Neil at Clear Flow Drains highly enough. We had a serious drainage blockage at a commercial business I own in Birmingham city centre, and the situation needed urgent attention. After explaining the issue, Neil immediately understood the impact it was having on the business and genuinely cared about getting us back up and running as quickly as possible. What really stood out was his communication and commitment. Despite it being out of hours, Neil came out at 9pm that same evening, which was a huge relief. He arrived promptly, quickly identified the problem and professionally cleared the blockage with minimum disruption. It is rare these days to find someone who combines technical expertise with such outstanding customer service. Neil was knowledgeable, honest, reliable and clearly takes great pride in his work. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and throughout the process he kept us fully informed and reassured. If you need a drainage specialist who genuinely cares about his customers, responds quickly and delivers exactly what he promises, then Clear Flow Drains is the company to call. Exceptional service from a thoughtful, hardworking independent business owner. Thank you again, Neil.

Neil has helped us several times with a recurring blocked drain, always coming out within a couple of hours. Helped ID the underlying problem and pointed us the right way to get it sorted. I’d totally recommend Clearflow for a helpful, efficient drain service.

Neil arrived early for our out-of-hours emergency and quickly unclogged the drains, cleaning everything thoroughly and washing down the garden floor. He kindly gave my mum an OAP discount without us asking, which we really appreciated. Friendly, bubbly, and professional, he also reassured us to call within two weeks if needed with no call-out charge. Highly recommend!!! Thankyou :)

Rang Neil yesterday as our sewerage drain was blocked & downstairs toilet playing up! Neil gave a fixed price quote & explained everything was included eg, camera, jet clean, rods etc. We were a bit scared of the potential cost. Neil warned me if shopping around to be wary of quotes per hr as these can be racked up by some companies. Next firm I rang quoted per hr and this only included rodding. Immediately rang Neil back!! Agreed nxt day appointment 10-12 pm. Neil arrived with his lovely son & we were Immediately impressed with his knowledge & array of equipment. Straight on the job, all clear within 1 hr. Fixed price as agreed. We would thoroughly recommend Neil. Very trustworthy, knowledgeable, honest guy. This is a genuine review from a happy pair of retirees.

Neil from Clearflow Drains came out to fix a communal blocked drain in our grove and sorted the issue in no time at all. I really can’t fault their service or price and will definitely use again and recommend to anyone with blocked drains. Neil is a genuine guy and both very professional and friendly. A big thank you from us all here at Leavesden Grove, Sheldon. 👏

Highly recommend this company. Neil and Shane arrived on time and managed to sort out the problem with the drains making sure it was completely clear before they left, showing me on the cctv. Job well done at a reasonable cost. I rarely leave reviews but wanted to because I was so impressed. Many thanks.

Absolutely Amazing company. Really good price even though they were called out in the weekend. Explain and showed me exactly what was happening in drains via video… I would definitely recommend and use again if needed… Thankyou you were amazing

I rarely leave reviews as good service these days is the exception but Neil and his son deserve the positive feedback and recommendations. I wouldn't call anyone other than clearflow drains for a drainage issue. Professional throughout, from the quick response time to the helpful advice on what to do next, I cannot fault them.

Excellent Service and a Job Well Done - Late in posting this review. Gave him a call in August this year. He came out within half an hour, and got the drain running again completely clear in no time. The price was fair, no surprises at all. I’ll definitely call them again if I ever need help—highly recommend!

Called clearflow drains this week ( 6/10/25) for blocked sewerage drains outside our property. Neil arrived within 2 hrs as promised and fixed the issue professionally and with care, making sure to clean up after the job was completed . Wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again and would highly recommend 👌🏻

Excellent service from Neil at Clearflow drains. We had an issue with blocked outside drains. I called Clearflow and managed to get someone out in less than two hours on a Sunday. Neil was really professional, sorted the problem (turned out to be sand and builders rubble from garden works we are having done!) in less than an hour. Super efficient and decently priced too. Would highly Recommend if you have any issues. Thanks Neil!

Needed to get the drain and soak away looked at. The contact with Neil was 1st class, booked an appointment and arrived on the dot 2 days later as promised. Jetted and reassured us with a camera inspection. It's rare to get someone to do a professional job like this without being ripped off, their cost was very competitive.A credit to the company. Would highly recommend Clearflow Drains. Thanks for getting the job done..BTW he also has a a good sense of humour..

Booked an appointment after checking the drain carried out work professionally . I have never met anyone who cares about the customer service more than these guys . Keep up the good work guys thanks very much

I had a blocked drain and called a drain engineer to look at the issue although the engineer did conclude that's it was an issue with a neighbours drain he didn't do a good of solving the blockage, half an hour after they had left my drain was blocked again. I called/texts several times for them to comeback to sort the issue but they would ignore my calls/texts and when they would answer they would make false promises. I did try ringing another contractor but they also let me down and didn't turn up. I eventually contacted Clearflow Drains they turned up as aranged and got to work. They cleared the neighbours drain and my drain, they explained and showed the issue exactly. They gave me good advice on the steps to contacting Seven Trent to get a refund. I'm highly grateful to Clear Flow Drains for clearing my blocked drain, they have many years experience and won't let you down, highly recommend them. I've included some photos of what they had to deal with its one of worst ones they have come across. Thanks for your help.

