A company which has refitted my kitchen sent Dylan to my home to plumb-in 2 sinks and a new radiator. Dylan is an excellent, hardworking engineer. I liked his quiet, competent manner who, after fitting in the new radiator, balanced the whole heating system to make all the radiators in my home work better than ever before. I am so impressed! 👏. I rang the office and spoke to Jordan who was helpful and efficient and discussed Annual Boiler Service options with me. He then sent me details on my mobile phone to help me choose. Excellent service from start to finish. The installation of our InSinkErator was carried out to a very high standard. The workmanship is neat, tidy and professional, with all the pipework installed cleanly and everything left looking very organised. The installer was friendly, arrived when expected, explained everything clearly and made sure the unit was working perfectly before leaving. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. We've used AB Plumbing over the years. We had a leak on our boiler, just a bit of a drip that got worse over the week. Booked Adam's team to come to do a service and diagnose the leak. The engineer, Ethan, phoned ten minutes before he arrived. He diagnosed the issue (a component that had a little split in it) in five minutes. He showed me the issue. He had the part on the van so no need for another visit. Sorted the leak and then as part of the service diagnosed low gas pressure. There was a little blockage in the gas pipe. We've had the boiler serviced by others and they had not picked up on this. Ethan then sorted that and was on his way. Very reasonable price at £194 for the service, the repairs and the parts. I trust Adam's team. I can't say that of others we've used in Brum. We won't be using the others going forward.

We have had a fantastic service from Adam and his team. My elderly mom needed air conditioning fitted and Worcester Bosch recommended AB Plumbing and Heating. Adam came to survey, gave us really good advice and managed to fit the job in really quickly. They kept me informed all the way through and came at the appointed time every day. I cannot recommend them highly enough, very professional, friendly and cleaned up so well afterwards. We would definitely use them again.

AB Plumbing & Heating responded promptly to my request for a visit from a plumber. When the problem turned out not to be plumbing related, they went above and beyond by supplying me with the details of a builder who could help. Very impressed.

Our Worcester Bosch boiler was 21 years old and still worked, but was noisy and starting to develop faults. We looked at possible replacements and fitters and noted that AB Plumbing was local, had good reviews and is also a Which? Trusted Trader. After getting alternative quotes from good tradesman, we decided to have AB Plumbing do the work. Adam, the Proprietor, gave us good advice and a quote which we accepted. The administrator, Jordan, was very pleasant and easy to work with and has steered us through the work. The designated fitter was Dylan and he worked hard, quietly and efficiently, starting in very hot weather. He was considerate and thoughtful, and managed to complete not only a good installation, but also his plumbing was very neat and tidy. We have used AB Plumbing & Heating for smaller jobs in the past and we have no hesitation in recommending them for larger jobs as well. We would use them again.

Andy was great, quickly assessed the problem over the phone, then came as arranged to do the repair. The repair was for a kitchen tap which had been fitted as new just over 4 years ago in a Barratt house. It was poor quality and other faults were evident, it had to replaced. Andy did a temporary repair on the tap and then replaced the tap a few days later. Andy was helpful, professional and very efficient. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to friends and family. Thank you for your help Andy.

Our boiler (A Worcester Bosch) was installed by AB Plumbing & Heating two years ago. The space for the boiler was a bit awkward but they made a very neat job of it. They also installed a new radiator in one of the bedrooms and redirected hot water to the attic bedroom. All the work was done very neatly and quickly. Everything works very well. The have been to service the boiler twice and each time the work has been done without fuss, quickly and politely. This time the engineer also added inhibitor to the system as the level of inhibitor had become ineffective. All good, many thanks.

Luke attended my parents house to fix a leak this morning. My parents were very impressed with the standard of workmanship and how friendly & professional Luke was. He talked them through the job and showed them photos of the problem as they couldn't access the area themselves. So good to have a company that you can have confidence in when dealing with elderly customers.

I’ve used AB Plumbing and Heating for around 5 years now and have had great service from them for the my boiler and hot water tank. The yearly reminders and booking system is really useful.

