I had blocked pipes in the kitchen, with water coming up from underneath the flooring. I called C.H Parker, who sent a plumber round and did a great job resolving the issue. Would happily recommend.

Contacted them about a few jobs around the house involving a radiator and Bathroom tiles. They quickly arranged to came out to quote and suggest solutions. Fitted us in shortly after, worked quickly and efficiently. Completed all the work on time, to a high standard and tidied up after themselves. Would use again

Adam and the team at C.H. Parker are just great. I've used them for a number of years now, first to replace old radiators, then to replace a shower, and more recently to revamp completely a leaking polycarbonate garage roof and box gutter. A very professional outfit from beginning to end, from Jayne in the office to Paul the managing director who will often make an appearance too, to all of the team working on the job. And Adam answered all of my questions with much patience as well as making sure that the various jobs were completed to a very high standard. Brilliant service. Thank you everyone! Over flow pipe leak ongoing for weeks. Access required to loft to undertake work. Professional, competent and kept me informed of what was going on throughout the job. We has a complete revamp of both upstairs bathroom that was completely redesigned & downstairs shower room updated. Very clean & ensured that all surfaces they were walking over were covered. Called the main number and spoke to an extremely rude lady. After asking her a question she hung up the phone, I called back to ask why she had put then phone down and she done it AGAIN! I don't know how this company gets any business with a woman that rude answering their calls.

Our appointment was for 8am in the morning but I received a call from plumber John about 5 minutes after speaking to head office saying that he could pop round to look at the problem and give me a free quote. Not only did he turn up less than 10 minutes later, but also managed to fix the broken sistern in less than 5 minutes. Great service, great guy and highly recommended.

Find this service from google for my friend. Coz pipe was leaking I her house. And friend was happy with the service. Reasonable price. Will use your service again.

Ok not bad

This company is absolutely appalling. I asker for a plumber to fix 3 leaks under my sink. When he arrived he stated that he wouldn't be able to help he said "I could spend a hour doing it and still wouldn't sort it". After spending the weekend fixing it myself I was then invoiced for the work!!!. I refused as he hadn't done anything. This was the managing directive response. "I have spoken to our plumber who informed us that you purchased from Homebase the cheapest piece of rubbish you could find. Our plumber said that it was not fit for purpose and to help the situation, he put some PTFE tape on, as a temporary repair for you. You have presumably taken the part back to Homebase and have attended to the repair yourself. I am going to waive the fee but please do not call my Company again." Keep away from them

Excellent!!! I recently had a leak on my stop tap which flooded my home. Phoned first number that came up on Google. Thankfully this was C.H.Parker they responded to me very prompt after my call and was at my property within 45 mins. They sorted out the leak in minutes and even helped me clean up I think the service was excellent as I have had plumbers in the past. They explained to me everything they were doing..Great service! Highly recommend.

I'D like to express my thanks for the excellent service I have received from ch parker for the wet room/ bedroom facility which was created for mother, also all the people who have been involved have been friendly, efficient and considerate towards me and my mother. They left the site clean and tidy before leaving every day and I was kept informed of various steps as the work has progressed. On a regular basis the site supervisor visited to check on progress, me and my mother would not hesitate to recommend this company to other people that required the same service we were provided.

AVOID THESE CLOWNS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!! HAVE A BLOCKED SOIL PIPE ON THE EXTERNAL OF MY HOUSE CALLED THESE JOKERS OUT, AFTER 20 MINS OF SEEING THE JOB WHICH THEY HAD NO INTENTION OF COMPLETING !! THEY TRIED TO BLAG/LIE TO ME TELLING ME THAT THE SEWER DRAIN IN MY GARDEN WAS NOT A SEWER DRAIN AND THAT MY PROBLEM WAS LINKED TO A DRAIN 200 METRES FROM MY HOUSE AND IS SEVERN TRENT'S PROBLEM. THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD RODDED A FULL SOIL PIPE WITH PLUNGER FITTED AND THEN HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME IT WAS STILL BLOCKED EVEN THOUGH I POINTED OUT THE LOGIC TO THEM THAT IT WAS PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO STILL BE BLOCKED IF THEY HAVE TOLD THE TRUTH AND INDEED RODDED IT WITH THE PLUNGER WHICH HAPPENS TO BE THE INTERNAL DIAMETER OF THE SOIL PIPE,. THEY OBVIOUSLY LIKE TO PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT JOBS THEY DO SO WITH ANYTHING DIFFICULT I WOULD TOTALLY AVOID THESE CONMEN!!! ON RINGING THE SUPPOSED MAN IN CHARGE PAUL, ONCE I HAD HAD SEVERN TRENT OUT TO TELL ME EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG WHICH CH PARKER WAS MEANT TO HAVE BUT NEVER DID, I INFORMED HIM OF THE LIES THAT HIS EMPLOYEES HAD TOLD ME AND THAT i WAS NOT GOING TO PAY THEM A PENNY THEN THE ABUSE STARTED !!! SEVERN TRENT ALSO CONFIRMED THAT THE SOIL PIPE WAS STILL FULL AND WAS NO WAY POSSIBLE THAT IT HAD BEEN RODDED WITH A PLUNGER AND WAS STILL FULL! AVOID AVOID AVOID