Fantastic service - rare these days. Would definitely recommend. My drain wasn’t actually blocked and the problem was due to faulty fitting . The price was amended to reflect that jetting was unnecessary - most other companies would have still charged. These guys absolutely deserve all the positive reviews they have.

I called these guys to try and sort out the drain in the back garden, which had been foul smelling for a couple of weeks. They came round within 20 minutes, and began to look for the problem. They diagnosed the issue with the main drainage pipe and had to get access via the neighbours drain cover to see what was going on and clear the blockage much further down the main pipe. Excellent professional service, great lads and would highly recommend.

Great service from Clearflow, turned up at exact time agreed very polite and professional and sorted our problem quickly, even clearing another drain that they spotted needed sorting at no extra charge.

Quickly identified the issue (partly to do with some dodgy plumbing work by our builders) and got it unblocked within 5-10 minutes. They tested and showed us that it was now running clearly (blockage gone - Yay!), explained the plumbing issues and they even showed us how to maintain the pipes in the future to hopefully stop future blockages. They kept to the set price I was quoted on the phone for clearing the blocked drain using the jetter. Great service, would recommend!

Great service from Neil. Fitted us in at short notice and had us sorted in an hour. 5ft high inspection chamber became blocked by debris and caused the streets waste to back up (almost to the rim 4-5 cubic metres) under our lawn. Hight recommended.

Blocked toilet - I called at 07.40, answered immediately. I was advised that due to the particular routing of our pipework they may not be able to assist due to the high pressure equipment they use. However, I was informed that they would come out on a no fix, no fee basis. By 08.25 the blockage had been removed, and camera inserted down pipe to explain the issue. Found this company on Google and so glad I did. Moved into a new house and realised quite quickly that the drains were blocked. Neil quoted me straight away for the job and turned up promptly the next day. He managed to jet the drains easily and only left when he knew all was in working order again. Very friendly, professional and prompt. The actual job was smaller than quoted for, so Neil only charged for what was fair. Much appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding! I found the number on Google after a quick search what my kitchen sink would not empty out. Neil came out straight away, even though it was 930pm. He quickly diagnosed it as a blockage in the main drain at the bottom of the garden. Neil used his machine to clear which took around 15 minutes. Job done and reasonably priced. I was scared of being ripped off but Clearflow can be trusted. I hope I don't need to use them again but I've now saved his number just in case.

Brilliant service from Neil and competitive prices. Drain cleared and cleaned in under 20 minutes!

We had tried to call dynorod who couldn't get to us on the same day, but we were glad they couldn't! Not only was the price cheaper than dynorod, but Neil was able to get to us within a couple of hours and cleared the blockage and the drain in a few minutes. He checked that everything was clear and left everything clean. He was also able to give us some advice about the cause of the blockage and condition of the drain. We were also able to make payment by bank transfer which was convenient for us. I'd definitely call them again if I had another issue!!

Excellent service. Arrived within an hour, sorted the problem and the price was less than I was quoted elsewhere.

Was helped by Neil who was polite and helpful. He unblocked my sewage drains but double checked to make sure the drains were clear and jet blasted them another few more times till he was happy with flow. Very good

Great service from Neil at Clearflow Drains. Arrived on time. Cleared the blockage very quickly and reported back on what was causing the issue and that as it was a shared waste pipe with my next door neighbour that it is actually Severn Trents responsibility to fix the defective pipe. Neil also cleared a couple of related surface water gully’s which had silted up. Excellent service and would definitely recommend his services to anyone!

Arrived well before given time, job sorted withen 30minutes. First class.

Quick and cheap

Started writing this review at 15:23 today, at 14:44 I called Clearflow drains to sort out a blocked drain. It's no exaggeration to say in that just under 40 minutes we've gone from first conversation to drain completely unblocked. Given how bad it was previously and that it's completely empty now I'm sure this is sorted now. Top work, highly recommend.

Excellent service, Clearflow drains came within an hour and managed to sort up the issue with the shared drainage immediately. Can only remommend!!

Well what can I say, arrived within 10 minutes to my dad's house and unblocked the loo within half an hour. Two smashing fellas and a very good price. Would definitely use again and recommend this firm. Super job!