We are building a lean too Gazebo at the back of our house, which meant we needed to add a "plume" kit to our boiler flue so that any fumes were dealt with. Our current provider British Gas provided us with lots of advice and a quotation, which was very expensive. My son recommended A B Plumbing, and after a simple quotation service, all done on what's app, they attended promptly to complete the job. Unfortunately the plumber "Ethan" found that our boiler had the wrong flue, so the kit provided would not fit. However, Jordan in the office located the correct flue, and re-arranged the job within a few days, again at a reasonable price. Dylan arrived and finished the job. He was respectful of our property, did a neat job, and cleared up after himself. He also helped drilling a whole through the roof of the gazebo to accommodate the plume pipes. What was really impressive, was that Dylan took photos and these were inspected by the office, who decided that the pipe needed to be extended a little. Dylan returned the very next day and extended the pipe. Really impressed with the technology used throughout our job, and the overall service offered by this local company at a reasonable cost. Very good experience with this company. I initially contacted them for a warranty-related call out for a faulty kitchen sink waste disposal unit. They responded promptly and resolved the issue very effectively and efficiently on the day of the visit. I then engaged their services again for another job that involved reapplying silicone sealant around a shower tray and a bath tub. The work was carried out with great attention to detail and precision. The engineer arrived on time and cleaned up all the related debris after completing the job. The engineer who attended for both visits was a delightful young man named Dylan. He was extremely personable and carried out the required work with great precision and attention to detail. He is a great asset to this plumbing business in my view.

I’ve always been pleased with the work completed in a professional, reliable and timely manner. Excellent installation of new boiler in Feb 2025. Contacted them in Jan 2026 with an issue (frozen condensation pipe), came within 90', rectified the problem, improved the piping, and carried out the annual service. Very satisfied customer; a local business worth supporting.

I always use AB Plumbing to service my boiler. They are reliable and always send a friend helpful engineer to carry out the service. The customer service is great and so is the price.

Communication was really good with the plumber arriving at the stated time. It was a boiler service but they stayed a bit longer and gave me some advice on other bits and pieces. After the service the boiler developed a leak and they came back the same day and fitted a new seal.

Adam fitted my boiler several years ago and his company has maintained it ever since. I was impressed with his knowledge when he gave the original quote and I have found them very reliable. He also fitted a smart heating system which had some issue but the company was always eager to sort out the problems.

I highly recommend AB Plumbing. I first used them just over 2 years ago when they installed a whole new central heating system that included all pipe work to go from an old one pipe to 2 pipe system so it was a big messy job. Adam was very thorough and did a proper assessment including how to get radiators into an extension that had no heating. The price was reasonable and Adam came and sorted out snagging very quickly after it was completed. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I now get them to service the boiler and again efficient and professional. I also recently used them for a leaking toilet which they fixed very quickly. Contacting them is always easy and Jordan in the office is so friendly and accommodating and always tries to get an appointment to suit you and keeps you updated when needed.

I had an issue with a dripping shower and decided to use AB plumbing following a recommendation from my neighbour. Jordan who I spoke with on the telephone was extremely helpful and friendly. An engineer was quickly arranged and the issue was fixed in two visits due to a part being required. Very professional and fantastic service all round, can highly recommend!

Boiler replacement carried out efficiently, very happy with service. We were in a bit of a hurry for a replacement, from quote to fitting this was done within the week. From first contact with Jordan, who was highly efficient at every stage to Adam, who was thorough and answered all my questions for the quote and the installer(s) themselves sorry I don’t know your names who got the boiler up and running and left everywhere clean and tidy afterwards. Jordan was an absolute star with helping to find us the right radiators which matched our specifications (and nothing was too much trouble!). He was patient and courteous and showed genuine interest in our project! Adam came out to measure up and help me decide if my design was going to be adequate and practical (amazing help and advice given). Communications with AB were excellent and they kept us abreast of delivery and installation times. We had a new boiler and rads throughout and this was completed around two years ago. Workmanship was to a very high standard, very tidy and cleaned up after themselves. We were so pleased with the work done and highly recommend them.