Called Neil from Clearflow Drains to help unblock an outside drain connected to the kitchen. Neil came on time if not even slightly earlier! He was friendly and professional throughout the process of clearing the drain and did it all for a fixed price. Could not fault his service and was cheaper than calling out dyno-rod who would of not doubt charged much more. Would definitely use him again if I had to and would certainly recommend him to family & friends. Overall one happy customer here! Thanks Neil. 😎👍 Kind regards Mr Seth

Turned up on time. Very professional service. Had drain erupting sweage like pompey all over the garden. Delt with in under an hour. Can not recommend them enough.

1st class service, cleared blockage and afterward cleaned the area, recommended.

Did an extra job for us without charging extra and the price was already reasonable. A van was available next day

I could not recommend Clearflow Drains highly enough. Neil provided a same day service in a polite and professional manner, even fixing a damaged waste pipe at no extra cost.

Excellent service, and a really good price as well - especially considering they came out during the COVID-19 crisis. Very professional service, checked to make sure there was no blockages further down, gave us advice on how to stop it happening again (even though that meant less work for them) and cleaned up the area around the drain afterwards (and most of that mess the cleaned was from the drain been blocked for a number of weeks).

Called clearflow today which is sunday came within 1hour sorted our problem lovely man Neil and wasn't ripped off with cost will definitely call them again thankyou Neil.

Fantastic service - arrived promptly, dealt with the problem, left everything clean and tidy and all for a good price. Definitely will use again if the need arises - thanks Clearflow

Professional, quick and efficient. Slightly expensive call out due to a Sunday (£125), however arrived on time (early actually) and cleared problem quickly. Fully tested afterwards. Much appreciated.

Clearflow fixed a reasonable price over the phone, came out straightaway and got cracking - they faced a major drainage challenge and overcame it with skill and perseverance. It took longer than expected but they stuck to the agreed price. Communicated well with the customer, very professional, and top marks for effort.

Very happy with service. Turned up with very short notice. Worked quickly and efficiently. Kept me informed with what he was doing. Was better priced than other competitors. Thank you Neil. Will recommend you to friends and family. Kind regards from Sue on Carnford road.

I called Neil regarding a blocked drain at my mother in laws house. He arrived within the hour and sorted the blockage, he also cleaned up the mess from the blocked drain. Neil also gave them an OAP discount. I would definately use again!!

Can't speak highly enough of Neil. Another company had let me down but after a call to Neil he was with us within 90 minutes (he said 2 hours) and fixed our problem at exactly the price he quoted on the phone. He was a friendly bloke too. He was also tidy as well and was honest beforehand about likely mess which made it easier to deal with and clean up. All in all its 10 out of 10 and I would definitely use him again and certainly recommend him to others.

Oh my gosh! Neil was on the ball!! He figured out that the blockage was not just blocked in my drain but also in 4 of my neighbours!! He came and sorted it out within an hour. He knocked on all my neighbours doors and lifted their manholes and sorted it out! He did it while I was at work and my wife was at home. Did this all for £90 as quoted! He also offered to come back again free of charge if problem persisted. Will be keeping his number for future jobs and would definately reccomend him to family and friends.

After phone call job done within 1 hour 30.

I've used Clearflow for many years for all of my properties and have never had any issue. The engineers are always friendly and helpful. They get stuck in and fix the issue quickly. Their prices are also spot on, much cheaper than other drainages companies I've spoken with.

Really good service, extremely professional and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Really disappointed with the service. Had a blocked drain. He turned up, took about 6 mins to "clear drain". Unfortunately that evening the drain returned to its original state. Called them back the next day as they claim to give a guarantee. They would not honour this and told me to call another company. Use with caution, I would imagine they will say this review is written by a rival company. Don't take the risk.

Great service couldn't be more helpful would use again 10 out of 10

One quick call to these guys and the pond of waste seeping up from the drain was dealt with in under an hour. Even at 10am on a Sunday morning. Great service. Hopefully it'll be a while, but I'd definitely use again.

Running a children's nursery, we do find children like to put paper towels down the toilet and it can cause us a problem. I used to panic but now i just call Neil. He never lets us down even after hours. He is reliable, fairly priced and gets the job sorted asap.

Great service and lovely chap who came to sort our blockage. Needed jetting from the get go! Turned up on time and got the job done asap! Will definitely use them again and recommend them.

I just had to leave a comment on here. I cannot praise highly enough both this firm and the engineer they sent to unblock my nan's drain. Not only did the engineer turn up on time but was curtious and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. My Nan can be a bit demanding but as I have said , she was spoken to with courtesy and treated with respect. The job was also done in a very professional manner and to a high standard. I cannot Thankyou enough Clearflow and I will be recommending you to everyone I know .. Bless you..

Brilliant service! Arrived within an hour of my call was given the possibility of 2 prices and was charged the lower of the 2 which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely use clearflow again and would recommend these guys to anybody that would need their services.

Very quick, professional and polite, great price for the service performed.

Came out quickly to our weekend emergency call out, did a good job at a reasonable price.
